• Nina (8/5): Would highly recommend it, once the issues with the elevator and dim hallway lighting are resolved - The property was. ina great neighborhood, quiet and lovely, yet not far from everything. A grocery store was nearby, as were restaurants. The hosts were wonderful. They were out of town, but responded promptly to take care of issues. It was a fine apartment, and we loved having a washer and dryer. Getting in the building upon arrival was difficult. We had to wait for someone to leave and get in, than go up to the apartment to get the keys out of a lockbox. The elevator broke down several times while we were there and the apartment was on the 4th floor. Also, the lighting on the landing was very dim, making it difficult to read the lockbox and retrieve the key.

• Gwenno (7/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient location in a stunning city. - The location was great. Near the Borghese Park for lovely walks and views of the city, and plenty of bus and Metro stations nearby for accessing the sights. Several were within easy walking distance too, including the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Great restaurants nearby also. The area felt safe and it was quiet and the flat was clean and comfortable. We did have a little trouble gaining access to the property. We requested a 3-4pm check-in but when we arrived, nobody was answering the door and we were left on the doorstep in the Rome heat for nearly an hour with our cases and two grumpy teenagers. We couldn't get a response to phonecalls or messages either and eventually gained access by asking a business next door for help and they luckily had a key to the outer door to let us in at which point we were able to access the keysafe. Unfortunate start to the break but soon forgotten. The flat was very comfortable but the lack of wardrobe or clothes hanging space in the bedrooms was a bit of a nuisance. The wardrobe/shelves available in the corridor were full of bedding so wasn't easy ot use. Small matter, but could easily be improved. We'd recommend that more information is provided to those staying at the property e.g. what to do with the bins and recycling; who could assist on site in an emergency etc.

• MEI LAN (8/5): - Apartment same as photo . Walk about 15-20 mins to Spagna metro station and city center and walk about 6 min to bus station Not allow to store luggage early before check in time
• Janine (8/5): Wonderful refuge from Rome heat - After staying in several apartments around Italy, it was wonderful to have a lift, a clothes dryer, very effective air-con and two bathrooms that both had overhead showers (instead of a bath only in one). All rare! We also appreciated the choice of pillow height. Minor issue - needs some cooking utensils. We struggled to cook with some salad servers :-)
• Jac (9/5): Superb - Quiet area, very clean and modern appartment with all the necessary appliances Some small points of attention. One of the bathroom doors can not be locked. The water of the toilets sometimes keeps on running.

• Catherine (7/5): OK Apartment - Beds were comfortable and clean, great air conditioning, apartment was spacious and bright, located in a nice and quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby. Black mold in the washing machine, bathroom.sinks, bathtub wall area, and bathroom door frame, slight unpleasant odor from towels, misaligned toilet seat, dirty light switches, and dusty bedside and dining tables.
• Bushra (5/5): Passable - We entered the apartment and the toilet was used and it’s not even flushed !!!! The toilet seat hinges is moving There’s dirt under the beds. The kitchen has no tea and coffee capsules No toilet papers except 1 and it’s almost finished The AC didn’t worked in the room
