• juan carlos (7/5): Buena ubicación y personal muy amable, pero algunos detalles a mejorar - El hotel está relativamente cerca de la estación del teleférico, aproximadamente a 15 minutos caminando, lo cual resulta muy conveniente para quienes planean visitar las atracciones cercanas. La zona está bien ubicada y alrededor hay muchos lugares para comer. El personal del hotel fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. En general, el hotel está bien y la atención del equipo hizo que la estancia fuera agradable. Las fotos que aparecen en Booking de la fachada del hotel no corresponden realmente al hotel, lo que puede generar un poco de confusión al llegar. Además, mi habitación estaba en el cuarto piso y no hay ascensor, por lo que si viajas con maletas grandes es algo que se debe tener en cuenta. En mi habitación también había un problema de humedad en el techo que hacía que se formara un pequeño charco de agua. El personal lo limpió y siempre fue muy atento, pero es un detalle que deberían revisar.

• Grace (10/5): Great stay in good location - Super comfortable room 10 mins walk from the mountain cable station, with lots of great food options close by. Staff were extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay for a few nights 😊

• Marcelaamayaca (7/5): - Staff were open to help out Bathroom was too small. Toilet and shower were few centimeters apart. It was really uncomfortable
• Nataša (7/5): Good value of money - Very nice location with many shops and restaurants around and close to get everywhere. Receptionist was very patient. I didn’t like the bed, the mattress was too hard. Not only that but the bathroom was “danish bathroom” without proper shower curtain. And the planes in the night were a bit disturbing.
• Ai (9/5): Great, highly recommend! We would definitely come back again! - The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. We were unfamiliar of the place and didn't have a tour guide. The front desk lady was very patient suggesting and helping us plan out our itenerary based on our length of stay, which made the whole Zhangjiajie experience that more enjoyable. If it was closer to the city centre of Zhangjiajie, but small issue.

• Morning (10/5): Exceptional - B & B environment is very good, the boss is also very warm, this is a business reception on the way to stay in Zhangjiajie for one night, there are two older, the boss took the initiative to help us move luggage and coordinate the room. The B & B is very close to the city and within walking distance. Breakfast next to the taste is also very good, after the opportunity to play a few days to Zhangjiajie will also choose here

Close to restaurants and shops so super convenient Right by the airport, and the planes flying overhead are incredibly loud. They aren’t very frequent but can be somewhat bothersome
• Vittoria (7/5): Good - Very nice accommodation, rooms are clean and wide. Just be careful for the location... not really near the city center, you have to take a Didi to get everyone.

• Mahalia (10/5): convenient and welcoming :) would come again - As 2 young women who only speak english, the community was very welcoming and helped us find our hotel, and then the staff were extremely patient and thoughtful throughout our stay. I really loved the location, walking distance to Tianmen Mountain Cable Car, and also to incredible food (once again recommend by the staff) felt really happy and safe :)
