• Yomi (4/5): Our holiday was ruined by construction noise - never want to return to Lanzarote or booking.com - The bed was very comfortable. Location very close to the beach. Rental price was affordable. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Our holiday experience was ruined by construction noise throughout our stay, and upstairs neighbours where noisy into early hours of the morning, made being at the apartment unbearable. The Host seemed nice at first but host did not inform us of things beforehand e.g. the need for host to register us and therefore needing a photo of our passports, we were told about this the same day as the deadline. And after booking.com took the fee we were told there may be a little bit of noise from neighbours, and it didn't sound like a big deal at this point. Though either way we couldn't get money back now we were flying in 2 days. I felt there was too much communication wit the host for things that should have been in pre-booking details online via booking.com or an email before we paid for the property. Instead it was left very last minute or had to asked and answered during our stay, which I felt interrupted our holiday experience too much. The host at one point told me to go to the police about the noise we were experiencing which just felt like too much. I don't expect to be managing landlord issue on my holiday. In the end we decided to move to a hotel for our last two nights instead - which was a very good decision, as it salvaged the holiday experience for us. But we had to pay for this ourselves as booking.com pretended to be helpful but till date have not refunded the cost of the 2 nights we didn't stay in Casa Noas, we felt that this was a fair ask, but instead we were again sent "helter skelter" be told contradictory information between the host and booking.com only to still have no refund - really poor. It has made me feel like I never want to return to Lanzarote or booking.com.

• Patrycja (10/5): Amazing! - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has an amazing location — just a short three-minute walk from the beach, supermarkets, and plenty of great restaurants. It’s situated on a very quiet street, so we were able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment itself is a good size and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host was extremely helpful from the beginning, giving us clear directions on how to reach the place and offering assistance whenever we needed it. We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay here again!

• Péter (10/5): Best choice if you want to stay in Playa Blanca and avoid crowded all-inclusive hotels - Perfect location in the center of Playa Blanca. The host is super nice and helpful. We had a great week staying here.
• Steve (8/5): Reasonably priced central location - The location is the best thing about this property. It’s a short walk to the best area in Playa Blanca including the beach.
• Saevar (10/5): Perfect stay in a perfect location - Very nice apartment, with everything you need, in a perfect location, quiet area but in very short walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a car and there was no problem finding a parking space. We loved our stay and would book again :) You hear a bit from the neighboring apartment, but it didn’t really bother us at all.

Perfect size for the two of us. - Location was excellent. 3 mins walk to sea front. 5 -7 mins from the bus station.. 5 mins walk to the large supermarket which is open early and late and has fresh fish, meat and cheese counters and lots of fresh fruit and veg. Apartment was good with a well equipped kitchen, space to hang towels and swimming stuff and a washing machine which was easy to use. Lots of space for clothes etc and plentiful hot water any time of the day. Washing up liquid, cloths, hand soap and shower gel all very useful. It was nice to stay where local people also live and we enjoyed hearing the children playing outside.
• Terezia (8/5): I recommend this accomodation mostly for shorter stays (up to 1 week). When you dont want to spend too much time inside - The location was perfect. Comfortable bed. Nice communication. Flat is quite tiny and dark. Find a parking spot is a challenge

Good communication with the guest Parking one street upper , and if not, there is a open space for parking across the road, 500m 3 min walking. no garden or opening space. bedroom and bathroom doors to noise when opening or close there are too tight door with frame. No fun extractor on the bathroom, so all smells coming out on the living room
• Vitas (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Everything is in a walking distance: beaches, supermarkets and harbour. There is a big free parking lot near roundabout and its just some 5 min. walk from the property. Apartment isn't very big, but we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was clean, good Wifi, pots, pan for cooking, washing machine and etc.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Noas. The owners are very nice. The accommodation is very close to the beach and the area was quiet. The apartment was absolutely clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. There are also many different restaurants and shops in the area. There was no problem with parking.
