Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung (u. a. Terminal 21). WLan im Zimmer gut - im allgemeinen Bereich jedoch nicht ausreichend. Dusche in der Badewanne - separate Dusche wird ganz klar bevorzugt. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

- Deep (4/5): Would not recommend this - 1. Hostile Check-in: The receptionist was argumentative and dismissive. Despite paying for King Bed rooms, she tried to force us into Twin rooms, claiming it was a "special request" until we proved otherwise with printed documentation. She then strictly enforced the check-in time as a "protocol" despite rooms being ready. 2. Poor Linen Standards: We were lectured on potential charges for stained linens, yet my room (2703) already had an old stain on the sheet upon arrival. I had to report it immediately to avoid being unfairly penalized. 3. Noise Disturbances: Every morning, a house phone near the elevator on the 27th floor rang incessantly, which was incredibly disruptive. The hotel should use silent communication or walkie-talkies for staff instead. 4. Maintenance Issues: The blackout curtains in my room did not close properly, allowing sunlight to stream in and further ruining my sleep.

- Martin (10/5): Excellent hotel with great factilities, and is close to both BTS and MRT. Great position - The Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of different foods from different nationalities. and within the nationalalities, they changed every day. My Partner especially liked the Japanese food for breakfast. Well done... Maybe a selection of pillows, all of the pillows where soft. However that is a personal opinion.

Grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, konnte ich super nutzen. Es hatte im separaten WC keine Seife, Handtücher Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserdruck änderte ständig Der Fernseher hatte kein Internet (Youtube) Kleiner Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer kleiner als im Wohnzimmer.

- Anastasia (8/5): Близко к Терминалу 21, дороговат для Тайланда, если не принципиальна локация, можно и подешевле поискать отель - Снимали 2 комнатный номер на семью. Номер не новый, но уютный, просторный. Уборка каждый день, меняли белье и полотенца. Расположение главный плюс, близко метро, Терминал 21. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Цена высокая конечно… Из недостатков: шумные кондеи в номере, белье один раз застелили с пятнами крови мелкими (неприятно), не докладывали чай (мелочи конечно..), зона у бассейна ооочень мало шезлонгов (5 шезлонгов на весь отель) и в целом неуютная зона у бассейна, карточки к оплате не принимали (по меню очень дорого, за блюдо 280 и выше Батт и плюс сверху комиссия 17% налог и обслуживание, ну такое…).

- Daniele (2/5): Not a 5* hotel - Location is good, near Sukhumvit, and easy access to public transport. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room size was generous. Definitely not a 5* hotel, as the standard of main services was low. Very basic breakfast with a limited selection of food and drinks. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner. The bar's drink selection was poor. Facilities are old and the properly would benefit some renovations.

- Zoe DAMATOVA (9/5): - The 2-bedroom apartment we had was great and spacious (Floor 2501) Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great, too. There are lots of nice restaurants and massage places just at the doorstep of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing 👏 🤩 😋 The only thing, the shower in one of the bathrooms did not get hot water at all (it seemed that the instant heater was not working), but it was not worth complaining as we take cooler showers, anyway...

- SAE (9/5): とてもオススメなホテルです！ - 駅近だし、徒歩5分くらいのところにショッピングモールがあるのでとても便利でした！ホテル周辺にはマッサージ屋さんも多かったのも良かったです。部屋は綺麗に掃除が行き届いてますし広かったので、2人で大きなスーツケースをそれぞれ広げてもかなりスペースに余裕がありました。トイレを詰まらせちゃったのですがすぐに対応してくださり感謝です！夜も人通りが多いので女性2人でも夜まで遊んでホテルに帰るのが全然怖くなかったです！

Room.was very spacious with lots of storage. Pool was nice pasis away from the city below and we'll maintained. Having a fridge and microwave was a nice feature. Breakfast was great with local Thai dishes on rotation along with your standard continental style. The shower was quite annoying as you couldn't adjust the angle. It was high pressured, so the water would shoot high. I booked a extra large double bed but received two singles. Not complaining but it's the attention to detail. Toilet took a couple turns to flush and clear.

- vincent (7/5): this is a hotel i will retune with pleasure - The location of the hotel is perfect, easy connection to airport, easy connection to downtown, near BTS. The staff is very nice from the reception to the room services, and restaurant. for a five star hotel, the NESCAFE in the room was very cheap. we can expect a expresso machine. the smell of the soap in the bathroom was a bite weird too in my taste.

Lovely friendly cleaners and staff in the restaurants who could speak and understand basic English which was much appreciated. Good cold air con in the rooms and mini kitchenette. There were internals steps down to the bedroom, not so good if you have mobility issues. Fabulous buffet breakfast A couple of minutes walk to Asok train station and massive shopping mall called Terminal 21, every floor themed as a different world city. Handy wee shops, chemist and food on the ground floor around the complex I thought there would be tour and map information at reception for such a massive complex, but not a brochure to be seen. The 3-4 staff behind reception always looked busy and stressed and did not smile or greet much like the internal staff. I asked if they had a map of the area, they consulted each other and finally found a file they thrust at us with a few pictures in it and went back to their computers. Not so easy to get to the temples and river cruises from here, most were around 20km away and didn’t seem to be direct train access from Asok station. We used the Grab app (like Uber) and chose the premium cars which were nice and big with good air con and calm drivers. They were great to get around in the heat of mid 30c.
