• Tjalve (9/5): Perfect location, big apartment, really value for money. - The apartment is huge with two good bedrooms and lots of shared space. The location could not be better and the views from the main bedroom are spectacular. Nice building, very clean. High quality beds and new bathroom.

• Claudia Mazzilli (6/5): - Gli appartamenti sono molto belli. Ho prenotato e pagato un appartamento di 90mq, con due camere e due bagni (perché era una mia esigenza). Purtroppo i gestori hanno pensato bene di cambiare appartamento, dandoci uno con terrazzino ma una camera e un bagno, creando disagio chiaramente e non rispettando la richiesta.
• Judy (5/5): Disappointing due to the lack of facilities in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. - Great location and roomy apartment Upstairs bedroom has reduced height as it is located in the eaves, also very little natural light as only one small triangular window over the door. This was not mentioned in the property details. I am 5ft 5in and bumped my head on the beams when getting out of bed. There were no plug sockets by the bed which is contrary to the property description. There were no hooks or towel rails in the shower room on which to hang towels so these had to be draped over the door. The sink is tiny and not really adequate for washing. There was also no shelves or vanity unit near to the sink where you could keep your toiletries so these had to be put on the floor. There was also no mirror of any description in the bathroom area or in the bedroom. We raised this with the host and was told the previous guests had broken it but they hadn't replaced it.
• Justin Rey (8/5): Nice place for a good value - It is a super spacious place with modern appliances. The vibe was modern and tasteful, and felt appropriate for the price and location. The location is fabulous with plenty nearby, including a weekend market. The upstairs room has a very low ceiling by the bed; I hit my head a few times. The upstairs bathroom is a bit lacking, too. It's new, but it felt unfinished with no mirror by the sink and the awkward layout.

• Jennine (9/5): - The apartment was in a great location allowing us to walk to everything. The staff were very professional and quick to respond to all communication. Entry instructions into the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The decor was high end, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for us to prepare a number of meals 'in house'. We appreciated the lift acess to this 3rd floor apartment. The second bedroom, not shown in pictures, while a reasonable size and comfortable, had only 1 very small window, a low ceiling and no powerpoints.

• Servet Kilic (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt - Die Lage war absolut top. Erdgeschoss war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage hatte genug Leistung den ganzen Raum zu kühlen. Die Wohnung befand sich auf der 3.Etage und konnte mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Danach muss man durch 3 Türen um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das Problem ist, dass die 2. Tür nachts verschlossen ist, sodass mann einen Schlüssel benötigt um aus der Wohnung rauszukommen. Diese Tür sollte von innen ohne Schlüssel geöffnet werden können, sodass man bei einem Notfall/Brand ohne Schlüssel aus der Wohnung flüchten kann.

Location was excellent near the city's main attractions, restaurants, supermarket etc. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check in, which was really helpful. Not cheap, but I guess that's the price you have to pay to stay in the city center...
• Aqil (10/5): excellent property in Florance. - the property in excellent location in Florance and near to the center, the rooms were big and the kitchen was well equiped. the apartment was clean and quite with elevator to ease to take the luggage up. the checkin and check out process was easy. the apartment amenities was top class. one thing to consider if you arriving by car , that the property in ZTL location so i parked my car outside the ZTL and walked 20 min to avoid getting fine.

• Helen (8/5): Great stay in a good location - At Home Santacroce is a lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment was well designed, clean and had a lift which is handy for families. Check-in could have been smoother, as the locks on two of the entrance doors are tricky and there’s a certain knack to opening them.

• Cheryl (7/5): Good location - The apartment is in a terrific location. Very walkable, with nearby restaurants and historic sites. The lower level is beautifully and tasteful decorated. The entrance to the apartment is via a code, which is fine. Once in, you must navigate a couple hallways, each requiring a key to enter/exit, plus an elevator. This was frustrating and exiting would be difficult during an emergency, such as a fire. Also, the upper floor bedroom is basically a converted attic. It has no electrical outlets. Its bathroom has no shower or tub, a barely usable sink, and a dangerously low ceiling.

Fantastic location, outside your door it’s a short walk to great cafes, piazzas and the river. It’s about a 7-min walk to the Uffizi Gallery and importantly (in the summer heat) a good supermarket just around the corner too. Apartment was lovely, and Valentina as host, super-helpful. Can’t fault it - we’ll be back!

The upstairs bathroom is awkward particularly for tall people as the toilet is situated under a very low beam and you are in-danger of hitting your head ! Too many security doors !

The apartment was very clean and was by far the nicest place we stayed at on our trip. Would recommend 100% We had a hard time figuring out the washer/dryer since we are not used to having it all in one machine. Host left really good directions but it was still hard to use. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have any outlets by the bed so turning on a light in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom can get a little dangerous given the ceilings being very low and there being a step. Would be great if there as something that could be turned on just for safety reasons!

• Ruth (10/5): Feel at home in the most beautiful city in Italia. - The apartment is near one of the most beautiful and friendly Piazze in Firenze. Lively but not too crowded. Santa Croce basilica is a wonder of the word. The apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. Communication with the host was using WhatsApp. I will definitely consider renting it in the future when I return to this magical city. We likes it all. Tiny comments were communicated to the host who was very appreciative.
• Ahmad (7/5): Good - The property was very stylish with valuables furniture and decorations. It has all the facilities you may need I wish that they showed us the second room when we booked this flat. The second room is very scary unfortunately.
