• Ana Maria (7/5): Bom para uma estadia curta. - Boa localização, a água do chuveiro era quente e tinha ar condicionado, o que foi positivo. O anfitrião também foi muito prestável. Espaço pequeno, e algumas áreas mal limpas (com cotão no chão).
• Mégane (9/5): Super emplacement - L'emplacement du logement est très pratique, au calme pour la nuit et très proche des transports et des endroits animés. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans le logement avant l'heure du check in pour nous permettre de nous promener sans avoir nos valises. Le personnel a été très gentil et a été très à l'écoute. Le logement était un peu étroit pour trois personnes car le canapé lit devait être déplié la nuit, mais c'était largement suffisant pour bien dormir avant de repartir explorer la ville toute la journée.

And the neighborhood is full of rats all around, and the door is just on the street makes it very reachable for them.

• Michael (8/5): A comfortable room with good facilities. - The room was quite spacious. It came with a variety of cooking facilities + plates, cutlery etc. The bed was comfortable. A good sized table. I was on the ground floor which made access easy. Very good for a single traveller. It was good on the whole. The light in the bathroom didn't work...though this wasn't a big issue.

На балконе есть стиральная машина, также есть кровать и диван, интерьер очень уютный, есть ванная, также все удобства: микроволновка, холодильник, чайник. Было очень комфортно жить тут, нам все понравилось! Отличное соотношение цена/качество, рекомендую. Не было утюга или отпаривателя. Вода очень медленно набиралась горячая в ванную, не очень поток воды.

• EFI (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία σε οικιστική περιοχή, περίπου 10 λεπτά από σταθμό τρένου, πολύ βολική για Shinjuku. Οι φωτογραφίες του Booking ξεγελούσαν ως προς το μέγεθος του δωματίου. Ήταν πολύ στενόχωρο. Το τραπεζάκι για παράδειγμα εάν ΔΕΝ ήταν στρογγυλό, θα ήταν πολύ πιο λειτουργικός ο χώρος. Παρ όλα αυτά, διέθετε όσα χρειαζόσουν (όχι όμως και καφέ ή τσάι όπως σε άλλα καταλύματα) . Θα προσπερνούσα όλα τα παραπάνω εάν οι πετσέτες ήταν όπως έπρεπε: πρώτον ήταν μόνο μία πετσέτα μπάνιου για το κάθε άτομο κι αυτή καθόλου απορροφητική (μάλλον εντελώς συνθετική) και το χειρότερο κρατούσαν μυρωδιά από ιδρώτα προηγούμενου χρήστη.

• Ewa (8/5): Goede locatie met lieve eigenaar! - Mega gunstige locatie, goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Alles wat je nodig had, was er. Zelfs een wasmachine. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Bij aankomst was de wc verstopt. Toen ik dat gemeld had stond er binnen no-time iemand voor de deur om het op te lossen. Badkamer was nogal klein

• Laura (7/5): A budget option nearby Shinjuku that tickes off most boxes - Great location tucked away from the busy streets, and short walk to a metro stop. Communication was easy and got all my questions answered really quickly. The room had everything you need for a short stay including a kitchenette and a washing machine. I was also able to drop off my bags before check in. The place looked better in the photos. The windows were facing the back of another building. I’m highly sensitive to indoor mould and the place smelled mouldy. Not an issue if you are not mould sensitive. But if you are, then maybe not your first choice.

• Shevanny (9/5): Would recommend - The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the stay was spacious. I booked the room with the sofa bed, so it was really good value for my friend and me. The location is a 3–5 minute walk to the station, which was great. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as vending machines directly in front of the hostel/apartment. I highly recommend this place for travelers. The host provided very clear check-in instructions and was quick to respond. (Note: It is a self-check-in property). The bathroom was cute and they supplied soap and shampoo, though you should note that towels and other toiletries are not provided. The room also includes a kitchen with a microwave, water kettle, and utensils. Overall it was like an apartment, so for me it's worth the price compared to a hotel. (spacious with more utilities) The property was on the second floor, which is not a problem for me, but there is no lift (so be in mind when booking) but it is not a steep stair so it was okay for me.

