• Barbara (1/5): - W pierwsza noc, ktoś włamał się do apartamentu, kiedy spaliśmy. Zostaliśmy okradzeni z dokumentów, kart i pieniędzy. Dodatkowo basen był nieczynny. Brak internetu. Brak kontaktu ze strony wynajmującego.

• Pavlina (5/5): Cena neodpovídá kvalitě - Poztivní bylo parkování přímo u ubytování. Pozitivní na ubytování je také terasa. Je prostorná, sezení na umělé kůži moc pohodlné není, ale to bylo vyváženo možností být venku. Bazén byl fajn, lehátka, žádní hosté. Upozornění pro případné návštěvníky od 7.1.-7.2. zde probíhají stavební práce na bazénu. Tento bude v tuto dobu mimo provoz. Je umístěn cca 50 metrů od ubytování. Dle mých zkušeností z posledních pár dovolených na Tenerife, u tohoto ubytování neodpovídá cena kvalitě. Museli jsme si vyžádat věci, které měly být součástí vybavení. Byli jsme 4, počet hrnků 3. Absence toaletního papíru, sušáku na prádlo, tablet do myčky - vše bylo uvedeno jako vybavení apartmánu. Žádali jsme navíc 2 peřiny na spaní, dali nám je, ale bez povlečení. Tak jsme si deky sami vyprali a použili. Lidé, kteří měli apartmán na starosti se nám snažili vyjít vstříc, byla to trošku náročná komunikace. Koupelna je hezká, dveře však nemají zvenku kliku, a jsou u zámku rozlámané. Spousta zákoutí, které jsou neudržované, zanedbané, kazí celkový dojem. Neskutečné množství dekorací, které dodávají ubytování přeplácaný dojem, a také sběrače prachu. Dveře do apartmánu se nedají zavřít klikou, samy se otvírají, takže musí být zamčené pořád. Je mi líto, ale nemůžu dát lepší hodnocení. Vrchol všeho byla absence internetu. Bylo nám sděleno, že jsme na to byli upozorněni to však neodpovídá pravdě. Kontaktovali jsme telefon, který je uveden na bookingu a bylo nám sděleno, že toto není v pořádku, protože prioritně máme psát přes booking. Když nemáte internet, tak to moc nelze. Intenet nemáme pro zábavu, ale pro práci. Byli jsme nuceni zakoupit data navíc. Na internet jsme se ptali již před příjezdem, bez odpovědi. Přikládám pár fotek, kde by bylo záhodno sjednat nápravu.

• Harry (7/5): Average as - Nice garden n that and comfy bed There was one key and there was no other way to enter the property, also the host never gave me the code for the key and had to make my own way in over a 6 foot fence and if we aren’t all together no way to get it, bit ridiculous

• Isabel (7/5): - Su terraza fue lo que más nos gustó, tenía buena ubicación, además la urbanización era bastante tranquila y cerrada, nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos 6 toallas extras para la playa. Tenía bastante humedad las paredes, la persiana de una de las habitaciones estaba rota, la puerta del servicio no se podía cerrar porque no tenía pomo por afuera y además estaba hinchada, en la encimera de la cocina había muchas hormigas.

• Donna (6/5): Location good just a pity the apartment wasn’t as good as expected online. - Location for our needs and quiet area Although the property was clean there was a very bad animal odour of urine, bathroom door broken, plaster coming off walls…no towels apart from 2 shower towels plus internet broken. Patio doors woudnt lock into the garden and the shutters woudnt close.

• Bethany (9/5): Lovely group stay - Great location, we had a hire car so easy to get around. Property was clean and tidy, spent loads of time on the balcony and pool was always clean. It is hot inside! There is a fan in one room on the ceiling light and we went out and brought a mini A/C / fan for the other room so the next person will love that! Sleep with the windows open aswell and it’s fine.
• Pérez Díaz (5/5): - La terraza es espectacular. El apartamento está bien ubicado, es cómodo y la zona es súper tranquila y segura. Puedes acceder en coche hasta la misma puerta. Las puertas no se podían cerrar, habían bastantes hormigas en la cocina y tanto la terraza como el interior estaba llena de trampas para las cucarachas (si no cierras todo por las noches, entran). No tiene WiFi (es un servicio básico hoy en dia). El apartamento estaba recogido pero le faltaba un poco de limpieza.
• Eduardo (10/5): - Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el apartamento. Todo estaba impecable, muy bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades necesarias. La terraza es simplemente espectacular, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar de un rato agradable al aire libre. Además, la atención de Fernanda fue excelente en todo momento: siempre atenta, rápida en responder y dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier detalle. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable y un lugar al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

• James (7/5): Clean and tidy property in a great location - Porta Nova Apartment, set in a lovely complex in a good location. Great outdoor space, clean and tidy on arrival and great communication before hand. The only downfall I’d say is the apartment stated WiFi which wasn’t working. When we spoke to the guys about this they informed us there was an issue from the supplier and it had been cut off. It would’ve been nice to know before hand, especially for anyone taking children who would rely on in. Although when booking you know there is no aircon at the property, I think putting some fans in at least would help with some airflow. On days where there is no wind the property becomes VERY hot and stuffy. It was difficult to sleep on a number of nights and we couldn’t leave the doors open due to cockroaches. I think a wise investment would be to have regular pest control and again, a couple of fans for circulation of air in the attempt to cool the property down a little. Other than this it was a good stay and we’d consider staying again
• Paulo (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at Porta Nova Family Apartment and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view, and the apartment is well-equipped. I especially appreciated the kitchen facilities and the lovely terrace, which made for a perfect spot to relax. The area is very calm, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. The shower was a bit cold at night, maybe the boiler is set to run in the morning. Also, the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay, but this was not a major issue since my roaming data was sufficient. Despite these small inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay and would still highly recommend Porta Nova for its comfort, location, and tranquility. I would definitely consider returning!
• Edpal (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay! We stayed in this apartment as a couple for three days, and it had everything we needed. The apartment was well-equipped, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a highlight—offering a stunning view where you can watch the sunrise. There was also a grill, which made for a great dinner experience. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture was of good quality. The location was excellent—just a few minutes by car and easily reachable on foot. Parking was available right near the apartment, which was very convenient. Another great bonus was the possibility to visit the swimming pool in the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
• Tomasz (1/5): Nice apartment but 2 big issues - I would like to give high rate as apartment was nice, great terrace and a view, private parking space and we like location but.... In the first line of property description there is a statement that the pool is heated...and it's not. As it's two pools (one tiny) after booking I asked the owner if both pools are heated and get the reply "pools are not heated but they remain warm" They were not warm at all. Even the tiny one was freezing cold, not comfortable at all. My kids love pools but couldn't stay in water for a few minutes, don't mind diving or anything else. Heated or at least remaining reasonably warm Pool was important factor for me when I was booking so it was huge disappointment Another issue was a WiFi. We were not spending a lot of time inside but you would like to have some connection. There was no connection (router issue)and when I contacted the owner I've been told she spoke with someone and it will be fixed tomorrow or the day after We've been there 7nights and it never happened....and no more contact about it from the owner
