• Cristina (8/5): Uno studio comodo tra La Latina e Lavapiès alla scoperta del fascino di Madrid - Lo studio è molto ben organizzato e pulito con tutte le dotazioni, utili e di buona qualità: letto comodo, angolo cucina completo di tutto, bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo, cialde per il caffè, biscotti, olio sale e aceto, detersivo per piatti e prodotti per il bagno. Il bagno è moderno con una bella e ampia doccia. César e Flavia sono stati sempre molto gentili e rapidi nella corrispondenza e l'ingresso con codici sia all'interno dell'area che dello studio è molto comodo, non è necessario fare attenzione a chiavi. La posizione è ottima, a tre minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Tirso Molina, una bella piazza con bar e negozi e chioschi di fiori, sempre molto vivace e allegra. Da casa si possono visitare tutte le attrazioni del centro di Madrid a piedi, abbiamo preso la metro solo da e per l'aeroporto. Bello il mercato del Rastro la domenica mattina a due minuti dallo studio. Grazie César e Flavia! Lo studio è piccolo - anche se ben organizzato - e un po' buio, le finestre danno su un cortile interno che prende poca luce; non un problema per noi che ci siamo fermati pochi giorni e passavamo la maggior parte della giornata in giro per la città.

Il est bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Assez mal isolé, on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs et dans le couloir. Il faudrait ajouter des rideaux occupants car la fenêtre donne sur le sas d’un autre immeuble où la lumière est allumée toute la nuit. À contrario la lumière du jour ne rentre pas dans le studio. Aussi nous avons eu très chaud, et ce n’était pas possible de régler le chauffage (au sol)

• Paula (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício para casal! - Muito aconchegante e funcional, tem tudo que o casal pode precisar, utensílios completos, bom chuveiro, cama confortável e o melhor TV SMART rs… parece brincadeira mas pra quem quer passar uma noite mais tranquila em muitos hotéis não temos a opção de uma Netflix, YouTube… Valeu muito a pena! A localização era boa, tinha um mercado Dia e um mini Carrefour na rua ao lado, além de uma igreja católica belíssima na mesma rua. O bairro é bem movimentado por jovens a noite, muitos barzinhos e um mercado central também, não foi um incômodo para nós mas estávamos sempre bem atentos para algumas pessoas estranhas na rua..rs pegamos algumas pessoas vomitando também (em razão das bebidas) mas como disse, não foi nada que estragou nossa experiência, fizemos coisas a pé e foi super perto da Plaza Mayor e Gran Via.
• Verena (4/5): No lujoso - von "luxuriös" weit enrfernt - Gute Lage - ca. 15 Minuten von Plaza Mayor entfernt. Sehr netter Gastgeber Cesar - viele Tipps, direkt erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Haus funktionierte ohne Probleme per Code, für das Appartment hat der Code dann jedoch nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück konnte Cesar direkt helfen und hat einen neuen Code geschickt. Auch in den nächsten Tagen hat das System immer wieder gehakt - nicht sehr Vertrauen erweckend und gerade nachts mehr als nervig. Das Studio ist von "lujoso" (luxuriös) leider weit entfernt! Sehr sehr klein - mit 2 Personen und 2 Koffern kann man sich kaum bewegen. Eine Abdunklung nachts war nicht möglich. Es gab lediglich lichtdurchlässige Rollos, die das permanent angehende Licht von außen nicht abblocken konnten. Die Klimaanlage ist ein besonders ökologisches System, was leider nicht seinen Zweck erfüllt. Kühlung war nicht möglich und bei 26 Grad war es nachts kaum auszuhalten, sehr stickig und über allem hing ein unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Haus, der sich in das Appartment reinzog und auch durch die vielen Duftstecker kaum zu kaschieren war. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Madrid - wunderschöne Stadt, guter Vibe, sehr gutes Essen, nette Menschen - doch hier werden wir leider nicht mehr übernachten.

• Qiantong (4/5): The experience was very poor. - 0 No breakfast. But the room was damp and stuffy. It was too small and the sound insulation was very poor. I couldn't sleep well at all at night. I could hear unbearable noises. Besides, there was no quilt on the second bed. We reported it early the next morning, but they said they could only provide it the next day. We had to endure the cold at night. I could only sleep with a bath towel. It was too bad.
• MARIA (6/5): No está mal, pero es un poco 'zulo' - Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación y la decoración, así como la calefacción por suelo radiante, cosa que en Madrid en invierno se agradece. Resulta bastante claustrofóbico. La única ventana que hay da a una especie de patio pequeño donde han instalado el ascensor. De hecho la puerta del ascensor está justo delante de la ventana del estudio 1 y se escucha bastante ruido si abres. Al estar tan cerrado y el patio no ser abierto no ves qué día hace ni distingues si es de día o de noche. También habríamos agradecido que dejaran algún rollo de papel higiénico de repuesto, pues nos ha tocado tirar de pañuelos de papel para limpiarnos porque no había más que el que estaba puesto en el rollo del baño. La limpieza también es mejorable, tanto debajo de la cama como en las sábanas/colcha/cojines.

Un appartement en arrière-cour, très calme, sécurisé. Un intérieur propre, neuf, bien équipé pour trois personnes. Il manquait un paillasson à l'entrée de l'immeuble et un petit aspirateur mais le ménage des communes est fait par une femme de ménage.

