Double pain glass kept most of the outside noise at bay. Reliable elevator. Had difficulty controlling the room temperature; although the hotel did resolve the problem.

VALERIE (8/5): Very nice hotel, ideally located, however the breakfast doesn't emphasise the local products - The Hotel is perfectly located for business as for tourism. It is in the city center, near very good restaurants and near Houses of Cognac. Great Hotel, good value for money Breakfast could have more local food choices. In such a region like Cognac, there are plenty of specialities that could be supplied by local farmers. The breakfast was good, however nothing special. Shame not to emphasise the local products.

(9/5): Très beau séjour - L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville de Cognac Sont parking privé rends le stationnement très pratique Tous le personnels est très polis et courtois et fait preuve d'une grande discrétion que ce soit à la réception ou les femmes de chambre, ils sont tous super !

Don’t worry if you don’t speak French as they speak English. All the little extra touches like foyer coffee, the pool, the steam room, the lovely bar. And the rooms are quiet and well appointed. Gary could easily run hospitality lessons as he is The Master! The fact I didn’t have more time to spend here.
YVES (9/5): Hôtel bien situé en Centre-ville. - Le Service en chambre pour le Petit-déjeuner était très bien. Je n'ai pas pu disposer d'une place de parking dès le premier jour de mon séjour, mais il y a des parkings publics à proximité.
Clément (9/5): Séjour d'affaires à Cognac - L'hôtel est spacieux et confort. Il s'agit d'un établissement moderne tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien. Le petit-déjeuner et les chambres sont au niveau souhaité et attendu. Le bruit de circulation la nuit est inhérent à la situation géographique de centre-ville de l'hôtel. Bouchons d'oreille recommandés.

Yurii (7/5): Motel feel, not recommended - There’re many things to be fixed: 1. We arrived at 15:00, there were 2 other cars waiting and calling reception at the entrance cause nobody was there and we couldn’t enter even the parking. After reception lady arrived and opened the gate, everyone took all the bags out and went to reception, and everyone was just told that check-in starts at 16:00 and we need to put our bags back in our cars. I checked and indeed it was stated that check-in starts from 16:00 but still looks too late. 2. Doors to shower room and toilette won’t close leaving huge gap. 3. The floor is extremely cold (it’s made of tile) and there are zero carpers or no flip flops provided. 4. Towels are of lowest quality I’ve ever seen and there only 2 body towels (no face / hands / legs towels). 5. Distance to central part is 20 walk which is a lot for such a small town and the walk is not pleasant cause there’s nothing to see when walking

Lutz (8/5): Hotel lädt zum Wiederkommen ein. - Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und hatten das Hotel wg. des Innenpools gewählt, den wir dann auch alleine für uns nutzen konnten. (leider haben die whirlpoolähnlichen Massagedüsen nicht funktioniert). Das Zimmer im 3. Stock, mit Blick direkt auf den beleuchteten Platz "Francois 1", war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte große bequeme Einzelbetten. Uns hat auch gefallen, dass Bad und Toilette getrennt waren. Alles war in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Das Parken und Laden unseres E-Autos war unkompliziert. Das Laden sogar kostenlos. Die Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls zu unserem Vorteil, war das sehr preisgünstige Zimmer (sicherlich der Jahreszeit geschuldet).

DIDIER (6/5): Déçu de l hôtel et du bar Louise - Emplacement central Très belle façade Parking Accueil Décevant c est un bon 3 étoiles mais pas 4 Moquettes très sales et tachées chambres et couloirs Salle de bain très petite pas de nespresso . Le bar Louise ne propose rien à manger alors que nous sommes passés deux heures avant d y aller et que leur réponse étaient oui! Nous pensions faire une soirée apéro fooding, raté ! Pas de carte de Cognac alors qu une centaine au moins sont alignés dans le bar! Seulement trois cocktail à base de cognac! Soirée ratée !!! Globalement déçu ! Petit déjeuner bien sans plus! Pas de nespresso non plus! Un café filtre passable! Salle sans charme
