• Black (9/5): Fantastic location right opposite Central station - Fantastic location right opposite Central train station. Great for 2 people 3 was a bit squashed Nothing major. Ran out of toilet paper. No bath mat. Dining table too small for 3 people

• Julie (9/5): Beautiful comfortable stay in perfect central location - The 24h reception was highly convenient for our (extremely) late check-in. The apartment is beautifully styled, comfortable with all required amenities. Nespresso coffee, washing machine and dryer were good. The location is perfect just across from central station. Minor details only, which did not detract too much from the accommodation: The dining table and chairs can only accommodate 3- as a family of four, someone always had to eat and sit on the sofa or floor. when using and deploying the sofa bed, the other three pieces of (unnecessary) decorative furniture made the living space quite cramped. Not an issue, but worth noting that guests are required to empty the trash and wash up the dishes before checking out.

• Chun Chi (9/5): 地點方便、交通便利、設施完備。 - - 地點非常好，就在central station正對面，周邊也有許多公車可以前往景點，樓下就有超市，採購也方便。 - 公寓內的設備一應俱全，長住短住都非常適合，住了兩晚都自煮，旅行最後一晚還洗烘了衣服。 - 一樓其實有reception, 卻沒有提供提早或是check out 後寄放行李，雖然bounce就在對街超商很方便，但還是蠻美中不足。 - 備品準備並不充足，只有捲筒式衛生紙。
• Joanne (9/5): - Home away from home. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Great location. Nespresso machine made luke warm coffee. Netflix would have been a good addition.
• Brian (8/5): A good stay in - The location excellent when arriving on Aittrain, also central to city. Easy walk to Botanic gardens. the fact we needed to provide a bond after pre paying for the accomodation.

It was clean and well set out with all you need The only issue we had was on the day we checked out we could not leave our luggage in the safety of the hotel. ( our flight was not till 3.30 pm) We had to find and walk to a suitcase stasher which although only 5 minute walk was inconvenient.

• Weng (10/5): Pretty good. I hope to stay again. - It is quite convenient to get central station and visit whole city. 7-11, mall, bus station and restaurants are near. I choose to stay for only one night. The room is very nice and comfortable. Its equipment and internet let me relaxed and have a nice stay. I will recommend it to friends. The counter could not provide the service for luggage storage. However the stasher of Sofitel Brisbane Central in central station is near.

• Melcar (1/5): Absolute shocker! Avoid at all cost - Location. That’s it. Dirty, mouldy, cheap sheets and pillows very uncomfortable, sofa has stains you don’t want to sit on it. Toiletries are not usable diluted cheap soap. Part of ceiling came off middle of the night woke us up. Reception doesn’t take luggage drop if you arrive before check in. Price is too much for what you get.

• Myfanwy (9/5): Great location and very comfortable - Central location, next to the Railway station. There were a couple of things that needed attention in the property- The safe was not functioning and a cupboard hinge needed fixing. The host was very approachable and arranged for the staff to look at the safe that day.

• Yosena (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location. - It was nice to come to a lovely, clean, quiet, homely apartment after a hectic week of travelling for work. The Goody Bag was a really nice gesture. Communication from the host was great! It's a pity we have to pay to store our bags before/after checkout. But understandable.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - Great location. The appartment has all the facilities that you need for several days. There is an extra cost if you asked to use the luggage room. The sofa was not enough comfortable.
• Kt192 (8/5): Great central city location with pleasant park nearby and easy access to transport. - This location is excellent for attending to work matters in the city. Close to the central train station, out of hours it was easy to get around to other parts of the city for leisure time. With a supermarket right next door and a pretty park beside the building as well as being close to various restaurant and takeaway food options, this spot was comfortable and an enjoyable stay. I found no fault with the location or the room itself.
• Daniela (5/5): Great location but needs to be clean properly - It was very central, walking distance to great shopping, malls, food etc. It is styles nicely. There was an interesting smell in the property, not mould but not nice. Cutlery and cooking equipment was not clean well. There were food crumbs under the table and towels do not smell fresh.
• Kathleen (10/5): Wow! Living like the rich & famous! Absolutely stunning, stylish and city vibes apartment - Central location to the Brisbane CBD, shops and access to public transport. The building & apartment was safe and secure. The apartment was warm, comfortable, spacious and very stylish. We would recommend and rebook again! Such a beautiful apartment! The mattress on the fold out sofa, was worn and not comfortable for the kids. You could feel the springs coming through the sheets.

We had a large kitchen, living room with TV, welcome chocolates, massive bathroom and bedroom which was beautifully made up! Very good for the price we paid. Felt very homely. Staff were very friendly and it was right outside the train station / minutes away from the shopping centre. Highly recommend! Nothing !
• Renée (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location - The bed was comfortable, the pillows were like clouds, the room was quiet even though it was in such a central location. I wish there was streaming services available on TV. I travel for work solo and sometimes it's nice to be able to spend a quiet night in watching a movie.

• Ian (5/5): Good location but helicopter host. - Location near train station. To many online messages demanding I answer questions and or pay extra money before I arrive or leave. Excessive intrussive and unnecessary.
• Tahli (9/5): Superb - Super close to everything and a very convenient location! You can tell that love and thought has gone into the decor to make it homey and comfortable. The bedsheets had multiple stains on them which made me feel uncomfortable once we discover them.
