• Dmytro (10/5): - The host is always online, and we had decided how to get keys before I arrived. The location is really good; I would say it’s in the center but not directly on the main street, so it’s quite calm. The terrace and the grounds are really beautiful. There is parking inside. I can definitely recommend this accommodation. Only one small thing I noticed. If you come with family it would be better to have some mirror in the room. There is one mirror in the bathroom but since the shower is open, the floor is often wet and it is not convenient to use.

• Biljana (10/5): Zadovoljna - Lokacija blizu plaže, prodavnice, restorani, sve je blizu, a opet dovoljno udaljeno od gužve i buke. Vlasnik objekta izuzetno uslužan i od pomoći za sve što je potrebno. Smeštaj veoma čist, opremljen. Terasa prostrana. Cene su veoma pristupačne. Velika gužva na plažama i previše džet ski vozila. Plaže su ograđene bovama zbog toga, pa ne može da se pliva daleko.

Parcheggio privato recintato che ti consente di non perdere tempo a cercare parcheggi nel caos Entra la luce la mattina, noi abbiamo risolto con un telo scuro da apporre sopra il vetro.

• Orsolya (10/5): - Nice, and cozy place, quiet but you can reach the bars and restaurants in few minutes. The beach is very close as well. The Host is very kind and helpful, we had a great time here.
• Stevan (10/5): Ksamil 2025 - Vila je čista, lokacija izvanredna, na samo par minuta od plaže, restorana, marketa i samog centra Ksamila. Nocu je mirno i tiho(sem vatrometa koji svako veče pucaju). Parking je u sklopu smeštaja, sto je sjajno takodje. Gazda je sjajan lik, jako gostoljubiv. Imao sam problema sa kolima, covek je pomogao, nasao mehanicara, i bio tu sve vreme. Kupio nam je i sok za usput, kad smo se vracali. Plaze su lepe, krcate, more tirkizno, prozirmo i cisto. Lezaljke se krecu od 20-60e pani više za baldahine sto je suludo na dnevnom nivou. Hrana ukusna i jeftina. Restorani cisti. Nema trotoara adekvatnih za ovoliki broj ljudi, pa si prinudjen da hodas po ulici gde svi voze kao pomahnitali. Fale klupice po gradu i kanti za djubre, kao i kontejnera, pa nosiš po rukama i dzepovima do smestaja "djubre".

• Fikret (9/5): Superb - It is clean, comfy and met expectations according to price. You can find better location but you need to pay more. It is 10 min walk to famous beach. There is no hill and paved road which is important. It is not completed building when you first look you will leave in construction area but room is cleaned and tidy so no big deal for me, if you’ve gf that could be problem😂

There is a building in construction at the entrance and there are no pictures of that in booking. At first glance seems to be all the place in construction. There is no curtain so when you take a shower the bathroom gets flooded. We only had one knife for two people (incomplete cutlery)

So for this budget it has all you need and has a goo location. Also I can recommend it for working. It has big table and as I already said good fast wi-fi. The hosts are also very nice and helpful.

• Sandra (8/5): Amazing location, good for price - Apartment was clean, shower with good water pressure & hot water. Staff was nice and available when needed. I really liked that the room was very well isolated from the party noise of Ksamil. Since Im a light sleeper I appreciated this very much. A/c works well too. Easy parking. I didnt like the bed sheets because where not adaptable so they would move each time. Apart from this everything else was ok.

Great location, but still a lot more quiet in comparison to the expensive hotels on the beach. The owners are a sweet couple who live nearby. They are always available and very kind.

• Albertine (8/5): Very good - The owner is really nice, reacting quickly to questions or issues. Nice spacious room and good bathroom. Very quiet at night. Really close on walking distance to the beaches and to the hussle and bussle of Ksamil. Price was good value. We thought that a bit more kitchen needings would help: 2 bigger mugs for tea/coffee; A water cooker was very much missed; A drying towel for drying dishes was missing; There was no curtain in front of the door and because an outside lamp was on the whole night next to our apartment the bright light was shining in our room the whole night.
