• Zaynab (5/5): - The thing I liked the most is that the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the metro and the metrobus. The area is not very touristic, but I liked it a lot. You can find everything you need nearby, such as shops and restaurants. The staff were kind, especially the man I met around 10 in the morning (I don’t know his name). The price was reasonable. Even though I arrived more than one hour before check-in time, they were kind enough to give me a room. What I didn’t like is that the hotel corridor smelled very bad, like cigarette smoke, and the toilet always had an unpleasant smell as well. There was no wardrobe to put clothes. The room I was given was very noisy because I could hear a washing machine every day, especially early in the morning around 6:30, which was very annoying. If they offer you room 1 on the ground floor, I don’t recommend accepting it. The lighting in the room was not fully working, so it was always quite dark. I also think there might be insects, as I was bitten a few times. They do not provide towels, so bring your own. Don’t expect automatic room cleaning, you may need to ask for it. On the positive side, the internet and the staff were nice.

• Emadeldin (9/5): - الاستقبال رائع . المعاملة سهلة جدا . موظف هادئ ولطيف . مكان هادئ شعرت بالاطمئنان.. الغرفة لطيفة جدا جدا . تفي بكل الاحتياجات الأساسية . ودافئة . سأجربه مرة أخرى بالتأكيد ويمتاز ايضا رغم أنه ليس واضحا في الوصف أنه قريب من المتروبوس الذي يعمل 24 ساعة ويمكن أن تصل به إلى مطار صبيحة مبكرا (السبب الأساسي باختياري له لهذه الليلة ) . وايضا قريب من محطة شيرين ايفلر الاتوبيس مطار اسطنبول . يمكنك أن تصل منها لمطار اسطنبول في وقت متأخر أو مبكر جدا معظم مواصلات اسطنبول تغلق أثناء الليل. وطبعا قريب من ميدان شيرين ايفلر العامر بكل أنواع الخدمات والمطاعم .وخلافه . للاسف كان هناك الكاتيل لم يكن نظيف جدا . رغم أنهم وضعوا شاي وقهوة سريعة التحضير مجاني تمنيت فعلا أن استخدمهم ولكن لم يحدث وربما لو كان لدي وقت اكثر في الفندق كنت طلبت منهم تغيير الكاتيل ولكن لم اطلب . وايضا كان هناك حشرة صغيرة . ولكن تعجبت من وجودها بشكل غير متوقع مع التجهيز الرائع للفندق. .من الأفضل أن يعتنوا قليلا بمقاومة الحشرات . ولكن المكان رغم ذلك رائع .

I left the next days and went to another hotel as I didn't feel safe at all as a solo woman . Do not book here if you dont want to waste your money and feel unsafe.

• Sümeyye (3/5): Nie wieder. - Das es in der Stadt ist und Krankenhaus wo ich operiert wurde hat es mir gut gefallen. Es ist sehr dreckig. Sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Fast alles ist kauptt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein, man kann sich nicht bewegen. Es gibt kein Abschließfach und kein schrank.

• Sevgin (6/5): Fena sayılmaz! - Fiyatı uygun . Temizlik iyidir. Tesis çok yoğun bir bölgede olmakla beraber, tesise ait park yerleri YOKTUR. Açıklamalarda var yazıyorlar!!! Bu konuda da maalesef yardımcı olmuyorlar. Arabanızı herhangi bir yere bırakamak zorundasınız.Ayrıca klima iyi çalışmıyordu. Banyo da duş bozuktu. Amma kötü desem doğru olmaz. Zaten parasına göre normal sayılır. Bir daha gitmem!!!!

Electric contact was completely broken and I used the one in the toilet that wasn't safe place for my pc. Personnel were not helpful to take suitcases up from the stairs in front of interance door which is dangerous if we don't take care.
