Le personnel est également très serviable et souriant. La chambre était bien nettoyée et toutes les serviettes remplacées. rien.

- Seval (4/5): Je suis déçue de la prise en charge. - Spacieux, propre, moderne J’avais commandé un lit d’appoint dans ma réservation, j’ai dû relancer à mon arrivée pour l’avoir et de plus j’ai dû attendre un certain temps la nuit dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, on m’a demandée de payer à la réception alors que j’avais sélectionné le paiement par prélèvement bancaire. De plus, il manquait des serviettes et les produits de douche étaient presque vide et un des produit était cassé.

- Murat (7/5): - Comfortable , clean , and good view in the room. Room TV needs to be updated, as not much off a choice. Smart TV will be good. The pool area looked dirty, considering it was not the season I get it but basic cleaning around it would help as its 5 star. Stayed here many times before, but it's getting a bit dated, and changes will help.

- Marius (7/5): Penibil din partea unui hotel care se pretinde de 5 stele - Curățenia Personalul .Cel de la recepție după ce am plătit a spus ca nu are bani să îmi dea rest și o să îi lase la recepție …nu mi-a mai înapoiat 20 euro . Spun ca au parcare dar am parcat pe strada ,am luat legătura și cu booking să rezolve problema și tot nu s-a rezolvat .Am avut incluse două locuri de parcare și totuși tot sejurul mașina a stat pe strada .Ospatarii și chelnerii nu știu engleză ,nu au meniu în engleză și din acest motiv te înțelegi foarte foarte foarte greu cu ei .Astea sunt servicii de un hotel de maxim 2 stele

- Zeynep (10/5): een fijne ervaring en zeker aan te raden, vooral als je waarde hecht aan service, comfort en luxe. - Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De schoonmakers deden uitstekend werk; de kamers waren elke dag netjes en verzorgd. Daarnaast was het comfort van de kamer erg goed en werkte de wifi snel en betrouwbaar, wat zeker een pluspunt is. Het enige nadeel is de ligging van het hotel. Het bevindt zich vrij ver van de meeste toeristische bezienswaardigheden, wat het iets minder handig maakt voor uitstapjes.

Bij het ontbijt was een een meisje die instond om een omelet te maken naar jou eigen wensen, dit meisje was super vriendelijk en de omeletten waren uitstekend. Wij zijn daar vorig jaar ook geweest en het ontbijt is nog uitgebreider dan toen. een aanrader. niets
