• Glyn Jones Utd (8/5): - Clean tidy and quiet. Nice pool area. Spacious apartment,everything you needed was provided. Was located right at the top of a big hill. Never had a 10 am check-out before its normally 12 noon. This was a problem as our flight wasn't until much later in the day.
• Claire (10/5): Clean, beautiful apartment and pool area, safe beautiful area so peaceful yet only a 10 minute walk to strip and beach v - Property was spotless in a beautiful complex with security gate access was with my 3 children felt very safe, was quiet and so peaceful had the pool to ourselves most days which was lovely, pool also spotless and cleaned regularly whilst we were here, friendly residents, and only a 10 minute walk to main strip and beach, Jessica was so lovely and at the end of the phone if needed also left a lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated, all towels and beach towels, shampoo body wash etc is also provided, jessica accommodated us with a late check out as had an evening flight at no extra cost which was amazing I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again didn’t have any faults at all thanks for a fab stay jessica Nothing was very happy

• Mary (9/5): Sunshine break with my sister - This apartment was lovely & Jessica was a lovely host & was extremely helpful, check in was very easy, the apartment had everything you need for a lovely holiday in beautiful Lanzarote.A ten minute walk down to the strip to restaurants, shops etc. The hill back up might be an issue but taxis are very cheap. The swimming pool was being renovated sadly while we were staying but it did not affect our holiday in the lovely sunshine 😎🌞 Not being able to use the pool😔 The Shower could use a door as water can leak with the curtain

• Victoria (10/5): Great apartment in a quiet complex, ten minutes from the main strip - Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet complex of mainly residential apartments. Communication from Jessica was great. Our family of four had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The complex is really peaceful and most days we were the only ones using the pool. It wasn’t heated but we got used to the temperature. We hired a car and there was always space on the road outside the complex. The aircon in the main bedroom reached the living room to keep it cool. There were four beach towels and lots of bathroom towels. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. There is a safe with a key. There is plenty of storage in the bathroom and a hairdryer. The kitchen has a full sized fridge-freezer. There is a small-load washing machine in one of the outside areas and three clothes airers and a few pegs. The sofa was big enough for all of us and it is great that there are footstools stored under the end. The Wi-Fi is great. It is a ten minute walk downhill to the main strip. We had an evening flight home, so we booked an extra night so that we didn’t have to check out in the morning. We would recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Thank you Jessica. There is very little that we didn’t like. A few more coat hangers would have been good. The TV kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi, but we brought our own TV stick which worked great. There was a bad smell in the back bedroom on some days but this would come and go.
• Aisling (9/5): Fabulous stay and we will be back - Ground floor right beside the pool and felt the complex was safe and quiet Quite a few steep hills in the walk up to the complex

• Tom (5/5): Great apartment and customer service- But the family from Hell will ruin your stay. - Lovely property. Air conditioning in both bed rooms. Great shower. Lovely serviced swimming pool. Comfortable dun beds. Nothing- BUT we were not told about a crazy family that LIVE above us. Brats of kids and a mom that does not care. They Ruined our holidays. Neighbours Begged Us to give an HONEST write up also on their behalf. I am not a violent person, but my patience nearly exploded after continually begging them to have manners. I pity the property owners who do EVERYTHING perfectly, but if staying, you need to confirm if these wild bad mannered kids with the 1 parent , and God know how many more are up in the 1 apartment, at least 1 more, are still living in this residential area. Honest white up - sorry Jessica and Ivan who do a remarkable job.
• Dr. (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Have been going to Lanzarote for some years now and this apartment was by far the best I have stayed in. It has two bedroom, one double, a prober double, not 2 singles pulled together and a large single room. Both had air conditioning which serviced the entire apartment it was so good! Both bedrooms had flatscreen TV in addition to the large flat screen TV in the living room. The L shaped sofa in the living room was so comfortable, so good you could sleep on it! The apartment had everything you'd need , and more! Spotlessly clean, easy access, 7 min walk to beach and restaurants / shops, lovely walk to the Old Town. If you didn't want to walk home at night a taxi is approx. €2.75. The apartment had the swimming pool right outside the front door with table and chairs and sun loungers for each apartment! Amazing location and very comfortable. Jessica is a fabulous host who was available for anything you wanted. I certainly will be booking again and can't recommend it highly enough, Thanks Jessica, a perfect holiday ! Have recommended this property to all my colleagues in my organisation! Everything was amazing! Perfect location, great host ! Could not have asked for better!

• Christine (8/5): Good value for money - Small quiet complex mostly residential. Plenty space for 3 adults. Good communication from host. Issue reported and dealt with quickly and as appropriately as possible. Comfortable beds and couch. TVs and A/C in all rooms. Pool towels supplied. Good washing machine and hairdryer. Welcome pack of wine, water and snacks appreciated along with shower gel, hand soap washing up liquid etc. Given increase in rental prices we felt the apartment offered good value for money and would stay again. Pool is very cold. Would benefit from some additional crockery and utensils such as wooden spoons serving spoons pots wine glasses etc.

• Debra (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Easy to check in to . Nice welcome pack of biscuits, wine and water No instructions on how to use the various appliances in the apartment, nor any details of places nearby etc There was nowhere to leave our bags on the last day and it was an early checkout of 10am - even though the cleaner turned up at 9.35am which made us feel very pressured! We did message Jessica earlier in the week to see.if there was anywhere to leave them but she said no as she had others coming in that day. Usually hosts allow you to leave the bags in a corner of the apartment for at least a few hours but this was not an option here, and as our flight was an evening one it meant we had to carry our suitcases with us all day. Had we have known this we probably wouldn't have booked this apartment. Lovely quiet location but possibly not ideal for those who are not great walkers as coming back is up a hill, albeit not too steep as in some parts of Puerta del Carmen

• Billy (9/5): Superb - The apartment was on a residential complex with only a few places to rent. There was a pool,but this is not heated,but when we were there in October it was hot so that was no problem. The apartment is as shown in photos. Spacious enough for us with all we needed. We were very pleased with our stay. We had 2 minor problems which Jessica addressed within hours and was always available on whats app,with immediate replies to any queries we had. She even booked our taxi when going home. Would we stay here again,YES
