스트랫포드원 기숙사와도 가까워서 아이에게 편리하게 물건을 가져다 줄수 있었고 프랑스가는 역에 가는것도 숙소에서 바로 앞에 있는역에 편리하게갈수 있어요

Stylish & modern interior.
Good shower. Reading previous reviews certain issues haven't been resolved for a long time; blinds broken & don't to cover all windows in living room ( not ideal for person sleeping in this room) ; not enough towels for 3 people, kitchen area sparse of basic utensils, plates, glasses, no tea towels/kitchen roll etc.
Continuous beeping noise from kitchen area was annoying.

Double bed very small. More like single +10%. Partner slept on sofa. Fridge door was beeping upon arrival. Although appeared closed had to give extra push! Tv would not work. Aircon not on & it was a very hot day. No instructions so played around with control panel & eventually got to work. Cooker would not work as needed “cleaning programme” cycle. When you have bought a dinner that needs cooking a 2 hour cleaning cycle is unacceptable! Therefore we had to throw our dinner away and eat out! We didn’t want to do this! We would have booked a hotel if this was the case! There was an intermittent beeping sound every minute, continuously throughout day & night! Worked out it was coming from a water safety device in a cupboard. Took video & sent to owner. No response!Vertical blinds, many broken. Towels, thin & sheeny! Didn’t actually dry you and stuck to stubble! No hand towels. Bedside table had large chunks out of it. Tv unit drawers didn’t close properly. The so called balcony/ access to outside opens about 15cm. Not what we were expecting.
We stayed one night of our 2 night stay. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN.
- Hannah (1/5): - The property owner failed to respond to any of my queries before arrival. At 11.45am the night before I was due to arrive I had a message to say my stay had been cancelled due to 'maintenance issues with the building and I would be refunded.' I frantically had to start searching for an alternative accomodation. I didn't receive a refund so had to chase through booking.com who were very quick to sort.

- makhammadjon (1/5): Disappointed - My booking got cancelled without letting me know, I’ve been promised refund, however hasn’t been refunded yet. I thought at least they will sort me out with other property due to cancellation without telling me but nothing. Very very disappointed Ignoring the phone calls and messages very disappointing

- Ian (1/5): Poor communication, disappointing apartment - Good central location I had no contact prior and had to ring up Booking.com multiple times to try and establish how I was to gain access to the property. I tried ringing, texting and emailing prior to the day of travel without any luck. It was so stressful travelling down to London on the train as I had to ring Booking.com to see what was happening. I really think a response before check in is not too much to ask. I was very uncertain I’d get access and only received whilst waiting for the tube across to Stratford. Very disappointing. The apartment wasn’t particularly well kept. Nasty bedding and towels and not even a tea towel to dry dishes meant it wasn’t the best of stays. The main bed was a really poor quality mattress so not a good nights sleep.

- Ken (1/5): Basically for the cost of a week their are far better options & service available. - The Location was good. The Private parking advertised was a separate car park not part of the building/Flat, plus a separate cost on top.
When i arrived an alarm siren was going off inside the flat, apparently the water leak detection panel, the concierge said contact the owner as it is nothing to do with them.
The owner would not pick the phone up, I had to get my boss to ring on a different mobile number to talk to the owner who strangely picked the phone up instantly. The owner told us to contact the concierge or the number on the booking,
My boss explained that it was the owner's mobile number on the booking which was his & no one wanted to take responsibility, The owner then indicated that we had to disconnect the panel to stop it alarming as if we are the maintenance for the flat.
We searched for the Wi-Fi but could not find it, but later was told it was a Dongle near Kitchen area that kept dropping out.
The Flat was cold.
- Gillian (2/5): Great location, expensive & basic equipment not working or provided. Owner offered a refund, but not materialised - Location No instructions, very cold, TV not working, WiFi not working. 2 towels provided for 3 people. Zbed for3rd person, no sheet, just duvet & pillow

Clean and tidy. Found the bed too firm and was sore after two nights there.

No information or instructions about anything - for apartment or the block or where to access roof garden. Mo hand towels or tea towels, just 2 relatively small bath towels
A table and chairs to eat at would have been good.
Large window blind in open plan area broken and in cupboard.
Had to unblock shower drain in wet room as not draining and flooding bathroom not been cleaned for a while and then drained ok
Cleaning ok but not great.
Didn't use it, but folding bed had slats missing and spare sheet looked to have been washed but still stained.
- Melvyn (10/5): Amazing property - The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us with virtually no notice of our stay. They were so nice and pleasant. The property is spacious bright and airy. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful area with some lovely walks for our four legged friend. Will definitely stay here if we visit London in the future.amazing apartment and service. Reception staff are so lovely .pleasant and helpful as well. The only downfall is no private parking but parking is right next door to the hotel and not too expensive.
