Highly recommend. will stay again - we were there for ANZAC Day dawn service and football game, location was ideal and close to where other family were staying, walking distance to the event and easy tram ride to the city. Great local coffee and also Woolies at the next intersection. Water fill station on the floor was a great touch. concierge was obviously training someone, which is fine but was a little disengaged and therefore it seemed we were a bother. just mention you are training someone and thank the customer for their patience. Could have been a few more tea bags available.

• Jo (10/5): Fantastic city accommodation with super comfy beds. - Location was great, not noisy at all or far to city centre. Parking was walkable distance. Beds were the comfiest we have ever had when staying in the city. Staff were so lovely and included breakfast was fantastic value and delicious! Could not work out how to change setting on in room heating/cooling to lower than 18° and room was uncomfortably hot. Everything else was perfect.

Room was modern, very clean, well thought out. Breakfast was outstanding. Parking was easy, with basement car park and plenty of on street parking in the area (unmetered on weekends) Nil - no complaints at all

Absolutely recommend! - Staff were friendly and happy, facilities were very clean and tidy, the building and rooms were modern and well set out. Bonus points for being able to have pets! We didn’t bring any but love that we could in the future, and the ability to rent items while there is a great value addition. Nothing!

• Pretesh (10/5): Ideal Hotel for both business and holiday stay. Location great. - The breakfast range with a menu selection for warm meal in a relaxed seating with modern ambience meant could hold meetings right within the hotel. Even our hosts in Melbourne were surprised at the high level of service within the hotel. The in room appliances work out very well.
• Jessie (10/5): We feel like we were staying Grand Hyatt on Collins Street! - What impressed us the most was the smile faces from each and every staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are professional and patient when we have questions. It was Easter Holiday when we were there. The breakfast area was full, but everything was in perfect order. What surprise us again was the teamwork. Breakfast is excellent! We like the breakfast menu instead of breakfast buffet as most hotels would do. We feel like we were staying Grand Hyatt on Collins Street. A big thank-you to Hyatt House! We have already recommended Hyatt House to our friends.

I inquired about parking and was told to organise on arrival and w ed arrived by noon to g ed told the car park was full and to find it own our own. Not a nice experience at all

Nothing was too much for them and they were happy to assist with any of my queries over the weekend , even if it was just the tram I needed to take . The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in . Rooms were well equipped and the location was great as all my weekend events were nearby. A very pleasant stay indeed !

The bedroom was a great space and probably had the most comfiest and softest bed I’ve slept in. Nothing in particular. Wouldn’t be nice if the breakfast buffet was already included in the booking fees rather than a separate flat rate charge per day.

• Katie (9/5): The perfect city stay. - The property was in a great location, super easy to get around by foot or public transport. The rooms were well sized and supplied with everything you’d need for a short to medium length stay. The facilities were amazing, once of the best hotel gyms I’ve been in and most of all the staff were incredible - super helpful, friendly, efficient. Nothing - it was a perfect short stay!

• Elizabeth Roodenrys (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay. The NGV and botanic gardens are within easy walking distance. - The location was perfect for our visit to the NGV. I opted to include breakfast and it worked well. Fresh food and simple cooked components to breakfast. The only thing that could have been better was the bench space in the bathroom. There was nowhere to conveniently place toiletries in the bathroom.

• Corey (9/5): Well worth the stay, will look at staying here again. - Breakfast was perfect. Only issue was that we didn't stay long enough :). Room was clean and tidy, the staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like a hassle, will be staying there again and trying out the bar next time. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of time I spent there. Would love to of had a couple of days to check a few things out at the hotel. Maybe next time :) Thanks again for your kindness for our stay.

Celebrated daughters b'day and a lovely note and mix of small pastries we waiting for her. Very nice touch. Quick 5-minute walk to Anzac Station. Love that it is pet friendly. Were unable to bring our dog this visit but will next time. Room was very spacious. Nothing that comes to mind. Shower water pressure could be slightly higher but still nice.
