• Denise (10/5): Lovely comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Book it, you won’t regret it! - We loved our stay at this apartment. Safe and secure, great location with great food and live music and subways nearby. The apartment is light filled, nicely decorated, great kitchen, two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Multiple aircons worked well in summer. Enabled our family to spend quality time together. Thank you to our responsive hosts who answered any questions quickly. Some more kitchen glasses, a new toaster and can opener. Small things.
• Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location right in the heart of Greenwich. Private entrance to the apartment. Had everything we needed, kitchen was well supplied, washer, dryer etc. Host had many recommendations for the area, and easily contactable when we needed help. The stairs are pretty steep (something to note for those travelling with young kids), but we managed it fine with 2 kiss under 5.
• Nigel (5/5): Needs an upgrade. It is not gorgeous as the name claims. - Location, beds comfortable Cleanliness, broken fittings, plastic furniture. Requires a deep clean.

• Daniel (10/5): Fantastic stay in NYC - The best central location in NYC. In a great neighborhood and right next to the 1 metro line, you can walk or metro to anywhere in just a few stops. The apartment has an awesome balcony to sit and watch the street below. Great equipped apartment. Air con in each room (very much needed in August!). The owner was easily contactable and kindly allowed us to keep bags after checkout until our later flight. All around great stay! Obviously the street and bars below are very noisy so bring ear plugs.

• Mary (8/5): The property was a lovely base for New York. - The property was very nice and was located on the two floors above a restaurant. A rare find in New York where it seems most properties are tower blocks. It had its own private entrance. There was no noise at all from the restaurant below. The person we contacted about the property was very quick to send somebody to sort out a few issues we raised. Eg, they promptly bought a new travel cot (aka pack and play in the US) when we told them we couldn’t find the mattress for the one in the apartment. Ideally the property should have been checked prior to arrival to ensure there were no issues that needed sorting. An instruction book for the microwave would have been really helpful, maybe because it was very different to any we’d used in the UK. And we needed to climb on a chair to read the display.
