• Black (4/5): It’s looks expensive in the pictures but is a fail in real life. - Solid location. Better prices than comparable properties. Literally the smallest room possible. Full Bed. Couldn’t sit straight on the toilet without hitting the wall. The worst breakfast buffet imaginable, just processed industrial crap. Clearly they want to advertise “free breakfast” and then make sure nobody will eat it.

Nie oczekiwałam bogatej oferty jak w hotelach w Europie, ale było smacznie. Hotel mieści się przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę. Noce w zatyczkach.

Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę do NY to napewno się u nich zatrzymam. Taki mały minusik, brakowało mi w łazience słuchawki prysznicowej, była tylko deszczownica. A na śniadanku np pomidorów 😀 ale i tak było super!
• Hans Michiel (8/5): Great Stay with a Few Hiccups at The Frederick - Great Stay with a Few Hiccups at The Frederick I recently stayed at The Frederick Hotel in Lower Manhattan, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience, though there were a few things future travelers should keep in mind. The Highlights • Prime Location: You honestly couldn't ask for a better spot. It is just a short walk from the One World Trade Center, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. • Unbeatable Transit: Having a Metro station right outside the door was a game-changer for exploring the rest of New York City. • Excellent Service: The staff were professional and clearly cared about our comfort. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did encounter an issue where our room was uncomfortably warm. However, the staff went above and beyond to fix it. They spent a significant amount of time trying to repair the built-in unit and, when it couldn't be fixed immediately, they brought in a portable air conditioning unit to ensure we stayed cool. I really appreciated their dedication to resolving the problem. The "Family Booking" Catch The biggest downside was the breakfast policy. We booked as a family, yet the hotel only included breakfast for two people. This felt quite odd for a family reservation. • To get breakfast for the rest of the family, we had to pay an additional $20 per person per day. • By the end of our trip, this added an unexpected $160 to our total bill. Final Verdict: Despite the heat issue and the breakfast surcharge, the location and the helpfulness of the staff make this a solid choice. I would stay here again, but I'd probably skip the hotel breakfast and head to one of the many local cafes nearby instead!

The manager could have helped a little more considering I am traveling with my 80 year old mother and her service dog. The first room I was in was horrible with a corner 4x4 window. then we changed to a better room but it had no fridge or at least a coffee maker! For a 4star hotel this should be considered a 2star hotel. The price you are paying for location and the amazing staff and not the hotel.

Personnel aimable, avec une mention spéciale pour les bellboys, souriants et très sympathiques. Petit-déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Produits d'hygiène à disposition de qualité, ménage quotidien soigné. Le studio avec 2 lits doubles offre un confort limité pour une occupation à 4 (2 adultes + 2 enfants) car les lits font seulement 130 cm de large. Une fenêtre difficilement accessible et que nous ne sommes jamais parvenus à ouvrir pour aérer. Attention, dans l'offre le petit déjeuner est inclus pour 2 personnes uniquement y compris en cas de réservation pour 4 donc prévoir un budget supplémentaire de 20$ par jour et par personne au-delà.

Room was a little on the small side but that's a given for New York, just hadn't factored that in as over 20years since I was in New York.

• Shirley (8/5): Lovely stay but the total lack of any storage space in the room made the stay uncomfortable - The location was excellent with the subway right outside the door, the breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant was really good too. I've stayed in many hotels in New York and I understand that the rooms are small. However I've never stayed in a hotel room with absolutely no storage space..We had to keep all our cases and bags at the end of the bed and were unable to unpack our clothes which would have been fine for a one night stay but not for a four night stay. It made getting around an already tiny room very difficult and uncomfortable. A kettle would also have been a welcome addition to the room.

The team at the desk and the bellbots are very kind, and attentive, we just felt like home from the first minute. Dpecisl thanks to Tamar, who assisted us , and was so great to meet someone who also speaks our language 😉 Thank you for a lovely stay! We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends in Israel. The water stream in the shower is weak, and it is hard to switch from cold to hot water.

• Simona Ferra (4/5): - Ottima posizione in un quartiere bellissimo Vendono una camera minuscola per quattro persone, armadio piccolissimo, zero spazio per le valigie. La colazione era inclusa solo per 2 persone e bisognava attendere per sedersi.

Sono rimasto deluso dlla camera, piccola eravamo in 4 , 2 adult e 2 bambini , la prima camera neanche entravano le valigie poi per fortuina ci hamnno spostato e nella seconda siamo riusciti a sopravvire 8 giorni facendo i tuni per aprire le valigie con i cambi e le valigie ( immaginate con i bamini quanti cambi) accatastate l'una sopra l'altra. In fa se di prenotazione avevo anche scritto una junior suite insomma una camera larga, che ho visto avevano ma ... sarà un concorso di colpa tra il pessimo servizio ormai che fornisce BOOKINìG e l'ìHotel I was disappointed with the room, it was small, there were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. The first room didn't even fit our suitcases, then luckily they moved us and in the second we managed to survive 8 days doing the tucks to open the suitcases with the changes and the suitcases (imagine how many changes with children) piled on top of each other. When I booked I had also written a junior suite, basically a large room, which I saw they had but... it must be a joint fault between the terrible service that BOOKING provides and the hotel.

• Oliver (8/5): Super Hotel für NY. Jeder Zeit wieder - Super Lage. Frühstück für USA auch gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sind sehr bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. Auch ist es gut Schall isoliert so das man von draußen nicht hört. Jeder Zeit wieder, Zimmer sehr klein und nur 1 kleiner Schrank aber wir haben ja nur dort geschlafen. So haben wir halt aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Pas de lumière extérieure. Nous avons changé pour une chambre avec une fenêtre ouverte sur le ciel. Le lit était plus petit, la chambre minuscule

• Stephanie (10/5): Einen wunderbaren 6tägigen Aufenthalt als Familie in New York verbracht! - Die Unterkunft ist war toll! Die Zimmer groß mit toller Aussicht. Dass es etwas laut war von draußen ist ja normal, da wir ja mitten drin waren. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit. Das Frühstück reichhaltig für jeden was dabei. Wir haben zu viert immer einen Platz gefunden, das Personal dort auch sehr gut und freundlich!
