Guest (10/5): Perfetto - La casa è nuovissima e ben organizzata, pulitissima, il padrone di casa Mirko è una persona disponibilissima , la convenzione con i taxi è eccellente ci ha permesso di muoverci senza spostare la macchina dal parcheggio della struttura con box privato e videosorvegliato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Helped us order a taxi, recommended food places and was the most helpful - This property felt like a real home, not just a room or a small apartment! Felt like being in a penthouse! Huge living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. My friends and I had a wonderful time here! AC blows cold so that’s a must have being in Italy! The Tap water didn’t taste the best. I was told all tap water in Italy was made to be drinking water but here it didn’t taste the best so we were constantly buying bottled water. Just a heads up
Carla (10/5): A very spacious and lovely apartment, we enjoyed very much our stay. - A very good and well presented apartment. We had a car so it was easy to park at the metro station and therefore it was easy to visit Naples at our will.

Gated apartment complex, huge lock-up garage parking space, elevator from garage to apartment floor, two big terraces, all necessary appliances. It really felt like home. Thank you again Mr Mirko. Nurit (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is perfact. It has a secured parking. we arrived late at night and got the key. place is modern, clean, well equipped and very convenient. supermarket just below on the street. owner was available on WhatsApp and answered our questions. a bit far from the highway. the streets below are not nice for a walk.
Juan (9/5): Great apartment - The apartment is great, new, and comfortable, everything is working and everything is in great condition. Mirko was super helpful too, I did a mistake when making the reservation and he helped me Everything was great, the AC on the main room was not cooling down the room but i believe it has to do more with the location of the AC itself
Violeta (10/5): Exceptional - The accomodation in e-twelve apartment was wonderful. Apartment is exceptional... clean, comfortable and equipped with everytihng that you need to feel like at home. There is also washing maschine, dishwasher, big refrigerator and air conditioner in each room. So, in one word you will feel like at home. The owner Mirko is nice person and always ready to help. If you travel with car there is also secure parking place in parking garage in the building with 24h surveillance.
