Important Information

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests and there is no additional charges. In case of leaving the house in poor conditions, the amount of the cost will be deducted from the deposit. The energy is solar and you cannot use high-power appliances such as hair dryers or electric stoves. Keep in mind that the road to get to the house is up a mountain, it is not paved and there are slopes. Recycling rules and due to the location there is no waste collection in the accommodations. It is appreciated that upon departure, guests drop their waste. The proper functioning of Wi-Fi can be weakened due to location and weather. Keep in mind that we are in a rural and mountain environment. In summer or in high temperature conditions it is forbidden by law to barbecue. The seasonal pool is only open from June until September.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the pool was being filled with fresh water. Lucia, who owns the accomodation, was very kind and helpful with everything. All in all we regretted not booking a longer stay, and we would definitely recommend Eco Maset!
