• Lucie (5/5): Appartement trés bien situé, mais bruyant - L'emplacement est effectivement idéal pour aller à pied dans tout le centre, et visiter les monuments. des tas de restaurants à proximité, et un dépaysement garanti dès qu'on met le pied dans la rue ! Nous avons facilement récupéré les clés dans une boite à clé grace aux informations reçues plus tot par SMS. l'appartement était trés propre. les inconvénients liés justement aux avantages cités ci dessus, à savoir que c'est un quartier quand même relativement bruyant, en raison de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans la rue en contrebas. de plus, nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement proposé dans l'annonce (pas de balcon). l'armoire et le lit aurait besoin d'un petit entretien également... et il manque la grille du four!
• Mustafa (10/5): A great stay - The location,access to every attraction is close, no problem of restaurant,super markets, shopping all nearby and the manager for the apartment is very prompt and helpful,didn't meet him in person but guided in everything over message Parking is the only problem, street are narrow but that's the old charm of Granada,we managed to find a parking 20 mins away

• Johanna (5/5): Handy location but be prepared to be woken up multiple times a night as this is a noisy location. The standard was perha - It was at a handy location. It was not the same apartment as advertised (no sofa etc). It was noisy both from drunk people outside and loudly fighting neighbours. The shower door was broken and mended with a shower curtain.

• Pilar (1/5): - El lugar era céntrico y lo tenías todo a tu alcance pero la calle era muy ruidosa y se escuchaba todo lo del exterior, lo uno que me gustó las vistas desde la azotea. Todo estaba muy sucio y olía mal casi todo el piso, la limpieza pésima, algunos utensilios rotos, las toallas sucias con caca y con esto último creo que ya esta todo dicho.....

• Yanpeng (10/5): - 这绝对是一家超棒的民宿，交通便利，去火车站和长途汽车站非常方便，距离大教堂和乘坐mini bus前往阿尔罕布拉也非常容易。最重要的是有一个非常棒的屋顶露台。

• Maria José (7/5): - La ubicación, está cerca de todo. Nos pilló fin de semana y al estar el apartamento en la primera planta, nos fue imposible dormir del jaleo constante de gente . A parte de los huéspedes de arriba que llegaban a altas horas de la noche despertando a todos con fiestas y demás.

• Marta (7/5): Buen emplazamiento, instalaciones mejorables. - La ubicación fue lo mejor del apartamento. Está cerca de todo. Tiene dos dormitorios agradables y un baño y un aseo adicional, lo que es bastante práctico si el grupo es numeroso. Está en una zona de muchos bares y por la noche hay mucho ruido en la calle. No es recomendable para gente muy sensible al ruido. Aunque el apartamento no está mal, hay detalles fácilmente subsanables que podrían mejorar mucho la estancia. Los utensilios de la cocina son insuficientes: éramos 4 personas y solo tenían 3 tenedores (!), no tenían tazas de desayuno y los platos eran escasos. En las camas no tenían fundas nórdicas para los edredones y se limitaban a envolverlos entre dos sábanas, lo que hacía incómodo hacer la cama y mantener el edredón en su sitio durante la noche (además de ser algo poco higiénico). Las cañerías de los balos olían mal y la tapicería del sofá necesita una limpieza.

• Jacob (6/5): Centrally located, decent value, but not very clean or comfortable - Check-in was very easy, location is super convenient, plenty of space including a very large bathroom. Fast wifi. The apartment wasn't really clean, and it smelled musty/dirty. The shower was missing part of the door, the AC/heater and fridge made a lot of racket, and there were only two rolls of toilet paper (for a 4-day stay!).

• Laurence (8/5): Moyen - L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les lieux historiques. En revanche, c’est un quartier très bruyant. L’appartement est dans une ruelle très passagère. Quant à l’appartement lui-même, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir des draps que j’ai dû faire changer car la propreté était médiocre. J’ai aussi découvert des assiettes mal lavées.. Je ne reviendrai pas.

• Macaly (5/5): 2 bed apartment Calle Elvira - The size of the apartment was very good and 2 toilets. The heating and hot water was excellent. Shower was good. Location was excellent. Administration and communication very good. Overall good apartment apart from the noise at night. The mattresses need changing, sunk in the middle. Wardrobe in double room needs attention. Toilet in shower room does not flush properly. Kitchen equipment needs looking at. Main issue was the noise outside the apartment. Up to 6am on our last night so not restful at all.

• Laurent (10/5): Perfect stay :) - The flat had everything I needed for my two week stay (kitchenware, coffee machine, dishwasher, very good mattress, etc.). It was quiet and very well located, with everything at walking distance. Special mention to the roof terrace, with great views on the Alhambra and the Albaicin!

• Claire (9/5): Fantastic location and beautiful views from terrace . Wonderful stay . - Beautiful views from the terrace (and the bathroom!) . The studio was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect 15 min walk to Alhambra and 15mim walk to the mirador san Nicholas. Between the lovely old Alabicin area and the cathedral area. It’s in an ‘older’ part of the city but we felt very safe even late at night . The staff were extremely helpful with an issue we had and sorted immediately. We ate breakfast and had evening drinks on terrace every day as it was so lovely . The terrace is up a very steep metal staircase so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues . It wasn’t clear if it was a private terrace but we were the only ones who seemed to use it anyway. No trays in oven so we couldnt use but it didn’t really matter and would be good to have some tea or coffee provided (there was a coffeemaker and kettle etc) again that’s only a minor thing. We had some confusion initially over which was our apartment but this was partly our problem. Would be good to have separate codes for the key boxes. Lights in hallway turned off too quickly on the timer .
• Giwrgos (2/5): Cheap should not mean dirty - The only thing that I liked is that the person in charge Germán came to open the door for me before entering the apartment as their instructions sent by WhatsApp were not very clear . Thanks for coming . Everything that was not visible like the top of the kitchen and the room under the furniture was dirty and dusty. Also I was offered the option to check in in person and I called to confirm that. Check in was done finally in person but the person in charge was trying to change it a few times and I had to call him again as he had left (last minute notice). I like clean rooms so I cleaned it all for them plus the terrace, to which more people had access unfortunately, although announced as room plus terrace. Also the door did lock with the key. I was feeling insecure
• Nikola (8/5): Very good - Location is really good! By the way roof terrace is small and shared with other tenants. It can be a bit noisy in the evening because there’s a bar located in front of it, but after midnight there’s less noise. No hairdryer.

• Nicola (6/5): Nice location but loud - Very easy to sign in. Communicative hosts. The location is great. the drains really need sorting out as the bathrooms and corridor smelt really bad. The bedrooms were so loud at night so bring your earplugs.
• Pavla (7/5): Good - Amazing location - directly next to the Granada Cathedral and few mins walking to Alhambra. Lively street with full of souvenirs and supermarket is close. Full equipment for use during few day`s stay. Terrace was lovely! amazing views! Downstairs is a bar and quite lively street (even at night) so bring your earplugs. Bed matrace is not too comfortable and if two people sleep there you can feel every movement of the other person.

It can be a bit noisy at times because of the street surroundings but anywhere in the centre has that. Nothing that a pair of earplugs can’t resolve.
