• Ferenc (6/5): The location is excellent, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, but the room wasn’t maintained too well. - Great location, not too far from anything. Nice breakfast. The staff was also nice. The room was a bit older than expected, and it was always so hot in there. We had to run the A/C 24/7 - so glad that it worked well. When we arrived, we saw that the small bed’s blanket was dirty - we got it changed immediately. Later I found 2 small cockroaches under the king size bed. Just as the room itself, the bathroom also had the heater cranked up to the max - it was so hot in there too, and there was no cold water in the shower - although the staff promised us to fix it, it did not happen. We had to shower in almost boiling hot water. Had some cables sticking out of the wall, 1 of the 2 lightbulbs did not work. We could only watch youtube on the television, there wasn’t any channel or so.

• Nurana (10/5): - We arrived very comfortably from the airport to the hotel with the transfer organized by the hotel.. the breakfast was delicious.. thanks for the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention shown to us by the staff..
• GİZEM (8/5): - Konumu önemli caddelere ve duraklara yürüme mesafesinde ve fiyatına göre bence güzeldi kahvaltı fiyata dahil bir artı olarak.fiyqt performans olarak memnun kaldık kahvaltıda servis yapan arkadaş çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Çocuğumuz ile kaldık rahatsız olduğumuz bir durum olmadı

• Alara (4/5): Kişi sayısına uygun oda satılmadı - Otelin konumu güzeldi, eşyalar eski değildi güzeldi. 3 kişilik oda kiraladık otele varıp odamıza girdiğimizde sadece çift kişilik yatak vardı biz otele varmadan önce 3 kişilik ayrı yatak imkanı varsa o şekilde konaklamak istediğimizi eğer yoksa çift kişilik yatak ve tekli yatak istediğimizi bildirdik ve resepsiyon onayladı fakat sadece çift kişilik yatak vardı resepsiyona bu durumu bildirdiğimizde otelde 3 kişilik oda olmadığını söylediler ve verdikleri divanı taşımak için yardım istediler gece yorgun bir şekilde vardığımız otelde yatak zaten hazırda değildi.

• Alexander (5/5): - Локация Администратор, который всячески старался помочь Поселили в другой отель даже не предупредив( отель mirror, по отзывам он мягко говоря не очень). Прогулка под дождем в другой отель до терминала,чтобы оплатить проживание, в данном здании терминала не оказалось. Кстати, именно в нем у меня и было изначально бронирование,правда понял я это несколько позже. Прилетев рано утром хотелось хоть несколько часов поспать перед сл рейсом, но в номер с разными вопросами постоянно входил персонал!!! После выезда,как я понимаю, отель изменил стоимость проживания в уже завершенном бронировании в 10 раз занизив ее!!!с 52 до 6 манат. у меня реферальная программа, соответственно получу в 10 раз меньше бонусов. К отелю уже не имеет отношение, но разочаровала поддержка от booking, раньше такого не было, грустно!
