• Milan (10/5): Super poloha a ubytovanie. Výborné. - Boli sme plne spokojný, všetko ako bolo na fotkách. Dve spálne, dve kúpeľne, Loggia spredu, Terasa vzadu. Bar pod oknami na rannú kávu a pečivo, Blízko obchodíky. Poloha super. Koloseum do 35min. Spokojný sme boli a radi sa vrátime.

• Alessia (5/5): - L'appartamento è spazioso e nuovo. Si nota che la ristrutturazione è costata non poco al proprietario. LA PULIZIA L'appartamento è davvero carino ma le pulizie non vengono fatte bene. Non occupandosene il proprietario non è colpa sua, ma lo invito a valutare seriamente di rivolgersi ad altri per la corretta pulizia dell'immobile. cassetti cucina e pentolame sporchi, porte mai pulite, mattonelle bagno e doccia non commentabili. Mancava il detersivo dei piatti e non è igienico lasciare una spugnetta da utilizzata da ignoti.

The host was very receptive and helpful for any issues. We had a wonderful stay! The faucets to one bathroom sink and the showers were a little wonky. Overall the cleanliness was good but not perfect.

• Chris (10/5): Lovely apartment - Amazing first floor apartment in a good location to explore the city on foot or by bus. There is a supermarket and restaurants downstairs. It's very spacious and nice and quiet. Nothing I can think of.

• Andy (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and recommended - Modern, clean and well-equipped. Both rooms were found comfortable and to a high standard. The living areas also allow plenty of relaxation, furnished with a large leather sofa that seats four and a dining table which partitions the open-plan kitchen. A small balcony at the front, and a good-sized patio area at the rear both compliment this. Furthermore, the landlord was very quick and helpful in resolving a very minor problem with a kitchen appliance. Located close to the centre, buses provide easy connection with the historic centre of Rome. All considered, this property offers great value and is heartily recommended The small lift within the building does not reach the ground floor, meaning a small flight of stairs must be walked.
