• Morgan (6/5): Great location, cozy with private parking, but needs a LOT of work and cleaning. - Great value, private parking. The first thing I noticed was the water pressure was extremely low. Water trickled from the shower head no matter what I tried. There was black curly hair all over the floors upstairs, downstairs, on the stairs, under the bed. The sofa in the loft was covered in brown stains that showed streak marks where it was poorly wiped. The plush blanket smelled like dogs and was unwashed. The refrigerator had food debris left inside and the handles were dirty. The coffee maker had old coffee grounds left inside that were covered in green mold and had been there for a long time. When I arrived, I messaged the property about a missing garage door opener and got a fast response. I mentioned the moldy coffee grounds and got no response. At one point during my 8 day stay another vehicle parked in my dedicated space. I messaged the property, texted pictures, and was told the property manager would make arrangements to move the vehicle. The next morning it was still there, later moving to another parking space. The shower door was off its track, which I was able to easily fix. The towel bar fell off the wall the first time I tried to dry my hands: it appeared to have been previously broken and poorly cobbled back together. I was able to re-assemble it but didn’t touch it again.

• Vanesa (5/5): Con unas pocas mejoras, lograrían una excelente calificación - El anfitrión envía un instructivo muy claro para poder ingresar a la propiedad. La cocina es lo mejor, está muy bien equipada y completa. No le falta nada, es lo mejor. Si bien todas las propiedades suelen tener lavarropas y secarropas, éste estudio lo tiene, y es necesario para quienes tenemos una estadía de una semana o más. Te recibe una música chill, y entrar sin un acotado horario; hace que uno se organice mejor con el check in. En principio, la puerta del establecimiento si bien envían la clave.. ésta puerta estaba rota. Así que al uno no conocer la zona, se siente inseguro ya que cualquiera puede ingresar al estacionamiento y al edificio. En cuanto a la limpieza, al no haber escoba y trapo, para una estadía de varios días es imprescindible para uno limpiar si no se ofrece un servicio. De hecho, cuando ingresamos no estaba impecable; mi hija cuando llegó se descalzó y a las pocas horas, ya tenía todos los pies negros (y todos nos descalzamos al entrar pues es costumbre en nuestra casa). Éste punto hizo que dejemos el alojamiento 1 día antes de lo abonado, de hecho. Resultaba incómodo estar con tanta mugre de piso y no es que hacíamos nada descabellado.. desayunar, irse a pasear durante el transcurso del día, cocinar y cenar ahí algunos días, jugar o mirar una película algunos otros. Pienso que con tan solo un poquito podría mejorar mucho la estadía. Finalmente, y lo más importante fue que al anfitrión le dimos aviso que tenía una mampara de vidrio del baño en la puerta de éste y una mesa de vidrio de la habitación rota... le solicitamos la retiraran, ya que nuestra hija tiene 3 años y queríamos evitar un posible accidente. Nos leyó, dijo que iría alguien a retirarlo y efectivamente nadie fue. A quienes les molesta la claridad para dormir, hay una ventana del estudio que tiene una vista hermosa (al observatorio Griffith) y tenía una sábana colgada; pero sin taparla completamente. Es decir que apenas salía el sol, al ser estudio directamente entraba la luz. Para mi marido y para mí no fue un problema, pero sí mi hija se despertaba por ese motivo.
• Cipullo (1/5): Di quello che dico ho tutte le foto - L'unica cosa che un pò mi è piaciuta è la posizione anche se il quartiere intorno non è uno dei migliori... Sono Arrivato con la mia famiglia e già salendo le scale si può notare la poca pulizia, pavimento in cemento sporchissimo e le due corrimano laterali sporchissimi " da tetano.." Entriamo nell'appartamento 4 e non sembra male, finché non ci siamo guardati intorno.. Partendo dal piano terra mettono a disposizione una cucina completa con stoviglie sporche e coltelli oltre che sporchi anche rugginosi, apriamo la lavostoviglie dalla quale esce un puzzo tipo di pesce marcio da vomito... L'arredamento non è dei più nuovi infatti alcuni sportelli nell'aprirli erano rotti, nella parte sinistra della cucina dove c'è il tostapane " che non userei nemmeno morto" il muro e i mobili erano tutti schizzati non so di cosa.. Il frigo apparentemente pulito nei binari laterali mostrava sporco e credo sia stata anche muffa, ma la cosa più bella è che non c'è un tavolo con le sedie per mangiare in pratica la cucina NON L'ABBIAMO MAI USATA... Nella prenotazione era previsto 1 letto matrimoniale più un divano letto, ma il divano letto presente in pratica è un divano che si abbassa lo schienale senza materasso ma risultava tutto sporco mentre il letto matrimoniale al piano superiore aveva 4 cuscini che puzzavano letteralmente e togliendo le federe ci rendevano conto che erano i cuscini a puzzare ed erano sporchi, in più uno dei cuscini mostrava dei segni tipo zampe di un cane... Decido di messaggio l'host e chiedere l'annullamento della prenotazione ma lo stesso con molta arroganza mi rispondeva che era tutto apposto e che aveva controllato lui personalmente e la casa era tutta pulita quindi niente rimborso, e che mi avrebbe mandato qualcuno a controllare..
• Aldin (4/5): Bad bed, had hairs on the floor but location was good - Not far from downtown and other places Very dirty, had hairs all over the floor and nothing to clean it up, there was a swiffer but no attachment to usw. Bed was very uncomfortable had to sleep on the couch which was even better.

Microwave had crumbs from former renter in it and the handle was sticky. Floors have not been mopped in a long time. Bottoms of our hiuse slippers turned black. Stains on chair and sofa. Pedestrian gate lock was broken so parking was not secure.
