• Domenica (10/5): Cómodo y bien comunicado - Ubicación muy práctica, con todos los servicios cerca. Al llegar nos dieron todas las indicaciones y estaba siempre atento a respondernos. La habitación muy cómoda, tenia jarra eléctrica y heladera que nos vinieron barbaro. Nos dejó mas de una toalla por persona y eso se agradece.

• Aleksandar (8/5): Good for families - The location is good for families. You have a bus station near the building and it is well connected with the rest of the city. Also there are supermarkets and bakeries. Towels are included. The host is very helpful. Beds are comfortable. There are more than one apartment, also there is something like a water pump which can be very noisy especially during the nights. Sound isolation is poor so you can hear neighbours talking and using the bathroom.

Le informazioni che ci ha fornito sono state preziose e molto utili, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, a 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, la sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo.

• Yurii (7/5): - Доброжелательный управляющий Джузеппе. Нам разрешили оставить вещи после выселения, чтоб нам было удобнее гулять по городу без вещей до отъезда на автобусе. Спасибо персоналу за это. Расположение неплохое, относительно недалеко Ватикан. Ночью может быть шумно, потому что под окнами дорога и часто ездят машины, в том числе с мигалками, а Рим не самый тихий ночью город. Около 12 ночи и потом под утро приезжает машина за мусором и очень гремит. Но это не вина отеля. Нас было четверо, троих это не волновало.
• Ana (9/5): Perfecto para una estancia low-cost en Roma - Habitación y baño amplios, ubicación bien conectada con transporte público, fantástica relación calidad-precio. El anfitrión fue muy amable al recibirnos, nos dio instrucciones claras sobre el check-out y consejos para movernos por la ciudad en transporte público. En la habitación dejan algo de comida, café y té para el desayuno, junto a un hervidor de agua. El ascensor no es demasiado grande. Si se dejan las ventanas abiertas durante la noche, se escucha bastante el tráfico.

Woda z kranu miała paskudny smak - nie nadawała się nawet do zrobienia kawy lub herbaty. Warto więc przynieść sobie wodę do picia - na szczęście właściciel zostawił jedną 1,5 litrową butelkę w pokoju

• Sylwia (10/5): Super nocleg - Właściciel bardzo miły, w wielu kwestiach pomógł, opisał nam dojazd z lotniska, potem w razie pytań w trakcie pobytu chętnie pomagał. Czysto, niczego nie brakowało. 30 minut spacerkiem pod Bazylikę, blisko transport miejski. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Está dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento e incluso nos dejó algún detalle. La habitación es grande y espaciosa, tenía incluso una nevera pequeña y baño propio. Todo estaba limpio y el alojamiento estaba cerca del centro en bus o metro y en una zona tranquila. Permite dejar la maleta tanto antes como después. Tiene ascensor . Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia pero como pequeñas mejoras, no encontramos el wifi, aunque tampoco lo pedimos. Para la cama supletoria el nórdico es algo justo.

Peaceful locality with good travel, food, supermarket options around!! - We stayed at Olimpica Relias for 5 days and our stay there was wonderful. The host Guiseppe is a very helpful person. He came to receive us downstairs when we arrived, showed us where the restaurants, bus stops were and provided information about travel, food and other options. We arrived at night and even though we were a bit late, he didn’t charge us any late check-in fee which was a nice gesture. We also checked out 30 mins after the scheduled time due to a later flight and he was kind enough to accommodate us without any extra charges. The fact that we got a single bed for our child and not a sofa bed (like many other places) was a big plus. The room was clean, spacious and better than what we expected. Despite being a short stay, our towels and bed linen were changed, which you usually don’t get at other places in this budget. The apartment is in a good and safe locality, we have walked at 11pm after our dinner enjoying our Gelato and never felt unsafe. Everything was taken care of, he even gave a gift to our child on arrival which made him happy. The nearby restaurants are value for money and the price was less compared to other places (comparing to Vatican, Rome city centre, trastevere) and better taste… No tourists traps just proper food. Yes this area is mostly locals but you will find tourists as well.. Every restaurant you go, you’ll find one server who knows English… we used google translate when we ran into language issues and knowing a few Italian words helped. Vatican was at walking distance and other places in Rome can be easily reached by Bus, Metro, etc. There is a supermarket in 5 mins so that was helpful as well. Overall we enjoyed staying here and thanks to Guiseppe who made our stay comfortable!!! Nothing

Giuseppe disponibile e gentile...va benissimo come base d'appoggio per visitare Roma...la zona è ottima, anche se il parcheggio si trova un po' a fatica. Si potrebbe curare un po' a livello estetico, inoltre la ventola del bagno era un po' rumorosa, ma sono dettagli

Tolle und sichere Umgebung, abseits von Tourismusmassen, mit kleinen einheimischen Cafes und Restaurants, wo Preis-Leistung sehr gut passt. Sehr hilfreicher und freundlicher Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber für uns ausreichend, da ganztags unterwegs.

