• Gigi (8/5): - Locatia buna pentru vizitat orasul. Este foarte aproape de gară. Accesul la apartament edte foarte neplăcut, sunt nuste scări sinistre si foarte mult de urcat. Nu are lift. Mirosul in apartament cam neplăcut.

• Ulrica (8/5): Fin lägenhet i Florens. - Väl utrustad lägenhet. Bra wifi. . Bra läge i Florens, gångavstånd till flertalet sevärdheter, restauranger och bageri på morgonen. Mycket trevlig personal som tog kontakt och mötte upp för att lämna nycklar. Lågt tryck i duschmunstycket. Många!!! Trappor för att nå lägenheten.
• Maria (7/5): Cozy but not comfy - La atención por parte del personal, la ubicación (muy céntrica y cercana también a la estación de Santa Maria Novella) y el ambiente del apartamento, muy agradable. Las camas súper incómodas, cocina poco equipada, presión de la ducha más que insuficiente y aire condicionado del comedor no funcionaba. Todo esto ya estaba reportado en comentarios de anteriores huéspedes, por lo que todavía no han puesto solución a nada de eso. A parte del hecho que es un 4o sin ascensor, pero eso es quizás culpa mía por no leer bien la descripción del apartamento.

• Milica (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy, clean appartment near to main attractions. Comftable bed in bedroom. Very good option to be in Florence. Bed in living room is not comftable for sleeping.
• Kai (8/5): Great location and cozy flat - Great location and nice layout of the flat Could do with a cover over the window in the bathroom
• Audrone (8/5): Very good location, a lot of stairs to 4th floor, but peace and quiet - made up high climb. - Very good location. The high climb to the apartments is definitely not suitable if you have a suitcase or are elderly, it's too high. It suited us, living upstairs was completely peaceful and quiet, we lived on the top floor 5 th. We were greeted by a nice and helpful guy. The bedroom bed is ok, but the living room pull-out bed is really not comfortable for 2 people to sleep in. For a short time - it's bearable. Good location, in the old town - close to attractions, peace and quiet - made up for the inconvenience and high climb.

• Tatyana (8/5): Great location - The location was very convenient to get to the places we wanted to see All those stairs to get to it. Basic necessities are missing such as coffee pods, coat rack and shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries
• Peggy (4/5): Disappointing - The host is really helpful. Location is great. Need to walk 67 steep staircases to the apt on the 5th floor. Bathroom is quite cold because heating rack is not hot enough. Water pressure of the shower is very low. Gas smell is strong when cooking and we feel uncomfortable. Kitchen ventilation hood not strong enough. After one person took a shower, need to wait for water to reboil for another person to take shower. Garbage disposal site is not too close and must throw garbage. We had to do everything to avoid walking back upstairs.

• Jon (7/5): Nice apartment - The apartment was clean , the bed was very nice and comfortable, and the apartment was spacious! We like it very much . The location was great! Tha apartment was on the last floor with no elevator! Small stairs , you have to be very comfortable going up or down. All the 3 days we stayed we have problem with the wifi! For the price we paid everything must be functional and ready for use!
• Nunu (5/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Had to walk up 4 flights of narrow, badly lit stairs with luggage and a baby. There was no indication on the website that there were so many stairs. Communication with reception was not great. The air conditioning in the kitchen/living room didn't work. We asked for someone to check it but no one came. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. No microwave or any way to heat milk or food. A disappointing experience in a beautiful city.
