• Marah (9/5): Muy recomendable - Lo céntrico que está. Limpio y práctico. Desde la habitación que da a la calle se escucha todo. Lo que más molesta es como chirría la puerta del portal, que llega a despertarte.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, limpio y cómodo, con unas instalaciones cuidadas al detalle. Destacar especialmente la comodidad de disponer de parking, algo fundamental en una ciudad como Granada. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable para disfrutar de la ciudad con total tranquilidad. Repetiré muy pronto
• Ana (10/5): Tranquilidad y seguridad. - Lo ordenado y espacioso, es un lugar tranquilo para descansar y está muy bien ubicado. No existen limitaciones para cocinar está muy bien equipado. El primer día nos encontramos con una botella de vino es un detalle que no esperamos pero nos encantó. Las niñas estuvieron muy muy a gusto y sin duda repetiremos en otra oportunidad y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. Muchas gracias por tan acogedora estancia. Los mensajes automáticos constantes para recordar la hora de la salida, quizás es una forma de no olvidarlo pero me causaron un poco de ansiedad.
• Aneta (9/5): - Great location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to all points of interest. Clean and comfortable apartment. Responsive host. Very tricky to get to an apartment by car to drop off the luggage. It took us an hour of driving through the maze of one-way streets, because Apple or Google maps do not have it updated. If you arrive by car, I suggest studying the map first or walking to the apartment to pick up the key to the garage.
• Jose Trigo (1/5): Bom apartamento e péssimo serviço de apoio ao cliente - O apartamento era confortável e bem situado. O aquecimento funcionava bem e conservava o apartamento a uma temperatura agradável. As camas são confortáveis, a cozinha está bem equipada, o banheiro permitia um banho agradável. O apartamento está localizado no centro, bem próximo a pé dos principais pontos a visitar em Granada, incluindo o Alhambra. A interação com o serviço de apoio ao cliente foi péssimo, o pior com que alguma vez lidei. Era suposto termos entrada no apartamento 16h00. Depois de uma viagem de carro de 7h30 chegámos ao apartamento e a chave só foi disponibilizada às 17h00. Foi-nos dito que a equipa de apoio ao apartamento iria disponibilizar a chave em breve. Sem estacionamento na rua, onde só uma viatura passava, tivemos de circular em torno do bloco por 1h até podermos entrar, estando ainda o apartamento a ser limpo. Éramos 4 pessoas e só havia 2 toalhas de banho. Contactei com o serviço de apoio ao cliente por diversas vezes, durante 3 dias, solicitando as 2 toalhas em falta, e a resposta do foi que embora na informação do apartamento no Booking.com constasse que forneciam toalhas, na realidade não especificavam quantas e se quiséssemos mais duas teríamos de pagar por elas. Inacreditável, má fé e quebra de contrato, em face do especificado, nas informações fornecidas pela empresa ao Booking.com. Esta relação péssima com o serviço de apoio ao cliente desgastou muito o prazer da estadia.

• Antoine (4/5): Décevant - La situation géographique Forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Aucun contact avec l'hôte, tout s'est fait avec une intelligence artificielle et il fut difficile d'accéder au logement sans recevoir aucune aide. Le parking est relativement loin de l'établissement.
• jakub (5/5): - * Very good location * Kitchen sink smelled from time to time, it was quite unbearable - not sure if it isn't cleaned or why did that happen. The dish sponge was dirty and definitely not new one. * Communication and checkin outside booking - there isn't even possible to do it with booking if needed. You need to go on third party site. * Communication with host is completely abysmal, unless you speak spanish, I would avoid this location -> 1. at first, you are communicating with AI chatbot which is completely useless. 2. Next, instructions for getting to apartment are literally "call somebody to unlock you the door" - no info who to call at all. 3. We tried to call whatsapp number but it didn't work, after a while we tried to call directly from whatsapp and that worked - Guy who didn't understand english at all picked up and hanged out after 30seconds as he didn't understand us at all. 4. We tried to call one more time after 10mins, and with our broken spanish he understood that he should open (remotely). This was completely horrible experience, especially with little crying baby in our hands on the street. * Property is advertising that they can provide crib on request. We asked and it was approved by them... when we came to the apartment, there was no crib at all so we needed to sleep on one 140cm bed as 2 adults and one baby so that was... let's say not great.

• CatherineH (8/5): Bel appartement très proche des sites touristiques - Appartement confortable à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Très bien situé. Confortable et joliment aménagé. Parking à disposition à 5 minutes à pied. Gentille attention à notre arrivée (bouteille de vin) Messages personnalisés et attentifs de la propriétaire (très réactive sur WhatsApp) La chambre pour une personne donnant sur la rue est très bruyante (mais nous étions là un samedi soir et il faisait beau et chaud; ceci expliquant cela; les autres nuits étaient beaucoup plus calmes); la porte du parking devrait être mieux indiquée, par une photo sur la réservation par exemple
• Martine (5/5): Great location - The location is amazing, the apartment itself is nice too. If you book a place to cook some during your stay please be aware that there is no stove. There were no condiments so you have to buy salt and pepper, oil and anything you need. Found some sugar and left a box of mine. Found one trash bag. When we got there, we could not get in. Keys were not to be found. Had to wait for someone to come and open. Good communication but with various people and everyone had a different piece of information to communicate. So yes, not the best welcome. I had to pay my parking for a week of €90 because they couldn't find keys. Still not paid back 😒

• ANGELIKI (10/5): - Πολύ όμορφος, καθαρός και περιποιημενος χώρος. Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ωραίο σημείο και φυσικά το παρκινγκ που παρέχει είναι απαραίτητο και σωτήριο.

• GEMA (7/5): Nuevo, limpio. check-in estresante - El piso es nuevo y estaba limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado en sala y habitaciones. La ubicación genial La entrada y la salida es bastante rollo. Para entrar en el piso tienes que aparcar en parking privado de pago porque en la zona es imposible aparcar ni un momento,cuando llegamos, yo intenté llamar pero solo fue posible wasapear creo que con una IA, cosa que me resulta bastante estresante sobretodo después de 600 km de viaje , te abren por control remoto , coger las llaves e ir a meter el coche en el parking del alojamiento . La salida , la misma jugada; sacas el coche del parking del alojamiento y lo aparcas en otro de pago mientras vas al alojamiento a dejar las llaves de nuevo.
