• Martina (9/5): Großzügiges Appartement in guter Lage - Großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement in guter, ruhiger Lage, ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Guggenheim Museum entfernt. Anweisungen für den Zugang etc. kommen vom "Urban Host" Service. Kommunikation Ist exzellent und bei Bedarf wird umgehend geholfen. Das Appartement ist recht dunkel und hat nur einen Blick in einen engen Hinterhof. Hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich letztendlich nur zum Schlafen da war.

• manuela (10/5): - Appartamento pulitissimo (lenzuola e asciugamani profumatissimi e morbidi) e dotato di ogni comodità (addirittura televisione Smart con possibilità di vedere Netflix e prime). In cucina le stoviglie sono nuove e così piatti bicchieri e posate. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi o sembrano tali (microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, asciugacapelli ) Spazi ampi. Bagno piccolo ma doccia grande. Situato nel quartiere Abando a due passi dal museo Guggenheim. A due passi tanti locali bar e un supermercato grande. L’appartamento è incredibilmente silenzioso. Il contatto con l’host è immediato. Si entra senza chiave anche se in casa è possibile trovarne una e utilizzarla invece del codice dal cellulare.

• Vinicio (9/5): Awesome neighborhood - Professionally managed accommodation, good communication, everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was very nice, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Really well managed property. The neighborhood was perfect for us, with lots of good restaurants and very walkable. Everything was really good. The only minor complaint we'd have is that the hallways smell like cigarette smoke, but it's an apartment building with regular folks living in it, so not much to be done about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

• Matthew (10/5): Excellent stay in a Excellent city - Communication throughout was excellent, location is excellent and it's a decent apartment to.use as a base. Some other points: don't get to stressed about the electronic key, it really is easy and works but physical keys await you inside. Some of the best bars and cafes are in the new town, the bar culture here is insane! The transport is excellent and cheap get a barik card from the airport, i have money still on it from 10 euros and i was here 5 days. Bilbao is a great city break and other places are easy to travel too. Nothing, this apartment ticked all my boxes.

• sandra (10/5): Best place to see Bilbao - On all the reviews it states exceptional location and that is very true. As to the right then straight down the street you are next to the museum and puppy which you can then get on the hop on hop off bus which is worth getting as you then get a sense of what's around you. Your right next to the river. If you arrive before check in there is a little mini market shop that stores your luggage under app called bounce. 2 minutes away. Highly recommend. The area has lovely bars and restaurants around you recommend the cafe iruna The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very quiet and has everything you need it has some great books giving you information on Bilbao. If you want to see the inside of town hall go to tourist off to get WhatsApp number to book appointment it's free, go to library that's free but great inside.The supermarket is 3 minutes away. The service from these apartments fromstart to end was fantastic. Nothing

• GEORGIOS (10/5): Ήσυχο, άνετο, καθαρό, λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο της υπεροχής πόλης του Μπιλμπάο! - Το σπίτι ήταν στο κέντρο ενδιαφέροντος! Υπήρχαν κοντά μουσεία, γέφυρες, πάρκα και μαγαζιά με tapas y cervesas. Υπήρχε πολύ ησυχία κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και της νύχτας.

• maisamor (9/5): Comfortable and well-located apartment in a excellent area and close to the city center - Excellent location and a well-equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable, and while we didn’t stay or cook much, the space is definitely prepared for that. Overall, the apartment is cozy and practical, and we appreciated how central it was, right next to Guggenheim and restaurants, and not too far from the old town. We didn’t have direct contact with the property owner, but communication was efficient. As for the downsides, we almost ran out of phone battery and got locked out -it would be helpful to have an alternative way to access the apartment just in case, although it wasn’t a major issue. The apartment windows face an inner courtyard, and it’s not very pleasant to keep them open. Also not a big issue.

• E (9/5): Amazing location, comfortable apartment - The apartment is clean and very quiet and the location is unbeatable -- short walk to Guggenheim and lots of good places to eat, close to tram line to get around the city. Don't expect a view -- it's at the back of the building, but that does make it nice and quiet. Everything was in good working order. Their communication for how to use the digital lock was very detailed and useful. The shower drain was sllooowww and the bathroom floor flooded a couple of times.
• Jennifer (9/5): Brilliant location in very comfortable apartment. - Very clean comfortable apartment, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. It was in a great location, within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim and the river. Even though it was party time in Bilbao the apartment was nice and quiet. The bus to the airport was just around the corner and runs every 15 minutes. Not a lot of natural light, although there are windows.
