• Martell (8/5): Comfortable and reasonably priced. - Large space. Private in the basement. Good wifi. Comfy bed. It was a shared entrance with a family. I somehow wasn’t clear on this! And the owners didn’t speak English but they were vey kind and friendly, and we managed. A heads up would have helped with my initial confusion. The basement windows were small and made me a little uncomfortable in case of an emergency. There were no mugs or kettle for tea so I used the drip coffee machine to boil water.

• Schmid (2/5): Einfach eklig - Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. An der Decke überall Spinnweben . Im Kühlschrank war noch schimmelnder Käse vom Vormieter. Die Kaffeedose war leer und das versprochene Wasser war auch nicht im Zimmer.

• Michael (9/5): Best 5 Day Stay seeing Toronto - Great quiet location on upper mid class street across from large park open sports fields beside wooded ravine area. Very quick access to routes across and into Toronto driving ( ON 404 or Younge St. And across ON 407 east/west). Access to GO train/busses: 5 minute drive to excellent pay parking@ 5 $ CDN. .... be prepared to drive faster than your old "normal" unless you just came from Montreal !
• Sagar (8/5): Clean and very comfortable! - Clean and very comfortable bed. Toilet had issues flushing and there were no mugs for the coffee that we could find.

Precisamos efetuar o check-in antes do previsto e sair após o horário combinado de check-out devido à geve da Air Canada tendo o anfitrião sido absolutamente compreensivo. Com certeza voltaremos, como temos filha, neta e genro em Newmarket, também recomendaremos a acomodação para nossos parentes e amigos Não exatamente não gostamos. Apenas a regulagem de temperatura do ar condicionado poderia melhorar para o basement, talvez não soubemos operá-lo corretamente. Como disse, no mais tudo perfeito.
• Guest (8/5): Fair price to what you pay, just be careful with the bugs. - Comfy bed, roomy space and bathroom. The toilet was a little clogged. There were some spiders, a wasp and the place was not very clean.
• Guest (6/5): It’s a good deal for the price, but more maintenance and cleaning is needed in the unit. - Was a great deal for the price. Bed was comfortable and clean. Entry and exit was easy. Mark also was helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Floors appeared to have not been vacuumed in a while and there were hairs all over. Toilet did not fully function, and shower has mold. Also outlets do not work on one wall, so fridge and microwave are not functioning.

• Wandana (9/5): Wonderful stay - The apartment was wonderful! Comfortable, quiet, and cozy! Will highly recommend staying here again. The toilet was a bit clogged.

• Ifeoluwa (9/5): Homely and well maintained room - Nice basement room. Thoughtfully put together and had all I needed for a short stay. Hosts very welcoming. Despite their inability to communicate in English, they were able to use language apps and I had no issues. Nothing. Sockets by the bed didn’t work so had to charge my phone and laptop by the desk.
• Saeid (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very kind even they couldn’t speak English, they use the google translate to communicate. The new washer and dryer was perfect.
