Tim (7/5): Comfortable and convenient. - The property is very charming and was well located for our needs. Wonderful to have an espresso machine. Fireplace is nice, but requires about 3 hours to heat the furnace surrounds and room. Overall a very lovely and comfortable house. We would stay again. We couldn’t get the aircon working to heat the house. Fortunately staff dropped off heaters and wood for the fire the next day. Bathrooms are very small and pokey. We didn’t have any bathmats or face washers and towels were on the small size

Mandy (10/5): I would definitely stay again on our next visit to Armidale. - The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a large kitchen and outdoor dining area. It was perfect for our family of 5 and great for entertaining guests. The beds were very comfortable.

Alan (6/5): Adequate. - Lovely artwork on walls. Good heating. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Good off street parking. Well furnished. The tri bunk in bedroom is inappropriate, very uncomfortable. One pair of adults nearly went to find other accommodation, and then cut their visit short. The outdoor furniture was so dirty with dust, bird droppings and cobwebs it took me 40 minutes for clean it before we could use it.
