La distanza dal centro paese e la mancanza di una navetta a disposizione rendendo necessario il pagamento per ogni spostamento di un taxi. Una maggiore manutenzione migliorerebbe la struttura anche la creazione di una passerella per raggiungere il mare e la barriera in modo agevole.

I never expected such beauty, tranquility, and kindness, combined with such serene atmospheres. The staff at the hotel were extremely respectful and friendly, especially Mr. Saleh, whose warm and helpful demeanor truly stood out. His exceptional assistance and kindness are among the main reasons I’d love to return to this place. I also cannot forget the receptionist, Ahmed, whose constant smile and respectful attitude made my stay even more memorable. These moments at the hotel were truly unforgettable. The hotel spot is very quite & relaxing which we really enjoyed The room can be cleaner (floor, surface & covers) and the room service can be better, the jacuzzi should be operational. Also a room TV would be nice. Also the price should be cheaper considering its not close to downtown

Hotel maintenance is very bad,it's a shame.... Our family is going on holiday to Sinai 4 times a year. Good luck 🤞

• Ahmed (2/5): Very poor - The location and the friendly staff The hotel has a bed bug infestation!!! I've booked 2 rooms one of them had bed bugs. Then switched to another 2 rooms and both were heavily infested with Bed Bugs I've spent the worst hotel night of my life time trying to clean the bed and avoid the bites throughout the night. I advise you don't book in this hotel before you make sure they managed this problem
• Kfir (9/5): Superb - It was a great experience with the Daniela Diving center. Ibrahim the dive instructor was great! We all felt in a good hands. Also felt that safety is highly important. Everythings with a smile. The hotel itself has a really nice area and view. Stuff was wonderful and helpful. Diner and breakfast were reallynice and varied so we didn't had to go out to eat. A good thing after a long diving day. Don't miss the beautiful sunrise from this place!! Need a little attention to room maintenance.

• Daniel (8/5): Very good place, except the shower - Daniel and the staff in general were amazing Location is good The dinner was nice The shower didn't have hot water, despite I asked to fix this every day. In the middle of the stay the shower hose broke and we couldn't use the shower head at all. This too wasn't fixed. Also, after every shower there was a huge puddle left in the bathroom without any way to get rid of the water. So, the shower was just a disaster and my kids just refused to use it and didn't had shower for the whole stay. Very frustrating and the biggest pain point of the stay. Very disappointing that despite all our request and complains it wasn't fixed for the 6 days of our stay...
• Ruben (10/5): Amazing Diving Hotel - Nice hotel with an amazing diving school. The facilities are beyond what you expect for what you pay. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean & the receptionist is very helpful. The diving school is extraordinarily good very nice instructors and informative. The breakfast is okay but nothing special. The dinner for a fee is rather lackluster, how ever Dahab is 10minutes away and there are more than enough restaurants there.

• Basmala (6/5): It’s a lovely place and a lovely location and just to be in Dahab it self. - The breakfast was limited options not many to choose from. The staff was super friendly and kind. They offered dinner and lunch for extra charge but their prices were reasonable. They were pet friendly and everyone was super nice and accepting of my dog which was amazing. They offered shuttle service for extra price to go to downtown Dahab to explore since the place so far from anything. My only issue with this place was the cleanness. The pool was constantly not clean and I had to call someone to come and clean it of these little frogs that kept on being there. I just expect for a place like this to prioritize cleaning and maintaining the cleanses of the place.

• Pamela (9/5): our holiday was much enjoyed thanks to the lovely resort and the excellent service of its staff. - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, at all hours. the hotel was cleaned and cared for. breakfast was very good and sufficiently varied. Location was perfect for our needs- close enough to pop into Dahab town, and far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Hamed, the driver, was especially helpful and caring. As was Ihab, at the reception. We will definitely come back again, and will recommend this lovely resort to friends. The "hanging out" area close to the sea, didnt seem to recieve as much attention as the areas close to the pool.
• Guy (8/5): Magic - The staff is the biggest asset of this resort. Genuinely good people greet you with open arms and a real smile. Sunset at the pool bar is a treat with Umm Kulthum in the air. Real Arabic coffee at breakfast and great reception and dive center staff. Can’t wait for another chance to be there.
