• Arianna (8/5): Good choice! - The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast very good and served in a very nice garden of the opposite hotel Garden. The area was safe and short walk to reach main touristic sites, which is top if you have children. Little bit more maintenance may improve the whole experience but details were shared with the owner privately. Lots of stairs: keep. In mind if you travel wirh infants or with old people.
• Jana (10/5): Blizko centra - Apartmán v centru, vše v dochozi vzdálenosti. Skvělá snídaně v protějším hotelu s krasnou zahradou. Má i malý balkon což je super pro večerní posezeni a malou kuchyňku. Co chci vyzdvihnout je skvělý hostitel, který nám se vším pomohl! Apartmán je přístupny pouze po prudkém schodišti, takže není vhodny pro starší lidi.

• Paula (1/5): No recomendable - El desayuno es bueno. El acceso es muy malo, con escaleras muy estrechas, empinadas y sucias. El baño no estaba limpio y tenía moho. Las toallas tenían agujeros. Ni siquiera nos dejaron gel o un jabón de cortesía. Nos alojamos en varios lugares en Turquía y sin duda fue el más sucio. No proporcionaron ni siquiera una botella de agua (algo común en todos los lugares en los que dormimos). Las fotos no muestran la realidad y no vale los 83€ que pagamos por noche.

Очень понравилось наличие балкона Проблемы с сантехникой, порван шланг в душевой лейке, не держатся крышка и сидение унитаза.

• Georgiana (9/5): Great stay in a perfect location. - We loved loved the location. Within walking distance to the main historic sites. So many restaurants one near the other. The grand bazaar was literally 15 mins away from the accommodation. We recommend the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise and of course the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia tour. Our room was pretty and having a balcony was a bonus, nonetheless breakfast was included. Serhat, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We liked everything and just as a suggestion, maybe add some coffee and tea in the room for the guests. Although, Serhat provided that later on as he has a shop just near the accommodation.

There were nice restaurants nearby as well. The host was very welcoming and friendly and gave us good recommendations of where to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

• Pooben (9/5): stay at old city houses. no 12. - Great location, clean and very nice place. Very close to the Hagia Sophia. Owner arranged for luggage storage as we arrived earlier. Owner arranged for breakfast. Great breakfast at the Garden Restaurant across the street. Once we checked in, response was a bit slow. no towels and toilet paper were provided but it was arranged with the Garden restaurant across the road much later. we missed breakfast the first day due to some miscommunication and mis understanding about the directions as to where to go.

Everything what we wanted, he helped us to get. Everything was perfect and I strongly recommend this facility. For sure we will come back next year and we'll chose the same place. -

Highly recommend this place for the exceptional service provided! The only improvement suggestion would be to have a visible board on the building and update the address to include the building number for easier location finding.
• Nàjèèb (7/5): Good for a couple under a budget - I was near to the Blue mosque. Access to couple of attractions and mode of transportation. Various restaurants and markets. Nice for a couple on a budget. Very helpful and friendly staff. Narrow stairs towards the Apartment on the 2nd floor. No heaters in the room, jump into the blanket to stay warm in the chilling weather. Hot water in washroom is very very limited so in case you wanna take a shower, better make it as quick as less than 5 minutes. Wasn’t able to get Wifi until the day of checkout.

• Kostiantyn (10/5): Ideal place near the city sights in Suntanahmed region! - Everything was perfect! Very comfortable apartment near to the Blue Mosque (≈5min ) and all of the caffees/restaurants. Apartaments was new and clean. The owner has 2 rooms, we lived on the top floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a mini kitchenette, a balcony, a sofa and everything you need. Ideal value for money. The owner responded to all wishes and even offered us breakfast at the nearby Garden restaurant. Highly recommend! Thank you so much! There are no complaints about the apartments, the ovner just need to put up a signboard to find the apartment. :)
