• John (7/5): Was good part from tv and fan issues I’ve stayed on same site in better equipped house - Good coms with the lady that I felt with she tried to fix a couple things which was helpful No tv in bedroom And tv not working downstairs due to remote control issue Also fan remote wasn’t working either which I think should b checked before any new booking Not really there to watch tv but one of the group was ill for a couple days and it should have been working Also not everyone wants to party every nite so we could have watched some movies etc Especialy if u have kidds

• Antony (2/5): Below average - Nothing really unfortunately Smelled of cigarettes and damp. Ants in the bed in the top room which was horrible for my daughter to wake up to! Told the lady who checked us in who said it had never happened before and not to take food up to the room…..which my daughter hadn’t. Lady dropped off a can of ant killer the next day. Stayed at three different places on this trip to Spain, the two places prior were excellent but this one I would definitely recommend giving a miss.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - We loved this accommodation, lovely pool area, large house with terrace area. Lovely host and in a great location in Cabo Roig near beach and strip. There was only 1 fob for the gate entrance - was slightly inconvenient. The sunbed loungers for the pool area were a bit flimsy - but everything else was spot on :)

• Tadas (8/5): Very good - Missin keys from other 2 exits. It makes feel unconforyible to check easc time fid you have wrigt keys. Second floor yard bedroom bed is very week.
• Marek663 (7/5): Good - quiet beautiful location, close to the sea, restaurants and shops and even the local market (Thursdays). good layout of the house, there can be several people here without bothering each other. Pleasant terrace with seating in front of the house plus each floor has its own balcony, new reconstruction of the house Overall insufficient cleaning after reconstruction, kitchen old and unmaintained, some things should have been removed during reconstruction (a few inside doors impossible to close - was quickly repaired, creaky windows and cabinets...), steeper stairs. It is not possible to leave the urbanization without a key (the exit button or code is missing), there are several gates to the area that do not have a universal key, which made it difficult for us to move freely.
