• Miguel Francisco (9/5): Muy bien - Muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo Había una gotera en el baño.
• Mika (8/5): - Great location(everything is walking distance like cafes, supermarket, ice cream shop, CVS and restaurants!), very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped! I’d live to stay again!! The only downside was that the cleaning products had a slightly strong smell. Everything else was great!
• Natasha (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - Close to the beach and plenty of places to eat out nearby. Little home touches like a blanket on the sofa and wireless phone chargers next to the bed. Air con unit is quite noisy.
• Romina Vanesa (9/5): - Departamento bien equipado, cómodo para una familia de 2 adultos y 2 menores. Fácil proceso de chek in, amable la señora Margarita que me ayudó con la lavandería. Un poco más de limpieza a la alfombra del living, más toallas y como sugerencia, adaptar el uso de lavarropas y secarropas con pago vía móvil (tarjeta de crédito).
• Martin (10/5): Perfekter Kurzurlaub in Key Biscayne - Super schönes Apartment in gepflegtem Condo. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, z.B Küche. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über Beachtowels, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm etc. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Supermarkt 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß und Strand ca. 8-10 Minuten. Alles bestens!

• Chris (9/5): Pleasant and relaxing few days visiting wonderful Key Biscayne attractions - Very clean, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom apartment in a pleasant location close to shops and island attractions. Dedicated parking on site. Laundry facilities The air conditioning unit attached to the exterior bedroom wall is very noisy - although this appears to be typical of all the apartments in the complex

Pas assez d’étagère pour ranger 3 grosses valises dans le dressing beaucoup trop de chose qui prennent de la place un meuble style commode aurait été top

• Ali Murat (3/5): Ev sahibi hiçbir hazırlık yapmadan rezervasyona onay vermiş. - Tesise ulaştığımızda oda kirli, havlular yerlerde, mutfak kirli bardaklarla dolu. Çarşaflar değiştirilmemişti. Ev sahibi aksaklığı kabul etti. Çözüm olarak ya yeni bir yer bulmanızı yada sadece çarşaf ve havluları değiştirmeyle yetinebileceğini söyledi. Gece geç saatte giriş yaptığımız için mecburen kaldık. Tam anlamıyla çok kötü bir tecrübe

• Oksana (10/5): - Very nice location, close to everything. The property is packed with everything you need during time of your stay . Great place in amazing neighborhoods! Air conditioning is a little bit noisy in the bedroom .

• Stastny (10/5): Great apartment in a prime location! - It’s was hidden but in a great location. The apartment is also decorated nicely and was large enough for me and my two young boys. It was fully stocked and there wasn’t anything missing that I noticed! The ONLY thing that I thought was weird was someone came in and dropped off a case of water. I don’t think they went in and snooped around our stuff but there was just a case of water inside the door when we got back one day. And there were already waters in there so it’s not like we requested them and they just dropped them off. BUT everything else was great!

• Alexa (6/5): Nice place to stay, bring an extra way to lock the door. - Clean, well stocked and close to food and restaurants. Perfect size for what we needed, and the kitchen was nice. The property was a bit challenging to find, the building wasn’t clearly labeled - at least from what I could see while driving at night trying to not mow over pedestrians and golf carts. Parking was BEHIND the building, there is 1 parking space, and some guest spaces - but you’re not supposed to park in them overnight. (We did, it worked out fine). Once you park, you have to find the small hallways that bring you to where the apartment doors are. The door key code box was finnicky, we had a hard time getting it to open and lock, but we did make it work. The second night of our stay someone unlocked and opened our door in the middle of the night, which really freaked us out. We asked about it the next day and apparently there was a family emergency and a family member came to get keys for something - fine, but there was no notice, before or after, and we were left lying awake all night wondering if someone was coming back. We are understanding of accidents, but really wish someone had messaged us once they realized what happened— to let us know so we didn’t panic all night long.