• Stefanie (10/5): - Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist perfekt (nur wenige Minuten Fußweg). Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und er war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Yatak 2 kişilik gibi değil de 1.5 kişilik gibiydi. Yastıklar hiç rahat değildi. 9 gece kaldık hiç temizlik yapılmadı. Kısa süreli konaklamalarda ihtiyaç olmayabilir ama 9 günlük konaklama için en azından 1 kez temizlik yapılabilirdi. Check out sonrası Bavulları birakabileceginiz bir alan yok.

Overall it is a passable accommodation if you are in this location and plan to spend most time outside, using it only for the night. Better not to recommend it for families of four, with kids. There was a stenchy smell in the bathroom from the pipes and in the room, a smelling a bit like fungus, the sink in the bathroom was partially clogged, there was no table, one small table was stored in the wardrobe but there was nowhere to place it really to use it and it was a size of a bedside table so anyhow to small to use for anything more than a cup of tea. There was one tiny garbage bin, hight of roughly 20cm, diameter of 10cm, while there is a requirement to sort garbage in Tokyo, which made it impossible. There was barely any space in the kitchen area to act as a space to cut items, prep meal. The room looked at least 1level worse than what was advertised in the pictures, no comforters, no additional small pillows, no decoration. Room was very minimalistic and cramped for 4 people. It would work much better for 2people.

Μια εξωτερική κρεμαστά χρειάζεται για να κρέμας τα ρούχα σε ένα τόσο μικρό δωματιο Οπωσδήποτε αλλαγή του τεράστιου παραθύρου...μπαίνει κρύο από τις χαραμάδες και είναι κολλητά στο κρεββάτι Είναι πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο,αλλά μάλλον είναι συνηθισμένο αυτό στο Τόκιο. Τέλος το τεράστιο παράθυρο είναι διακοσμητικό δεν βλέπει(σε έναν τοίχο στους 30 ποντους) πουθενά ούτε ανοίγει...

• Emma (7/5): Great stay for value with a troublesome shower - The room and location were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location had great access by train and the surrounding area had everything you would need during your stay. It could have been user error, so I recommend adding instructions either on the information site provided when checking in or in the bathroom itself. But the shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold. I tried turning both taps at the same time so it would become warm, however it would instead be freezing for ten seconds then burning for ten seconds. Instructions would have been helpful.

It's in such an awesome area, even walking the streets at night is so awesome. Great area and great room, especially for the price it's great Only thing I can think of us a bidet to make the room perfect

• Lucas (4/5): Ce type d’hébergement est moitié moins cher dans toute la ville. Nous nous sommes faits duper par les photos, comme d’au - Quartier relativement tranquille malgré l’emplacement. Photos trompeuses, l’hébergement est d’à peine 10m2. Donc impossible de circuler avec 2 lits doubles collés. Salle de bain microscopique, on peut faire ses besoins et se doucher en même temps. Beaucoup de poubelles et de rats dans l’entrée. Réclamation en cours, pas de collaboration à ce niveau de la part du propriétaire.
• Sebastian Garcia Palacio (9/5): Good and convenient place to stay! - It is located in a quite residential part of Shinjuku. Really cool if you want to see a bit of actual residential Tokyo. Easy to reach out and not far from the station with JR Trains. Some stores in the way to the place makes it really convenient after a long day of walking :)

Acabamos comprando uma toalha pra colocar no chão, senão seria uma lambança. Vizinhança eh esquisita, muito lixo na rua, corvos fuçando os lixos. Muito diferente da região central de Tokyo. O anúncio também não falava de escada, acabamos descobrindo no dia anterior ao check in. Atrapalhou bastante, pq meu marido de 75 anos teve muita dificuldade pra entrar e sair do apartamento.

• Abishek (10/5): - The hostel had everything you need.. Its small but I think it's good considering it is 10 minutes walk to nearest metro station.. The host response was good.. Bathroom was tiny but served purpose.. Pillows could be more comfortable.
• Thornett (8/5): Great for quick stayovers in Tokyo to soak in the sights before heading onwards! - Absolutely fantastic location, make sure to bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me as the train line next door goes until 11.45pm. But apart from that you are a short walk from the nearest subway and JR stations which takes you everywhere in Tokyo easily. Plus a couple of cheeky Konbinis close by too! Nothing really, there was construction going on nextdoor which was a bit noisy but that's not the owners fault one bit! Room can be a bit cramped for more than one person but apart from that it's golden for the value of money in the location you are in!

