Edmund (7/5): Nice clean, new, modern apartment in fantastic location, however, there is no elevator to the ap - Location fantastic. Nice clean apartment. Friendly landlord. Primary criticism is that there is no mention in the advertisement that there is no elevator to this apartment, and even though they say it is on the "first floor", there are four flights of steps to get to the first floor. Young, fit people will have no problems, but older people with heavy suitcases will have a problem.
