- Ashley (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay in a quiet area not too far from Malaga airport. - The villa was beautiful, modern and very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. There were lots of amenities; WiFi, Smart TV, bikes, large pool, outdoor kitchen and games etc. All the rooms were large and comfortable with outdoor balconies. The host was very friendly and informative, there was a guide to near by towns and local restaurants. We didn’t have a car so she even offered to drive us to the local supermarket.

Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der schönen Aussicht war ein echtes Highlight und wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Sandrine war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Empfang war herzlich und der Check-in verlief ganz unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder! —
- Thea Habets (8/5): Mooie vakantie met een heel slecht einde door het frauduleus handelen van de eigenaren!! - Mooi huis met zwembad en grote buitenkeuken. Het huis ligt wel heel afgelegen. Prachtig huis met zéér vervelende eigenaren, met name de man was zeer nors. We werden zeer nauw in de gaten gehouden want zij woonden ernaast. Toen wij op 18 okt. 25 vertrokken hebben wij het hele huis geïnspecteerd met de eigenaresse, er waren toen geen mankementen of andere afwijkingen vastgesteld. Bij terugkeer in Nederland bleek dat zij slechts € 500,- aan borg hadden terugbetaald omdat wij de villa zeer bevuild achtergelaten zouden hebben, het beddengoed was onherstelbaar beschadigd, BBQ niet meer te repareren etc. Hier was uiteraard niets van waar, zij konden dat ook niet met foto's of anderszins aantonen. Omdat het ons woord is tegen dat van de eigenaren hebben we dus € 500.- schade geleden. Dat kan worden aangemerkt als frauduleus handelen, dus voor de reizigers ná ons: maak van alles foto's en let heel goed op met deze fraudeurs. Aankloppen bij Booking.com heeft ook niet geholpen omdat zij de partij van de eigenaren trokken, die zouden namelijk met foto's en documenten e.e.a. hebben aangetoond. Op ons verzoek om die foto's/documenten dan ook aan ons toe te zenden is niet (meer) gereageerd!! Wij hadden van Booking.com méér hulp verwacht om dit tot een goed einde te brengen. Het is schandalig dat de eigenaren ons zomaar kunnen beschuldigen van iets dat wij niet hebben gedaan en daarmee € 500,- extra verdienen. We huren al jaren huizen in Spanje, maar dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt!!
- Jeffrey (3/5): Pretty pictures hide the truth — Avoid if you want peace and privacy - The villa and its grounds are visually stunning and clearly designed to impress at first sight. The property is modern, clean, and well-equipped, just as shown in the pictures. It’s evident that a great deal of care went into the villa’s design — though this attention to detail and obsessiveness clearly contributes to some of the issues mentioned below. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the mountain views are truly breath-taking. The host is also very responsive and attentive. When the internet did not work on first day, Villa owner assisted with getting it connected. ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid if you value privacy and peace The photos of this villa might look tempting, but the reality is anything but relaxing. • No visitors allowed. We weren’t even permitted to have someone dropped off briefly without being accused of “breaking the rules.” • Strict and unreasonable rules. Shutters must stay closed during the day — open them for natural light while the air conditioning is on, and you’ll be scolded immediately. • Appliances restricted. We were told to use the washing machine only on short cycles. • Unsafe pool. The pool’s rough finish left several of us with bleeding toes. • Faulty doors and locks. We got locked in our own room due when wind via the patio door closed it to shut and due to a defective door lock and were somehow blamed — and asked to pay for replacement door and lock. • Constant surveillance. The owners, who live behind the villa, monitor your every move and reprimand you for normal holiday activities for example the pool can’t be used after 9 p.m., you are told not to jump in the pool and the owners even switch off the outdoor lights at night. • Poor maintenance and unreasonable charges. We were told not to shower if “too much water” got on the floor due to bad drainage, and later accused of causing water damage to bathroom door and frame. A shutter broke and we were blamed. • Cameras everywhere. You’re under constant watch whenever you’re outside. You are told on arrival they are there for security. • Intrusive owners. Their behaviour is overbearing, controlling, and made any chance of relaxation impossible. • Dishonest management. A late checkout was agreed in writing but revoked mid-stay. Despite a cleaning fee being included, we were charged again for “extra cleaning.” • Deposit issues. Our deposit was withheld with additional claims for damage we didn’t cause. Since our stay, the deposit has been doubled from €500 to €1,000
- Nancy De Vries (9/5): Prachtige villa met geweldig buitenverblijf! - Alles was eigenlijk perfect. We kwamen laat in de avond aan, doordat we vertraging hadden. Sandrine stond op ons te wachten en heeft alles netjes uitgelegd. Het huis is prachtig. Wij hebben voornamelijk genoten van de buitenkeuken, deze was ideaal om te ontbijten etc. Wij hadden huurauto's en dat is wel nodig. Centrum Malaga is op 30 minuten rijden. Binnen is alles super netjes, mooie kamers. Communicatie met Sandrine via de app, kort en snel. Dus perfect! Wij zouden dit huis zeker aanraden! Wellicht komen we nog een keer terug! Het enige dat verbetert kan worden zijn het aantal ligbedden bij het zwembad. Wij waren met 11 volwassenen en er waren er slechts 6. Bij navraag bleek dat er een aantal kapot waren gegaan en dat nieuwe besteld waren. Dat was jammer voor ons, maar dat was dan ook echt het enige.
