• Susan (6/5): If only sleeping and don’t mind noisy then a maybe. - Location close to Metro and Caja Magice IMO properties where the manager is absent do not feel very welcoming. The property boasts breakfast but the option other than cereal is very poor- the kitchen area in the basement is well equipped so you can buy in. You are expected to wash up. The property uses stud walls to divide a space into rooms with just enough space for a bed and very limited natural light. The rooms are noisy from the street and other occupants ( ear plugs provided by the host- which tells that this is an issue).

• Bianca (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Instalações novas, organizadas e limpas. Cozinha muito bem equipada e com vários alimentos de café da manhã disponível. Banheiro é compartilhado, mas foi muito cômodo de usar. É quase em frente ao quarto, estava sempre limpo e muito bem equipado (tinha secador de cabelo e até prancha de alisar cabelo disponíveis). Chuveiro com ótima pressão. Fica longe do centro histórico, mas é ao lado de uma estação de metrô que fica a poucas estações das praças principais. O único ponto negativo é que achamos o colchão muito desconfortável (não sei se é pelo uso, ou se a densidade é baixa mesmo).

I no descartaria repetir!!! :-) - La situació és molt bona, i l'aparcament en aquest barri és gratuït, així que només arribar, vam aparcar el cotxe i com que l'apartament està a 2-3 minuts caminant de l'estació de metro, no vam tornar a tocar el cotxe fins el dia de marxar cap a casa :-) El propietari és molt amable i respon súper ràpid a qualsevol dubte / consulta que es tingui :-) Poder de les pitjors "pegues" que ens hem trobat, és que el llit supletori on havia de dormir la meva filla està a la cuina, i el soroll de la nevera li molestava per dormir... Ara, un cop adormida, ja no se n'enterava de res. I també hem trobat a faltar penjadors al lavabo per les tovallores... sobretot quan estaven molles.

• Jillian (7/5): Enjoyable stay apart from door security issues. - Added extras in room - juice, milk, robes. Kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. Everything you needed and more. Room security was a pain. Door automatically locked on me morning I was leaving and I had no way of contracting anyone to let me in. Phone and code was in the room. Luckily lady next door came out and rang for help twice before it was answered, without her I would have missed my taxi to tour - it was very stressful. Needs to be an emergency contact phone available in communal area.

• İlyas (10/5): - Konumu şehir merkezine biraz uzak olsa da metronun dibinde, bu sayede şehrin her yerine kolaylıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Aynı binada ece 2200'ye kadar açık bir supermarket şubesi ve 10 dakikalık yürüyüşle ulaşılabilen büyük bir supermarket ile AVM mevcut. Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterli idi. Sessiz ve huzurlu. İlk gidişimizde adresi biraz zor bulduk, oysa metronun hemen karşısında, Ciudad Los Angeles metro istasyonunun batı yönündeki çıkış kapısının tam karşısında yer alan binanın arka tarafındaki girişinde imiş. :)

• Andre (9/5): nice option in Madrid - We arrived a little early, but we were allowed to enter our room. It's very well decorated. The breakfast is simple, but good. The place is very calm. Highly recommended. It's a bit far from the center, so you depend on bus/train to get there.
• Marina (10/5): Estancia perfecta - Nos pareció un 10/10 el alojamiento, todo super nuevo y con buenas calidades, gimnasio, desayuno súper variado, la cama y la almohada muy cómodas, los baños nuevos y súper limpios. La ubicación excelente, boca de metro a 2 minutos escasos andando y en 20/25’ estás en Gran Vía. Una trabajadora que estuvo allí durante mi estancia, muy atenta y educada. Sin duda volveré a reservarlo si vuelvo a Madrid.
• Nigel (6/5): A base to explore Madrid. - Right by a metro stop which gave easy and fast access to everywhere. Supermarket around the corner. Well stocked kitchen for self-serve continental breakfast (we provided own milk). Includes laundry room. The facility felt very secure. We found safe and free street parking within a few blocks. Timed key-pad lock on bedroom door was noisy (although host instructed me how to lessen this). Bedroom is on street level with busy foot path on the other side of the window so some street noise at night (although not too bad)
