• Gaia (9/5): Posizione eccellente - Ottima soluzione per essere a due passi dal centro (solo 3 minuti dalla via principale). Il self check-in facile e personale disponibile su whatsapp e Booking. La struttura era accogliente in un tipico patio andaluso. Prodotti da bagno, phon e per la colazione (bollitore, macchina caffè, tostapane) disponibili e apprezzati. Buona qualità prezzo. Il materasso lo abbiamo trovato scomodo e duro purtroppo. Consiglio inoltre un pochino più di manutenzione in alcuni dettagli.

• David (9/5): Super séjour à Séville - L'emplacement idéal pour les visites et le calme. L'appartement donne sur un patio et pas sur la rue ce qui est un vrai plus. Les accès sont bien sécurisés. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais c'est assez normal vu qu'il donne sur un petit patio.
• GianTur (7/5): Non male, centrale e economico - Posizione eccellente, centrale ma in zona tranquilla, la camera ampia ma con odore sgradevole, il bagno non era pulitissimo e manca, come in molte strutture andaluse, mancava il bidet Mancanza del bidet e televisore solo con canali spagnoli
• Rachele (4/5): - Solo e soltanto la Posizione Abbiamo pernottato in questa casa situata nel centro della bellissima città di Siviglia. L’unico punto a favore è proprio la posizione, comoda e centrale: vale da sola l’unica stella che mi sento di assegnare. Per il resto, purtroppo, l’alloggio si è rivelato tutt’altro che accogliente e funzionale. Ecco le principali criticità riscontrate: -La chiave del portoncino interno (in possesso anche degli altri condomini) apre direttamente la porta di casa, limitando fortemente la sicurezza. -La casa è molto umida, tanto da causare problemi di salute sia a me che a mia moglie. -Il bagno cieco emana cattivi odori provenienti dalle fogne. -Dotazione minima: pochissimi asciugamani e solo due rotoli di carta igienica per quattro giorni di soggiorno. Anche se non obbligatoria, qualche bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo sarebbe stata cosa gradita come segno di cortesia. C’è ancora da imparare.. -Impossibilità di scaricare la carta igienica: va riposta in un piccolo cestino accanto al WC con una minuscola busta, senza alcun ricambio disponibile e senza indicazioni su dove smaltirla, con conseguenti problemi di cattivo odore. -presenza di molti moscerini dentro casa. -Il materasso del letto è estremamente scomodo, tanto da causare dolori alla schiena che richiederanno probabilmente qualche seduta dal fisioterapista. -possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check out negata. Le 5 stelle richieste dall’host il giorno prima del check out dovrebbero essere meritate e per trasparenza non penso sia corretto richiedere, come suggerito,un report delle mancanze riscontrate in struttura solo in privato. Mi sorprende come altri ospiti non abbiano messo una recensione ancora più bassa, forse troppo poco avezzi a viaggiare o perché intimoriti dalla richiesta di una buona recenzione da parte dell’ host. In conclusione, sconsiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui.

La ubicación maravillosa para ir andando a cualquier destino. El personal muy amable y localizable en cualquier momento. Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda Todo, nos gustó todo

• Lilian (10/5): Wunschlos zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in Sevilla - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sauber, super zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir zu Fuss erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig in der Nacht, von der Strasse hört man nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es passt perfekt für zwei Personen. Zu dritt oder zu viert geht auch, wenn man die Wohnung nur zu schlafen benutzt. Für mehr als zwei Personen kann das Badezimmer zu klein sein. Es befindet sich im Schlafzimmer. Für uns, Eltern mit einem Teenie, war das kein Problem.

• Bulent (5/5): Good location ,very bad smell bathroom. - Location. There is an incredibly bad smell coming from the bathroom, there were comments but I thought it was repaired. Under these circumstances, this place should not be offered for sale. Other than that, as everything should have been sufficient, there were no shortcomings.
• Bridget (9/5): Great location - Good location with everything in easy walking distance. The apartment is quiet and comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen area is quite small so only basic cooking (but manageable)

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore everything. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

But if your plan is to explore sevilla all day long then this apartment is a great place to stay also with 3-4 people.
