• Patricia (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and comfy, staff went above and beyond on their service. The stairs are very steep and there was no elevator but that was not really amything the hotel could do (old historical building in Amsterdam).

• BİLAL (10/5): Konforlu, sessiz ve güvenli. - Konakladığımız oda arka bahçeye bakıyordu ve sessizdi, otelin konumu çok iyiydi, resepsiyondaki Onur bey, şehir ve diğer her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Türkiyeden gideceklere özellikle tavsiye ediyorum.
• Virginia Kay (9/5): Easy walking in distance to major attractions and bus lines. - The room was small, door to the bathroom could not open fully because it hit the bed. Shower was nice and good size; the toilet/sink area was extremely tight. As is somewhat typical in an old building in Amsterdam be prepared for very steep narrow stair to the rooms. We had a nice balcony over a tree lined area; it was just too cold to enjoy it. I am sure that balcony would be nice in the warmer months.

Mycket trevligt välkomnande med dryck, och information av receptionisten. Trevligt med gratis kaffe alt te vid receptionen De tre långa trapporna till rummet var jobbiga. Helt OK och om du inte har ont i ben eller jobbigt med konditionen. I vårt sällskap på + 73 damer hade två särskilt kämpigt!

Highly recommend! - The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was clean, cozy and comfortable; the shower was great and the coffee machine in the lobby was awesome! More storage space for our clothes would have been great, but we understand that most hotel rooms are not very big in Amsterdam, and they did the best they could have with the space.

• Pricey1966 (8/5): Good location and nice staff. - Good location, 30 minute walk or a 10 minute tram ride into the centre of Amsterdam. Lots of places to eat near the Hotel and a supermarket opposite, check out Moeders Restaurant. Nice bathroom. Booked the small twin which was a bit to small for me and my son as both of us are 6ft, but would definitely stay there again but would book a larger room.
• Cindy (8/5): - Fijn, kleinschalig hotel op een prima locatie. Heel vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer. De Christoffer Columbus kamer was voor ons heel prettig; heel rustig, met balkon en prima faciliteiten, waaronder een bubbelbad. Prima voor een paar dagen Amsterdam, centrale ligging met goede verbindingen voor openbaar vervoer. Levendige buurt, supermarkt en tramhalte om de hoek. Deze kamer is op de bovenste verdieping (4 trappen) en er is geen lift, voor ons geen enkel probleem, maar wellicht niet de beste optie voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn.

• Jenna (9/5): - Alp Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Amsterdam! The staff were so welcoming. Tahir checked us in and took the time to show us a map of the surrounding area, point out key areas, and give suggestions on food and things to do. He even carried our luggage all the way up to our room on the top floor! Warning- the stairs are very steep and windy and there’s no elevator. The room was spacious with plenty of room to keep luggage and belongings. The bathroom was immaculately clean. We loved the big windows in the room and even caught a couple beautiful sunrises. We also loved the little chocolates they left on our pillows every day. The hotel was also in a great location, outside of the main tourist area but easily accessible with multiple tram stops right outside the front door. It was also easy to get to from the airport with the train and trams. I would definitely stay again if I return to Amsterdam. The pillows were not comfortable and I would suggest you bring your own if you have any type of neck issues. It also would be helpful to have more towel hangers in the bathroom.

Работающий и чистый джакузи с самоочисткой после использования очень помог расслабиться после долгих пеших прогулок, хотя мы не собирались им пользоваться изначально. К счастью, нас посетили на втором этаже, и прекрасный кофе из автомата на первом был в нашем полном доступе. Сдвоенная кровать постоянно разъезжалась, можно же стянуть ножки как-нибудь? Трамваи действительно могут мешать спать, но с закрытыми окнами их не очень слышно. Окна нашего номера выходили на улицу на юг, и летом, наверное, может быть очень жарко, но в апреле этого не чувствовалось. К тому же, есть маркиза над балконом, которая может защитить в жару.

• Pavanne (10/5): Great location, beautiful clean room, friendly staff, reasonable price, would stay again, highly recommend! - Beautiful hotel, fabulous location, gorgeous room and bathroom, very clean, my room was in the garden side so nice and quiet and had a nice balcony. There is also a decent sized fridge. It’s in an authentic building so be prepared to climb stairs - good for your fitness! 😉

Si bien no teníamos incluido el desayuno, en la recepción hay una máquina de café y podes servirte las veces que quieras. La cama un poco blanda pero eso es cuestión de gusto.

The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from the tram station, which made getting around the city super easy. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Casa de banho com espaço muito muito reduzido para utilização da sanita (pessoas altas, com pernas longas, seguramente teriam de se sentar de lado). Espelho da casa de banho (sobre o lavatório) colocado em posição demasiado alta.

Il giorno dopo invece al rientro abbiamo trovato il termosifone spento con la camera fredda. -Bagno troppo piccolo

• Amy (10/5): Lovely small hotel in a good neighborhood. - The owners were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and there was a lot of shelf space in the bathroom. An apple and a piece of chocolate were left on the beds each day. The room also had a nice, quiet balcony to sit on. Nothing, although I could see the stairs being a little difficult for people with mobility issues. I'm not sure if there is a lift as I don't use them.

• Jasper (7/5): - The room is nice, and they can clean up everyday. There are tram to city or train stations, despite some construction going on so no direct trains to old town area. Some choices of restaurants around. 24hr counter service but has curfew after 11pm. No fridge of kettle in the room,and needs to ask for tea/coffee at the counter. Not much to see from widow. But I’m glad we got second floor, otherwise the stair too steep.

• Stefanie (10/5): I had a perfect stay at this hotel! 100% recommend - Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was a twin with Balcony which was perfect for me and my friend. The balcony had chairs! We had enough space inside to open our suitcases! The room and bathroom were clean! It smelt nice! You could control your own heating! Shower was perfect, great water pressure and the water drained away and didn't pool up at your feet. Hot drinks available anytime from the machine. Super safe as the door gets locked. Nice walking distance from the centre for me and my friend however transport is basically outside. I would stay here again!

• Vanessa (10/5): - Mir hat die Sauberkeit des Hotels sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Angebot der kostenlosen Getränke und Obst ist super, auch wenn wir dies nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Treppe sollte man mit Vorsicht betreten. Das ist aber in Amsterdam keine Seltenheit.
