Guest Reviews
- RickLadd60 (5/5): Nice location, good kitchen, poorly managed as you have to deal with a virtual concierge. - The apartment is in the beltline area of Calgary which is very good. Close to everything in the city and the entertainment district. The kitchen is very good and well equipped for preparing most meals. A blender would have been nice. The images on the website while similar were not the same. All the artwork had been removed. The walls were covered with plaster spots where nails used to be. The sofa is old and the tears are covered with leather tape. The bedroom is small so only enough room for one bedside table. What was particularly frustrating was you have to deal constantly with a virtual concierge - the area code is a 514 number so it could be based in Montreal (3 hours later) or an overseas location as the lady I spoke to was Philipino. She was not able to do anything and always had to refer issues to the team. Who would then act the next day usually, with a bunch of emails to check on when they could come in, etc. There were two of us travelling and they only gave us one FOB for the unit and only one face cloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. When I called to ask for another FOB and extra face cloth, hand towel and bath towels I was told by the virtual concierge that it was the policy of the company to only provide one FOB and the amount of towels. I asked if we were supposed to share the hand towel and face cloth and how was the other party to get in to the building if the other person was doing something else. We finally got the extra towels after arguing with her. We never got an extra FOB so when I came in one evening rather late and dialed the 3131 number to get in to the building the concierge never let me in. They answered the phone but just hung up 3 times. So I could not get in to the building at 2 am. So I had to call my travel partner several times as they were asleep to come down to the foyer and let me in to the building. The other issue is that there isn't even a salt or pepper shaker. Or even two teabags and a coffee package to make a hot drink if you arrive there after a flight or a long trip and it is late. The constant hassle of having to deal with a virtual concierge was frustrating that I would not stay here again.
- Linda (9/5): Highly recommended apartment - Fully furnished apartment and kitchen. Great shower and bed. Contactless check-in is easy. Friendly concierge, staf and neighbours
- James (7/5): I would definitely come back here - Feels like a new functional building very close to everything I needed to do while I was here. There was no coffee maker when I arrived although they provided one within a couple of days that made my day. Thank you! I was here for 10 days and they were only two towels, one washcloth and one dish towel and only three pods to do laundry and for the dishwasher. Fortunately, I had read on other reviews that there’s absolutely nothing in the way of food so no salt, no pepper no nothing, although the kitchen was Well equipped except there was no coffee maker. I did talk to the remote team and they did provide a coffee maker, which I’m very grateful for even though it wasn’t included. Parking was $30 a night, which I didn’t realize but I was able to find a spot on the street.
- Jill (3/5): We would never stay there again - The bed was comfortable and the size of the unit was also comfortable That we had no usable toilet from Saturday evening till Monday afternoon even though we requested urgent plumbing assistance. No plumbers could be called on a Sunday (no other city is this not possible) and the only feasible solution was for us to travel 20 floors to the gym which was closed at midnight. Highly unsatisfactory for people in their 70s.

- Mora (10/5): Simply great, 100% recommended! - The place is simply amazing, it's just like in the pictures. The building itself is also great and the doormen were all super friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I ever come back to Calgary, I would certainly stay here again, I've got nothing to criticize. They had a lovely kitchen with anything you need to cook, and the wifi worked perfectly for me.
- Jennifer (7/5): It was a perfectly decent time. Just what I needed. - Very tidy and clean with comfortable bed. The AC was incredible for the warmer days. They only gave very minimal amenities such as laundry and dish detergent. I also would love if there was some sort of salt and pepper haha. Also random but I would have loved just one extra blanket somewhere so I could use it on the couch.
Also check out instructions said to remove garbage but I had no idea how to do that/where to go and when I texted the number recommended for help I never got a response.
- Nelia (9/5): In general the location was convenient and comfortable. I would stay there again. - When we arrived at the building we needed to input the access code several times before we were able to get access to the building. The security guard at the front desk wasn't not familiar with parking situation either on the street or reserved parking. When we had issues it was difficult to sort out as there isn't anyone on sight and everything is done over email or phone.
- Liudmyla (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Rae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Glenys (10/5): Absolutely perfect - It was like being at home instead of just a hotel. Nothing, the location and cleanliness of the HOME was perfect. We will definitely be using booking.com again. I still can't belive how affordable it was and like I said previously it was like a home away from home. Thank you so so much.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Paige (4/5): Not worth the high cost - 1. It was very noisy
2. Difficult to find parking - And an additional 30$ per night for paid parking which is totally unreasonable considering how much we paid per night.
3. shower was terrible!
4. Despite the high cleaning fee there was a condom wrapper on the floor in the bedroom.
5. Difficult check in.