Se le transmitió Al dueño y vinieron por dos veces a limpiar limpiando mal, la.empresa de.limpieza pesima. Armarios llenos de polvo y suciedad de mucho tiempo. El suelo pegajoso y con cristales. Se necesita el móvil para entrar siempre por lo que tienes que tener cuidado de no quedarte sin batería. Toallas pequeñas y finas como el papel y sin planchar, totalmente arrugadas. La habitación da a un minúsculo patio que tiene varias maquinas y que emiten un zumbido que no deja dormir por la noche. El sitio es un local convertido en tres apartamentos con paredes y puertas finas que hace que se oiga todo, pasar a la gente constantemente. Esta bonito decorado pero extremente estrecho aunque para un par de días suficiente.

Il nous a aidés immédiatement à régler quelques galères que nous avons rencontrées, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus serein. Le studio est très agréable et l’accueil au top. Je recommande Oso Madrid Studios sans hésiter !

• Camila (10/5): Excelente hospedagem em Madri - O apartamento é extremamente confortável para três pessoas, com ótima distribuição dos espaços e decoração agradável. A cozinha é completa, o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. O anfitrião foi sempre muito prestativo e educado, garantindo um atendimento impecável desde o check-in até o final da hospedagem. Uma dica importante para quem se hospedar aqui: utilize o metrô Tirso de Molina, que é mais seguro, tranquilo e perto. Evite usar a estação Lavapiés.. Recomendo muito — ótima experiência em Madrid!

• María (5/5): Aceptable pero no volvería - Cerca del centro, rodeado de cafeterías. El apartamento es de estética y arquitectura muy moderna. Pedimos toallas extras ya que nos hospedábamos 3 noches y no hubo problema. Tal y como explican el resto de huéspedes, el apartamento es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. Antes de reservar mire y revisé todas las fotos minuciosamente para no llevarme sorpresas al llegar, y aún así, engañan mucho y el apartamento es muy, muy pequeño. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, no estaba sucio, pero no estaba impoluto. Había polvo, el espejo sucio y telarañas en la parte de arriba de la ducha. Creo que algunos otros comentarios hacían alusión a esto y pensé que lo habrían solventado. Por otro lado, no hay persiana y el estor no es opaco, por lo que se filtra la luz. En el baño hay ventilación que hace un ruido sordo y no se puede apagar, la puerta del baño no cierra, por lo que se seguía escuchando. En cuanto a los detalles del apartamento, me faltó algo más, solo había 3 cápsulas de café (éramos dos personas y nos quedamos 3 noches), azúcar, aceite, y poco más. Las almohadas son muy, muy incómodas, son literalmente planas. Eché de menos un mejor edredón o alguna manta en el armario. No se escucha nada del exterior, pero la zona interior no está nada insonorizada, por lo que cuando otro huésped llega, se escucha absolutamente todo, las maletas, las voces, de hecho por encima de la puerta se filtra la luz de fuera. La zona en cuanto anochece no es nada segura.

There was items for tea and coffee too. There was no instructions inside on how to use things. I struggled with the fan and AC. I wished there was a note explaining things.

Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war einfach und rasch. Das Studio war klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Es war für uns aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass die Fenster des Studios in einen Lichtschacht neben dem Aufzug schauen, Tageslicht war kaum vorhanden.

Cesar is very nice 👌 The only thing that I did not like were the curtains. If they install the classic curtains that are used in Spain to block the light would be great :) There are other apartments and when people get into the elevator the turning lights are a little bit annoying.

• Gabriel (7/5): Stylish and well-located, but needs better maintenance - The property is very well located, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and not too far from the city center. The check-in process was honestly the smoothest I’ve ever experienced — fast, clear, and hassle-free. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and you can tell there’s a lot of taste in the choice of furniture and decor. It definitely has a luxurious feel overall. You can tell that this property might have been really nice in the past, but unfortunately, it’s showing clear signs of wear and lack of proper maintenance. One of the main issues was the shower caulk — it’s in very poor condition and really needs to be replaced. Not only does it make the bathroom look unclean, but it also seems to be attracting bugs. And yes, I do mean actual bugs — large, round ones could be seen hanging out in the room, and I strongly suspect they’re coming through gaps in the shower caulking. I also noticed a few bugs in the corridors, which makes me think this is not an isolated issue. In my opinion, this requires urgent attention from the management to avoid further deterioration and discomfort for guests. Also worth mentioning: the ceiling fan in the room wasn’t working. In my case, this wasn’t a major issue, as the room stays naturally cool due to its construction — but still something that should be fixed for comfort.

The room is moist and, after a shower, the floor stayed wet the whole 2 days because of no change of air (yes, we opened the window but they give on a closed inner courtyard so no help). The mattress is so old that it’s crooked, as soon as my husband lied on it it bend on his side (he’s not a big man). Room is also badly designed, it’s almost impossible to open a big luggage. Lastly, it’s incredibly noisy. Other guests talking in their rooms kept waking us up in the middle of the night.

It had some nice amenities such as — coffee, a clean and modern bathroom, closet, and an overhead fan that made the space more comfortable. While the stay was generally pleasant, the experience was somewhat uncomfortable due to the overly soft mattress, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, one of the main reasons I chose this place was the availability of a washing machine, but unfortunately, it was never accessible during our stay. I did not realize it was a shared washing machine.

The location is superb, the place itself nice and clean. Appreciate the size of the shower, too, as that can sometimes be a problem in Spain for a bigger guy like me. • Marina (10/5): Great stay! - The location is perfect, close to all city sights. The bed was king size an very comfortable, kitchen is good equipped. The bath and the whole studio were extremely clean, cozy and modern furniture. Communication with the hosts was quick but I recommend them live contact with guests as well, especially for check-in. We were in the big studio and definitely recommend it. It will be good the guests to have an opportunity to leave the luggage on safety place for a few hours before check-in and/or after check-out.
