• Thomas (1/5): STAY AWAY - Disgusting apartment. Disappointing experience. - The apartment is well located in central Deptford, close to the train station. There is nothing more positive to say about this apartment. Stay away from this apartment. We contacted Booking.com and they refunded us a large amount of compensation due to the condition of the apartment. The apartment does not resemble the images displayed on Booking.com. It`s dirty everywhere and needs cleaning. The refrigerator and freezer were broken and could not be used during our stay. The kitchen pans were rusty and broken.... Disgusting. The bed in the bedroom was broken, you could feel the springs in your back, and the bed had collapsed in the middle. The terrace had a table and chairs, but the cushions were dirty and unusable, and in front of the terrace there was a storage area for propane gas bottles. DANGEROUS

• James (5/5): The facilities provided except for the misrepresented beds were good as was the location. - Breakfast was not included. Location was good. The apartment was listed as having two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two double beds. This was not true. Both bedrooms had just one double bed. Consequently one of our group of four was forced to sleep on a blow-up sofa which was too short for sleeping purposes. She spent a most uncomfortable 9 days in the apartment. I advised the owner through Booking.com of the misrepresentation but neither responded. Also the stairs up to the apartment were extremely steep and very difficult to carry up baggage.
