Andrew (8/5): Great spot to stop and break a long trip - The hotel is very well planned with accommodation at the rear (away from highway noise) and the bar & restaurant just a short walk away. The staff are friendly, bar service is prompt and the meals are great. We try to stay here whenever we travel through the area.

Carla (7/5): - Fine motel for a short stay in central queensland. Fridge, microwave and kettle, air conditioner, hot shower. Staff were friendly, there is a cafe out front with coffee and sandwiches. No wi-fi in the rooms and no desk to work on. The rooms are large so another table would fit. Pretty loud in the mornings so not ideal for night shift workers.

stephen (4/5): Very disapointed. - The bed was comfortable The fact i paid for double queen which had been stripped down to the bare bones minimum. 1 fork 1 knife 1 spoon, no plates to warm food in micro wave no comfy lounge to sit and watch a bit of tv. 1 tiny rond table and a hard arse chair . Coffee cup the size you would get at a childs tea party set. What a joke. The room was huge but empty all but a bed and table. I git a diuble cabin with everything you could think of the nigth before for $ 55. Less. In Naraibri. The complex is clean and pretty new but just so annoyed they stripped the room down because i was just one. I still paid the same price for what advettised but did NOT get it.

Yvonne Hodgson (10/5): Hidden gem - Very friendly staff and great location so easy to find. Fantastic food using fresh produce, just make sure you are hungry as they are large serves. Undercover parking at your front door. You can eat your meals in the bar, lounge, outside area or delivered to your room. They have a "mini-bakery" as part of their drive-through bottle shop which opens at 5am. I had the passionfruit baked cheesecake, banana bread and the 5 to go fruit smoothie which were all delicious. They also have coffee, tea, toasted sandwiches, and homemade pies. Would like smaller meal serves.

The outside area was immaculately maintained. Pillows were a little hard. The ac didn't do much to warm the room, even after turning the temp way up.

Andrew (8/5): Relaxing Place to Stop Over on a Road Trip - The Motel has a bar and restaurant, offering a good selection of meals in a nice atmosphere. We really like to stay here when we travel to Qld. Also have a pet friendly option.

It was confusing. The room I booked on line was not the room I got so had to upgrade. There was no milk provided. There was hanging space in the cupboard but it couldn't be accessed.

Jackie (10/5): Unrivalled Customer Service - I am extremely grateful for the staff, and the way they handled our crews late check in. We had guys panicking because their names weren't on the list (100% our fault) but upon speaking with staff, in less than 10min they had sorted everything and everyone! Undoubtedly it was the staffs calm demeanour and patience that kept our crew calm, and I thank them for this.

Jacinta (3/5): Didn’t provide a tax invoice on multiple requests - No breakfast provided - not sure why this was a question. The restaurant’s dinner food was great. I have requested a tax invoice 3 times, and after more than a week, have still not been provided one. The last time I called, the lady I spoke to didn’t even ask for my name or email until I asked her after she said goodbye “won’t you need my name and email or something?” - it felt like she had 0 intention of actually following up on giving me a tax invoice. I’m not impressed because I’m legally entitled to have this and I need it to be reimbursed the accomodation cost from my workplace. It’s disappointing because other wise, it’s a lovely place for a short stop over. I’ve called twice about this and also requested a tax invoice in person the day of arrival, all to no avail. Someone took my email and name that day but I still haven’t had any follow through, despite the 2 phone calls to follow up.

Med/Rare steak ordered, arrived Well Done. Called at office to check out, pay and return the room key and advised " all done", asked for receipt and advised "we email your receipt". Received Booking com email a few days later telling me "You didn't pay for your accommodation".

Hot water in shower keeps going cold and then you have to stand in cold water until hot water comes back. Had a dirty towel left in my bathroom. Toilet seat was loose and toilet did not flush water. Had spiders up in the corners of my wall. Floors where dirty and at $187 a night, not worth staying here at all. Drive to the next town for accommodation.
