• Lubos Herbst (9/5): - It is a a great location offering easy access to shopping mall, attractions, Montjuic natural park for running, hiking and lovely views. All public transport you need, very good restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and late evening dinners with delicious tapas and local food. We really enjoyed local markets with very friendly people. Streets around and as well as the most of the neighbourhood can be sometimes little bit noisy, but usually around midnight is all OK and quiet. As we have really enjoyed our stay overall, we have not found any major issues.

• Ana Carolina (8/5): Very good! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona! The location is great - just a short walk from the Magic Fountain, the MNAC Museum, and the Arena Mall, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, yet close to everything. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed — a well-stocked kitchen, two bathrooms (a big plus!), air conditioning, and even an elevator, which is not common in older buildings. Despite the building’s age, the apartment is well-maintained. It was also surprisingly quiet, perfect for resting after a day exploring the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Overall, a great place to stay — I’d definitely stay here again! Towels and sheets/covers didn't look too clean as well as balcony area.

Obiective turistice la îndemână. Apartamentul are tot ce trebuie. Pentru noi a fost ceea ce trebuia. In camera cu paturi de 1 persoana este necesar un ventilator. Exista aer condiționat, dar nu se poate programa pe zone. Cred că un ventilator ar prinde bine.
• Rita (2/5): Nunca más. - En realidad nada, lo único bueno es que tenía las paradas de los autobuses cerca y el aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente, así como la lavadora que fue útil. Pero son servicios incluidos en los casi 1000€ que pagamos por 3 noches. Todo. Fue una experiencia horrible. Empezando por el personal, el chico que nos dio las llaves no fue profesional, sino grosero, parecía que nos estaba tomando el pelo porque se reía mientras hablaba con nosotras. El piso no estaba limpio y de hecho encontramos cucarachas. Solo nos dieron una toalla cada uno por 3 días de estancia. Pagamos casi 1000€ por tres noches 4 personas. Además, el piso es mucho más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos compartidas en la página web. El papel higiénico había sido utilizado por otros entonces no era nuevo. No había nada para ducharse: gel de ducha, champú ni acondicionador. El armazón de una cama estaba roto, entonces mi amiga se cayó y se hizo daño, además que asustarse. Las dos camas individuales son muy pequeñas y viejas, los armazones se movían al sentarse. Encontramos bolsas de caramelos debajo de la cama, entonces el piso no había sido limpiado. Siguiendo con el tema de la falta de limpieza, cuando llegamos comimos algunos picos en la cocina pero tuvimos que tirar todo el paquete (pagado, y no poco) porque entraron unos insectos en el paquete. El edificio en el que se encuentra el piso estaba sucio y olía muy mal. En el portal vimos cucarachas muertas. Como si eso no fuera suficiente, por mucho que tenga paradas de autobús cerca, el barrio no nos gustó, sucio, no seguro y lejos del centro.
• Vladimir (9/5): Lokacija odlicna, prostran apartman, ali falilo je rucnika i cistoca je kogla - Lokacija je izvrsna, apartman ima dvije sobe i dva wc-a. Domacin nas je docekao i sve objasnio. Lokacija je izvrsna, metro je u blizini kao i soping centar. Falilo nam je rucnika, trebali bi dobiti vise od jednog rucnika po osobi. Cistoca je bila ok, moglo je biti i bolje.

• Roberto (9/5): 2-bedroom apartment nearby Placa de Espanya - The apartment is complete of everything, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and all the kitchen facilities. The location is near Placa the Espanya from where we could reach any point of the city quite easily. Internet is quite fast and easy to access. Air conditioning was easy to use and effective. The shower is very good with abundant hot water. We found two complimentary coffees waiting for us: very much appreciated. I would suggest a little more care for a deep cleaning and new bath towels.
• Kate (10/5): Feels like home - Perfect location, very comfortable appartement. We liked everything, this appartement is designed for good living where you have everything for comfort stay - washing machine, dish washer, oven, cooker, coffee machine and more! The bonus is that there are 2 bathrooms! We love to be in warm conditions so the climate control was so great, so if you stay like we in November it will be great. We didn’t find any capsule for washing machine, but we bought a pack in supermarket and left it in the appartement. I think it would be great to have at least 1 for one wash if we stay just for a few days. But we are okay with all. Just maybe it can be little improvement.
• Olha (9/5): Superb - We liked everything. The apartment is clean and cozy with comfortable beds, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very nice location, close to many attractions.
• Sabir (4/5): Pictures Misleading / Not As Nice as was Expected - Do not be taken in by the pictures. Whilst location is great in terms of accessibility for Metro and various tourist places, there is nothing else appealing about this apartment. When the keys were handed in to us by the owner himself, the property didn't look like it was cleaned properly for the next guests to use. The overflowing bin left by the previous guests was not emptied for our use. We had to empty it ourselves. The floor was dirty, dusty and had hairs in a few places. The settee looked tired and was stained. It wasn't comfortably positioned to be able to watch the no-packages TV in the evenings. There wasn't much at the coffee / tea station. The “welcome” tea / coffee appeared to be that left by previous guests. The sponge to clean dishes used by guests wasn't changed. Lighting in the apartment was insufficient, some of this down to bulbs not working. The door-knob and lock to main bedroom as per the owner was damaged by previous guests. He said he tried to fix it but was unable to and wiith it being the weekend it wasn't possible to get anyone to do the job. He apologised and said he would send someone on Monday to have it fixed if we wanted . We declined the offer. Main bathroom had toiletries - from all round the world left by the previous guests again it would seem. Some leaking in the under the sink cupboards. We rented property for 7 nights and we were given 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 3 people to share. There were no toiletries in 2nd bathroom, not even any hand soap. There were no instructions as to how to use any of the gadgets in the apartment like the cooker, washer etc. He did quickly tell us verbally how to use the AC. In his words it was easy, but it wasn't. There were no guidance or any kind of tourist information as a welcome guide for the guests. There were no books or games or any form of entertainment you would normally find in self-catered apartments for entertainment of tenants.
• Michael (3/5): The horrible garbage dumpster smell. I was happy to end my stay. - The smell. The filthy stained sofa that looked like it was salvaged from a dumpster. I was looking forward to the end of my holiday so I could get out of that place.

• Jennifer (10/5): great location and value! - A great property, roomy and clean. The owner was able to meet me early with the key. The WIFI wasn’t working. But the owner was working to get it fixed I think.