It was difficult to see hot plate and sink area without turning on the bed room light and disturbing those sleeping.
• Kevin (9/5): - Das Hostel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Shinjuku und befindet sich trotzdem in Fußreichweite zum Bahnhof Okobu/Shinjuku, man kann also gut schlafen und trotzdem viel Erleben Es war eine komplett Ausstattung, sogar mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, vorhanden Das Bad war sehr eng, die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang

• Beatriz (4/5): You pay for what you get. - Good location, a short walk to the station and shops etc. Room was not the same as the one online. It was on the bottom floor. Smells of DAMP, a lot! It wasn’t until we arrived that we were informed as this was only after I messaged them about the smell. I was told it’s because it’s on the first floor. Huge Rats found in the entrance and stairs to the accommodation. You can hear them the whole night behind the walls running around - it feels like they are inside or about to chew the walls. I’m not exaggerating. No mirror available either big or small.

• Isobel (8/5): Great base for a few days in Tokyo. Host responsive and check in process was easy. Simple but comfortable and well prese - Nice location, quiet but well connected. Simple but nicely presented. Bedding could have been improved - pillows not very comfortable.

• Kay (8/5): The hostel worked well for our stay. - Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Only one chair. Would have been good to have a small fold up table and chairs so there was some where to eat.

• Emma-Lea (10/5): Perfect spot in Shinjuku, not too far from the station, only walking distance. - They hostel was very spacious. It had just enough space for myself and my belongings, it had everything I needed including a washing machine! The hosts were great at communicating!

• Paola (8/5): Satisfactoria - La ubicación estaba céntrica, no estaba en el centro de la ciudad, pero esta como a 10 minutos caminando de la estación del metro y te permite moverte fácilmente a todos lados, todo lo demás súper bien Las toallas tenían olor a humedad
• Muhammad Zakwan Fathullah (10/5): Professional host, clean property & adequate amenities. Cooking utensils & clothes hangers were provided. Only g - The property was clean, amenities & facilities were readily available; the owner was very kind & respectful throughout our entire trip. Highly communicative & professional. Remember, hospitality goes both ways! always treat the host with respect & try to clean up as much as you can before check out🥰 And to state the obvious, while in Japan; please research & separate your garbage, & put them out under the residential garbage net according to the Shinjuku area schedule🙏 1. Paper & organic trash 2. plastic "プラ" label garbage 3. PET bottles. Those 3 are what's usually disposed of during a vacation trip. I find that it's much easier to throw PET bottles at convenience stores. Thank you to our host for providing a wonderful stay during our trip❤️❤️ If I were to suggest, the only thing to make the property perfect is a small fold-up table for 2 as a 'dining table'. other than that there's really nothing to complain about, which says a lot about how good the experience was🥰

• Reggie (9/5): Great value for the location - Great value for the location. Not too far from the train stations. I would stay there again. Walking space around the bed was a little tight and I banged my toes a few too many times. The shower and bathroom was a little tight also.

• Mary (3/5): Dont stay here in Japan - Location was a bit far from the nearest train station; the unit was very cramped and cannot fit 4 people even if we booked for 4 people; the items inside the apartments were not working i.e., broken lightbulb in the CR, no bed sheets/pillow cases; the caretaker was also not that respectful since they entered the apartment using the spare key without knocking so we were taken aback by this attitude
• Tom (10/5): Great - Very responsive and friendly host Doesn’t feel like a hostel at all more like a small private apartment. We enjoyed the quiet location and really not to far from the station and Shinjuku. Would 100% recommend and always stay there again if in Tokyo. We loved it!! Nothing we loved it
• Tamazin (4/5): Nice room and neighbourhood but communication and check in was so bad we almost lost out on one nights accomodation. - Lovely quiet neighbourhood that is just a short train ride from the city, room was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. Communication/check in with the owner is really bad, I had sent off all the information needed for check in a month before, on the day of check in the owner emailed saying they needed my passport photo(which I already sent one month ago). We then waited out the front of the accomodation for nearly 3 hours emailing the owner and waiting for a check in code. My partner literally by luck of trying so many combinations guessed the code and we got into our room. If we never guessed the code we would have had to pay for a nights accomodation elsewhere with the cheapest we could find being $190 for a night. The owner emailed the check in code at 2am that morning and then there was no follow up if we even got into our room.
• Stuart (10/5): Very happy with our stay! - Very clean, well organised, had everything we need, good location. Fridge was clean but did not smell great. Suggestion: Drying rack for cutlery and utensils.
