• Yuria (10/5): - Los anfitriones (David y Jaime) brindan orientación sobre el apartamento, atracciones turísticas, trato personalizado y cordial. Siempre pendientes del huésped. Excelentes condiciones del apartamento, cómodo, ubicación ideal, cerca de puntos de interés cultural y esparcimiento. Muy satisfecha de mi estancia, segunda ocasión que me hospedo y sin dudar volvería. Todo excelente. Ninguna queja.
• Lizette Yoryana (10/5): Atencion 100 garantizada - Me gustó la amabilidad del anfitrión. Aunque tuvimos algunos problemas con el check-in se solucionó con las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros. Nos acomodaron una cama mas. Yo pensé que iba a colocar un sofá cama pero no. Armaron una cama 🛌 para nosotros. Y eso fue muy bkn. Además de dejarnos estar mas tiempo del check-out eso fue fabuloso. Ya que pudimos descansar lo suficiente con nuestra bebé antes de partir. Si estás viendo este comentario te lo recomiendo ya que son personas que realm3nte se preocupan que estés bien. Nada. Todo 👌 perfecto. La atención sobrepasó todo lo malo.

• ELENI (10/5): No complaints, everything went fine. - The host was very nice, even though checking in was at 3 pm , we got to Santiago at 5 and and reached destination nd he came within 15 minutes to give us the keys and everything else needed. The sun hits the house at around 1pm and the shades need to be darker.

• David (10/5): A wonderful place with everything you need in a great location. Felt like home. - This place checked all our boxes. The cozy one bedroom apartment had a kitchen, laundry, A/C, comfy beds, a great shower, plenty of towels, and was in a great location close to the subway, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, etc. David was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful about where to eat/what to do. Will definitely stay there again!

• Bence (10/5): Best accomodation ever! - The apartment is amazing, very well equipped and from the the window you see the Santa Lucia hill. Location is perfect and safe, there is a big supermarket, 2 groceries and 1 bakery and a pharmacy directly next to the building. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is fast. The owners of the apartment are very nice and providing you plenty useful information. Highly recommended!

Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût. Lave linge séchant. Vue sur la colline de Santa Lucia. Accueil sympathique et efficace, bonne communication. Un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier sûr à priori. Pour info : comme toujours dans ce genre de location, il est nécessaire d'avoir internet sur son portable pour communiquer avec le propriétaire (remise des clés par exemple)

Además pudimos entrar antes de la hora del checkin al alojamiento ya que no había otros huéspedes y finalmente nos quedamos una noche más y nos recolocaron en el mismo edificio también temprano en la mañana, vamos todo facilidades y un trato inmejorable lo recomiendo 💯 x 💯..!! Todo maravilloso

• Heino (10/5): Top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in zentraler Lage - Wir sind sehr spät angekommen, trotzdem waren die beiden Gastgeber sofort für uns da. Sie haben uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und sie sprechen ein sehr gutes Englisch. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann die schöne Altstadt von Santiago bestens zu Fuß erreichen. Die Anlage ist absolut sicher und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Nos sentimos como en casa. A pesar de que había un aire acondicionado portátil, sería ideal que fuera fijo. Es un detalle que no quita nada al resto del buen servicio.

• Margaux (10/5): Perfect flat with everything you need and lovely managers! - The flat has everything you need and it’s super clean and very cosy! Moreover the managers were extremely kind, giving us pieces of advice on where to go and what to visit! The location is also perfect, not only is it in the centre but there’s also a supermarket very close! Definitely worth staying here! Nothing everything was perfect

Só há um aparelho de ar condicionado na sala. Ainda bem que à noite refresca bastante e é possível deixar as janelas abertas.

David, desde nuestra llegada siempre estuvo muy atento a recibirnos y a colaborarnos con todo lo que necesitáramos. Nos recibieron en el alojamiento con café y té. El lugar está muy bien equipado, teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y hasta más. La ubicación es muy central y hay supermercados y comercio muy a la mano. Todo nos gustó. Volveríamos sin duda. :)
• RAQUEL (10/5): Demadiado recomendable - La atención de David super buena, yo iba con mis padres de 70 y 80 años, acondicionó el departamento con todas las comodidades, utensilios, artículos de baño extra, todo muy limpio. La ubicación cerca de todo, incluso tiene al costado un supermercado donde había de todo, puedes ir caminando al centro histórico y hay transporte publico en cada esquina, la tarjeta de bus incluye en el departamento. Tiene una vista muy bonita y cuenta con aire acondicionado, todo mantiene fresco.

Localização perfeita, próxima de metrô, me senti segura, hipermercado ao lado, próximo dos principais pontos da cidade que é possível fazer a pé. No apartamento tem de tudo, e extremamente limpo e confortável. Chuveiro bom, quente e forte. Itens (shampoo, sabonete, papel, toalhas, café, chá) disponíveis. Sem dúvidas, se eu retornar para Santiago será aqui que ficarei. Não tem nada do que não gostei.

