Alejandro (9/5): - I had a good stay overall. The place is clean and has a decent amount of space. It includes a washing machine, a kitchen, a small balcony, and a TV inside, which made the stay comfortable. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. The photos suggest there is a rooftop pool, but that’s not the case. I was told the rooftop area is currently under renovation, and I’m not sure what’s actually there. The only pool available is on level 8. It’s still fine, but it’s not what I expected based on the listing. Apart from that, everything else was good. The location is convenient and close to the MRT, making it easy to get around. Overall, a solid place to stay just be aware of the pool situation before booking. No rooftop pool

Vivien (9/5): Superbly comfortable stay in luxurious, well equipped apartment with awesome view; value for money - Location was very convenient for our purpose of visit. Thanks to the parking attendant who guided us to first approach the check-in reception to retrieve the resident carparking access card (given this was our first experience residing in service apartment). The check-in was smooth and fast with the receptionist who was alert, courteous, and able to communicate very well. The parking lot assigned to us was well thought of to be near the lift lobby close to our unit. Our apartment was squeaky clean, spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities in good working condition. The view from our unit at Level 13A was breathtaking, overlooking the majestic Merdeka 118, the historical Stadium Merdeka, and right down to watching the interesting traffic condition along Jalan Maharajalela. Thank you for making sure every detail had been seen to for a breezy stay. Hope to return to stay at Opus Residences! Given that we were unfamiliar with card access system for car parking, we would appreciate a sound-out at the check-in that we have to lift up the residential parking access card outside the driver's window to ensure signal pick-up. Inside the apartment, we were just missing tissue paper. But no bother as we managed to purchase a pack from the convenient store along Jalan Maharajalela.

Rooms were also equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils etc which were very useful during the stay. It also had a big smart TV which was very useful to watch whatever we wanted during leisure time. The reception staff was not available most of the time and we had to take and use the key ourselves when we arrived. The cleaning staff was also hard to reach to and we always had to call and ask them to clean.

This review aims to highlight the exceptional features and services that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, the location of OPUS Residences is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of KL City Centre, it offers unrivaled convenience for exploring the vibrant city. With numerous malls and attractions in close proximity, I found myself just a short walk away from a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether it was indulging in retail therapy or discovering local delicacies, everything was easily accessible. The 3-bedroom condo I stayed in was nothing short of impressive. The moment I entered, I was greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living area that exuded both comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident, with tasteful decor and modern amenities throughout the entire space. The bedrooms were equally delightful, featuring comfortable beds, ample storage, and breathtaking views of the city skyline. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. One of the standout features of OPUS Residences was the fantastic pool on the 8th floor. It provided a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, allowing me to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings. The pool area was well-maintained, offering ample lounging space and a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun, the pool area provided the perfect setting. Furthermore, the gym facilities on the 16th floor were a fitness enthusiast's dream come true. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and offering panoramic views of the city, it made every workout session a delight. The gym catered to a wide range of fitness needs and ensured that residents had access to everything they required to maintain their exercise routines. While my stay at OPUS Residences was generally pleasant, there were a few negative aspects that are worth mentioning to provide a balanced review. Firstly, one of the significant downsides was the absence of housekeeping services. Unlike traditional hotels, the condo did not offer daily cleaning and tidying of the rooms. This meant that throughout our stay, we had to manage our own housekeeping, which could be inconvenient and time-consuming. Secondly, the lack of on-site restaurants within the condo premises was another drawback. This meant that whenever we desired a meal, we had to rely on food delivery services like Grab or venture outside the condo to find dining options. This limited our choices and sometimes resulted in delays or added expenses. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that essential toiletries such as shower gel, shower caps, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were not provided in the condo. Although two pairs of towels were available in each room, the absence of these basic amenities was inconvenient, especially for guests who did not bring their own toiletries or were expecting them to be provided. Despite these negative points, it's important to note that the overall experience at OPUS Residences was still enjoyable. The location, spaciousness of the condo, and the presence of amenities like the pool and gym contributed positively to the stay.

Great sensation of space. 4 things: 1. on my reservation I had 29th floor. when I got there was 12th floor. that was a bit disappointing 2. Smell in the bathroom - unpleasant 3. There was hair from previous tenants on the floor and in the bathroom 4. The worst of it: ANTS - fire ants on the floor, in the table, in the bathroom, in my tooth brush, on the couch. woke up with a few bites.
Silenttears (9/5): Superb - the apartments are very good! they are spacious, convenient that there are 2 bedrooms. Great comfortable beds and air conditioning. Lots of space. We really liked that the house has 2 large swimming pools, there is a whole floor for sports. Our stay was very comfortable. I would stay here again and can recommend It's not my first time in Kuala Lumpur, I always choose apartments. Apparently I was very lucky that I got into the apartments both late at night and early in the morning, there was always either staff or a security guard at the reception and they could meet. I warned in advance that I would be at 1 am, but my flight was delayed by an hour, and I was late. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we were advised to wait for one of the tenants of the house. 2 am, we want to sleep and we are sitting on a bench in front of the building.. we only waited 1 hour, we were lucky. At 3 am we were able to get inside and finally get some sleep. This is a non-refundable booking, I could not cancel it when I found out about the postponement of my flight, but if the owner knows that he cannot meet the guest at night, he must cancel such a booking on his own
