• Catalina (9/5): 100% recomendado - Era una habitación amplia, con atención de café en capsulas y galletitas, las respuestas eran rápidas y se preocupaban de una buena higiene del lugar. Un día el baño presentó olor a cañería, sin embargo, tuvimos respuesta rápida y solución en cuanto a limpieza. No hay ascensor!

El alojamiento era un cuarto dentro de un departamento. No se podian dejar las valijas despues del check-out. Tampoco tenía recepción.

• SEFA (10/5): - Sinatra is an amazing host—thank you for everything! The location is perfect; as soon as you step outside, you are right in the heart of Florence. Most places are within a 5–10 minute walk, and Santa Maria Novella is only about 5 minutes away. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Truly an excellent location and a fantastic host. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building, but even so, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Con gentilezas como café, te, frigobar, jarra eléctrica, ropa de cama y baño completa, secador de cabello, shampoo y jabón. Sin duda alguna volveríamos. 😀 Los 3 pisos por escalera resultan algo agobiantes pero vale realmente la pena subirlos!

• Yuri Tejedor (7/5): - La ubicación en nuestro caso fue ideal ya que debíamos tomar un tren desde la estación que está al lado. Sabíamos que solo tenía escaleras y que estaba en un cuarto piso, pero nunca funcionó la luz en las escaleras y como es un edificio antiguo es bastante oscuro, luego tuvimos que usar linterna del celular y se nos dificultó para llevar maletas con linterna al tiempo. También se siente un olor a cañería en la entrada o primer piso.

La rue est extrêmement bruyante et on a l impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes tellement l'isolation est inexistante. Le lit grince horriblement au moindre mouvement. En gros on ne ferme pas l'oeil.

Contact par téléphone et message seulem - Emplacement A déconseiller absolument à personnes de plus de 170cm et âgées car SDB avec 3 grandes marches pour accéder au wc ...dans chambre exiguë sans lampe de chevet...sans compter 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

• Paulina (8/5): - Pokój zgodny ze zdjęciami. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja do zwiedzania jest idealna ale niestety płaci się za to hałasem w pokoju. W pokoju jest lodówka i ekspres ale przydałyby się chociaż podstawowe sztućce/łyżeczki żeby np. zjeść jogurt. Okna pokoju wychodzą na ruchliwą ulicę (także w nocy jest sporo ludzi) a okna niestety nie są wytłumione co bardzo przeszkadzało.

• Sophia (8/5): - Die Lage ist super und auch dass das Zimmer mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet war. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert. Es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl, das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, wir sind von der lauten Baustelle vor der Tür geweckt worden, sowie von den heimkommenden Feiernden um 5 Uhr morgens. Zudem hat uns leider eine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschgel und Shampoo gefehlt.

• Mark (8/5): Good value in a room near SMN train station - Comfortable room, with a desk and double bed. Good location, near S.M.N station and toward town. The host, Cri, was very helpful virtually; my contact with her was on Whatsapp. Just know that this is really an apartment on the 4th floor of a building. The entrance is a bit hard to find, and there is no lift. So if you are carrying a lot of baggage or have difficulty with stairs, it is not a good choice.

• Giannotta (1/5): Se avessi saputo prima non avrei prenotato. La stanza non è idonea ad ospitare persone normali - Sanitari nuovi Difficoltà di accesso, 3° piano senza ascensore. Stanza Michelangelo molto piccola, senza una poltrona e con serramenti di difficile accesso essendo dietro la testa del letto; assenza di tende oscuranti. Assenza di asciugamano per bidè: la signorina dello staff ha affermato con non sono previsti. Presenza di zanzare in stanza. Stanza con letto ad una piazza e mezzo, contro il muro e di difficile accesso per due persone. Bagno di difficile accesso e situato su un soppalco con tre scalini alti per passare dal lavabo al water e bidè.

• Alessia (8/5): - Profumata e pulita, sono un soggetto decisamente sensibile a polvere e acari. Non ho avuto nessunissima reazione. Posizione eccezionale, a 4 passi dalla stazione, vicino a tanti bar e ristoranti e trattorie e soprattutto ai meravigliosi musei e chiese da visitare. Unico punto negativo, tante scale senza ascensore, sono 3 piani. Se hai problemi di ginocchia, o sei hai bagagli molto pesanti è un punto da valutare. Per il resto nulla da dire. il personale è stato cortese e preciso. Grazie mille di tutto Essenzialmente la mancanza di ascensore. Troppe scale.

Apprezzato molto la possibilità di farsi un caffè appena svegli. Avrei apprezzato una piccola bottiglietta di acqua, ma questo non scredita l'ottimo soggiorno.

It wasn’t my first time in Florence so I actually wanted to spend time alone indoor too and the room had everything I needed. I literally felt home. Was super central so I came back and changed or rested anytime of the day. Perfect experience. I want to come back anytime I can. I wouldn’t be happier in this city ♥️

• Arjen (10/5): Top verblijf in Florence die ik aan iedereen zou aanraden - De locatie was echt top! Ook was de kamer erg mooi en super schoon. Alles zag er goed verzorgd uit en erg nieuw. Ook de faciliteiten waren erg fijn! Als je de deur uitloopt ben je direct in het centrum. Je bent binnen loopafstand overal in de stad. Zelfs de tram is vlakbij en de bus stopt voor de deur!! Het inchecken en uitchecken gaat super makkelijk en er is fijn contact met de host. Ik zou iedereen dit aanbevelen.