• Philippa (5/5): Small apartment at base of St Lucia's hill in Bellas Artes area - Located at the base of St Lucia's Hill, it was an easy walk to the historical part of the city. Grocery store located close. WIFI good. It was a small apartment in a residential building (one of four multi-storey blocks). If it hadn't been for our Spanish speaking tour guide ringing to advise our possible late arrival and then escorting us to the security door, we wouldn't have known it was a privately let apartment as opposed to a hotel apartment which we were led to believe (therefore without a concierge for example). The apartment is overlooked by many and the window treatments need to be improved for privacy, noise reduction and temperature control. It was noisy at night due to neighbourhood evening sounds. The external corridor was dirty and needs cleaning and repainting, otherwise the block was in reasonable repair. Decor is from the 1980s. TV streaming was questionable - found only access to one channel. Laundry is in another block up 4 flights of stairs from 18th floor
• Barbara (9/5): Thoughtful host, wonderful stay. - Excelent host! Welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival. Remained attentive throughout our stay, although we didn't really need anything as the apartment is very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful details, like transportation cards, the city maps, the tea and coffee corner, extra towels and more. The location is fantastic! I worked a couple of hours from home and really appreciated a fast and stable internet connection. The chairs are not confortable to sit for longer than a quick meal, .. or maybe im getting old.

I guess the units are in a residential apartment building, and there was some confusion about getting into our unit.

• Tp24 (7/5): Lovely 4 night stay as an intro to Santiago, Chile - David and Jaime were great hosts. Super helpful in helping us find ATMs, the supermarket and a great spot for lunch. Also took great efforts to get the wifi working as it wasn't when we arrived. It was a great location, right near the hill you can climb for excellent 360° views of the city. Comfortable bed. Good shower, and it was handy having kitchen facilities. Close to some lovely pubs and restaurants, and an easy walk to the lively Lastarria area.
• Tracy (9/5): Superb - Excellent hosts - rustic accommodation as advertised but all the comforts we needed were available. Edgar even dropped us to the bus station on our way last day and there were free bikes available to use during the stay which was a good way to look around and get down town. Nothing it was perfect for our needs.
• Lolita (10/5): Little gem in a center of Santiago - If I could rate it higher than 10, I would. The apartment is very comfortable with good bed and electric blankets, good quality sheets. The kitchen is very well and thoughtfully equipped. The attention to detail is to a level you seldom see in apartments. The location is very convenient surrounded by inexpensive eateries and in close proximity to many points of interest and public transportation. And the highest rating goes to the host. David was very friendly, responsive and kind. Thank you for making our stay in Santiago so good.
• Nick (9/5): Great location, well appointed apartment. Ideal for a short stay. - The apartment had everything I could have needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a whole range of bathroom supplies. The owners brought up some extra heaters in case I needed them (the nights were cold), and they also provided a couple of BIP cards to use on public transport. A really nice touch was that they gave me a giant 6 litre bottle of water in case I didn't want to drink the tap water (the tap water was actually fine, but it's great that they thought of this). There's also a supermarket very close by which is great for getting supplies. Probably the best thing about the apartment was the view - it looks out over Cerro Santa Lucia, and in the evenings you can also see the Andes glowing in the sunset. I turned up a bit earlier than I had indicated when I booked and I couldn't get hold of the owners by text or phone, so that was a bit unnerving since I didn't have enough Spanish to be able to explain myself to the security guard at the front door. I basically just had to wait and hope they turned up, which they did after about half an hour. Some of the neighbours in the apartment block were pretty noisy during the daytimes, but thankfully were quiet by c. 10pm.

Nice view of Santa Lucia. When we booked in we were charged a n additional booking.com fee.above the rates we booked. Being jet lagged and tired, and given the range of currencies discussed we questioned David but ended up paying about 10% more than we expected. Getting in and out of the bath might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues (not a problem for us). Limited hanging space for drying towels etc..

Amazing view and location. Highly, highly recommend. The apartment block is nondescript without signage for the individual apartment. This is absolutely fine but just wish we had been told the name of the apartment block instead of looking for the individual name of the apartment. Very easily fixed and not an issue. We didn't have internet access for Whats App and if we had, it would have also been easier.

It is a gated community, therefore very safe. Great view on Cerro Santa Lucia. Excellent location: Cerro Santa Lucia is 2 minutes away, a huge Lider supermarket in the same block, a bunch of good restaurants and a Starbucks on Merced street, and just 3 blocks from the center of the city, Plaza de Armas. The hosts, David and Jaime, are friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Everything was perfect.

Compact, super clean, modern, very well equipped and lots of little extra touches that made it feel so enjoyable. The hosts were so helpful in every way and are clearly serious about making visitors welcome and comfortable, so refreshing. We heartily recommend and will stay again when returning to Santiago. Thank you David, an excellent apartment. Nothing to dislike, all very good.

• Melissa (10/5): If you read The NY Times article, “36 Hours in Santiago,” this is the perfect location to stay. - Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to museums and metro stations. David, our host, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The area, Lastarria, has a very cool, progressive vibe like Gracia in Barcelona.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Top Notch - David and his partner met us at the reception to run through everything. The apartment was spotless. The bed was large with crisp white sheets. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water were provided in the kitchen. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of clean towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap. The apartment, which was centrally located had the feel of a good quality hotel. There is also a laundrette in the apartment complex costing cps1,300 and the same for a dryer. Nothing springs to mind. The little extras provided by the hosts made this a great stay.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely compact 1 bed apartment ideal for a couple in downtown area. Right next door to Lastarria and within walking distance of Bellavista and Centro Historico. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around. Felt very safe. David and Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. Coffee, tea biscuits provided. Even dropped down cash so I could do my laundry. Really comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Best accommodation I've had on my 5 week vacation in SA.