• Наталья (10/5): - Проживали в апартаментах 4 ночи. Очень удобное расположение: автобусы в 7 минутах ходьбы, рядом метро, можно дойти пешком 12-15 минут. Рядом кафе и магазины, в 3-7 минутах, на выбор. Хозяин очень радушно встретил нас, из за задержки рейса мы заселились позднее, чем планировали, однако хозяин дождался нас и был очень доброжелателен. В апартаментах есть чайник, холодильник,, телевизор, фен, обогреватель воздуха и кондиционер.  Горячая вода была всегда.  Очень удобна локация жилья-центр города

We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and left later, and he kindly offered us to leave our luggage in the apartment for our convenience. There is a large supermarket nearby, a nice bar/café, and good transport connections.

• Anika (4/5): Kosten und Leistung passen so gar nicht zusammen - Busstation direkt vor der Tür, nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit Es wurde in 3 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass dies System hat und die Kosten für eine Reinigungskraft abgerechnet werden. Es ist zudem viel zu teuer für eine sehr schäbige und geschmacklose Einrichtung. Das Zimmer ist nicht wirklich abschließbar, der Schlüssel ist wie ein Zimmerschlüssel innerhalb der eigenen Wohnung, ohne Profil, Kurtaxe wird mit 6 € p.P/Nacht wie für ein Luxushotel abgerechnet.

Giuseppe nos ha esperado afuera del edificio, nos ayudo con las maletas, nos explicó muy bien como usar las llaves, nos enseñó el depto, nos dijo que si se nos ofrecía algo con gusto nos ayudaba. Nos explico las paradas de bus y metro. Cuanta con todo lo necesario, toallas, jabón, papel sanitario, secadora, tazas, calentador de agua, un agua y pan tostado con mantequilla de bienvenida, aire acondicionado, cobertores y almohadas extra. Agua caliente 24/7. Hay frigobar, donde puedes almacenar lo que compres. Cerca hay restaurantes-cafe, mcdonalds, un Supermercado. A 20 min aproximadamente en bus para llegar al centro, 10 min en bus para llegar al vaticano o 20min caminando. Después del checkout dejamos nuestras maletas hasta ya en la noche, nos dio una llave para entrar a recoger las maletas. Un día antes del checkin me escribió para informarme que habia huelga en transportes por lo que me ayudó pidiendo un transporte privado del aeropuerto de fiumicino al depto, 65€ y siempre estuvo al pendiente y respondiendo mis mensajes. Todo ha sido excelente, muy agradable y con gusto regresaré a hospedarme ahí. Todo fue excelente.

• Caroline (8/5): Hébergement pratique sur Rome - L' emplacement : proche des commerces (laverie, supermarché, restaurant) et des stations de bus pour le centre L' accueil et les conseils de Giuseppe. Les travaux sur le réseau qui ont perturbé la rapidité de l' arrivée de l'eau chaude.

Giuseppe is great, he explained to me how to get to the place perfectly and also gave us a lot of recommendations of where to eat and go. The place was clean and you got Coffee and tea on arrival. We recommend it! N/A
• Martin (9/5): Friendly, attentive host and conveniently located room in Aurelio. - Very kind and considerate host Giuseppe that tries his best to accommodate the requests and help. Good contact via emails with detailed instructions sent by Giuseppe via WhatsApp on the day of our arrival. Giuseppe met us at the bus stop to show us how to the to the apartment and the late check-in available at an additional price. Giuseppe also sorted a private hire driver Franceso to take us back to the airport (certainly at an additional cost). The apartment is conveniently located with several bus lines and two metro stations nearby, including Il Pappagallo Bar that is open 24 h. Our room was clean and of generous size with comfy bed mattress. Kettle, tea, coffee, cups, towels, bottled water and hairdryer as standard. The room got cleaned at the second day of our stay, which in my eyes was completely unnecessary as we were staying only for three nights, however this only gives credit to Giuseppe's attentiveness. Not really much to say as we were out of the apartment for 12 to 14 h per day. If I want to very picky I'd point out the hot water in the shower appears after a minute or two of waiting but is a bit tricky to control; gets icy-cold very easy and takes some time to become hot again. Lastly, the air-con remote controller was missing in our room but because the weather wasn't particularly hot, we didn't need to use nor we asked Giuseppe for it.
