• Fran Martin (6/5): Aceptable - La ubicación y que el apartamento era bastante amplio. "La cama de matrimonio resultó ser incómoda, con un colchón de tamaño reducido y poco confortable. Las almohadas también fueron incómodas. En cuanto al baño, encontré algunos palos en el suelo, lo cual fue desagradable. Además, la señal de Wi-Fi no alcanzaba el cuarto de matrimonio." Para localizar el alojamiento, tuvimos que ponernos en contacto porque era super complicado al no tener nombre por fuera.

• Daria (5/5): I stayed at this hotel for three nights with four people, but several issues affected our stay. - Excellent location. It's close to shops, restaurants, beach and bus station. Only 15 mins from Montana Roja. The apartment is nice and located on the third floor but there is an elevator Basic supplies were insufficient, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights, no refilled liquid soap. The washing machine was broken and disconnected without prior notice, and there was no proper duvet in the main bedroom. The neighbours were unfriendly and repeatedly banged on the wall and shouted at us, even when we were speaking quietly around 10pm and also after 9am, which made the stay uncomfortable.

• figueroa (4/5): - La ubicación Hay que mejorar la limpieza, sobre todo la ropa de cama, olían a viejo y a sucio como si no se hubiesen cambiado las sábanas, además de la calidad de la ropa de cama, eran como de tela cebolla demasiado finas, en las habitaciones las persianas estaban rota y no tenía estor para tapar la claridad, una pena porque el apartamento está genial pero le falta un poco de cariñito en la limpieza.

• Rafael (2/5): Decepcionante - No tenían almohadas, solamente cojines de sofás. No había agua en el baño por la mañana de tal manera que tuvimos que llenar un cubo de agua para la cisterna. Las persianas no se podían subirlas ni bajarlas, estaban bloqueadas. En las sábanas había pelos. Una decepcion.

• Marta (4/5): - La ubicación El apartamento está poco cuidado, bastante viejo todo, y un poco sucio. Los colchones son horribles y hace mucho calor. No hay ni un ventilador ni nada.
• carla (3/5): - Ubicación El apartamento en general no estaba limpio. En el baño nos dejaron solo una toalla grande y dos pequeñas (eramos tres pax). En la cama de matrimonio, no habia edredón con sábana para taparnos, simplemente una bajera y un cubrecama. Lo solicitamos, pero solo nos hicieron llegar las toallas. En la habitación de matrimonio, la persiana esta rota. La cocina esta poco dotada de cubiertos y menaje en general y no hay cafetera italiana. En la entrada, la puerta principal estaba sin cerradura, y nos comentaron que no había problema, y que no se cerraban. Sin embargo, al vover de la cena nos la encontramos cerrada por dentro y no podíamos entrar. Llamé al propietario sin respuesta. Tuvimos que tocar a un vecino para que nos solucionara el problema. Concluyendo, el apartamento está bastante poco cuidado y mal dotado. La atencion por parte del propietario durante la estancia fue esquiva y poco eficiente.

• Me (10/5): Superb place , excellent location ,Really enjoyable comfortable flat and lovely host . - The small flat was hard to locate at first as the address says its No 4 . In real , its actually No 1 . The location of this flat is fantastic , the beach is literally 10 steps away. Right in the heart of the little centre of El Medano. Three supermarkets within 5 minutes reach , all restaurants , taxi stand, bus stop are all within 10-15 mins of walking distance . Very close to the airport as well . Lovely little place El Medano . The flat had all the facilities needed to live comfortably . The communication of the host was fantastic and the flat was super clean . He has a variety of pots and pans , cutlery and crockery in the flat , which helps with self service . A lovely coffee machine , toaster , fridge , freezer , microwave as well as stove are available. The only thing you might need are your toiletries ( shampoo etc ) We loved everything about this flat . It was the best decision we made for our stay in South Tenerife . Los Cristiano and Las Americas , was just 40 mins on the bus . But the ride was beautiful. Roughly 4 Euros on the bus one way. We didnt dislike anything . Just that a bit more clarity in address will help people find it a bit more easily . Everything else was fantastic
