• Ron (1/5): Niet zoals beschreven - Er beviel ons niets totaal niet zoals beschreven.gedeelde badkamer toilet geen tv geen tafel of stoel om op te zitten geen handoeken ja als je 5 chf ik zag dat je ook niet meer kon reservering via jullie. Maar wat het ergste was is dat er gewoon een verkeerd adres op jullie site stond Wij willen een klacht bij ullie neerleggen over dit complex en een andere gebeurtenis dat door jullie een fout is gemaakt. • Arsalan (6/5): - They didn’t gave what was promised on the first day. We got to change the room on the second day which wasted important vacation time.
• Johanna (1/5): Katastrof - Inget BLUFF!!!!! Värden skickade oss en annan adress och telefonnummer som han ville att vi skulle ringa då han påstod att det hade hänt en olycka i boendet. När vi ringde var det ingen svar och när vi ringde numret som finns på booking svarade en kvinna som var helt oförstående och som la på. När vi ringde igen så var telefonen avstängd. Allt är anmält till booking och de var hjälpsamma i att avboka boendet då de inte heller fick tag på värden.

• Isabella (10/5): Host was great, comfy beds, GREAT STAY!!! - Host was super nice and very easy to contact! The area surrounding was great to travel super close to a bus station, train station, and parking was more than available. Beds were comfortable, shower and bath area was very nice and tidy, nice kitchen area and a lot of space. Price was very affordable and good for the area we got to do a lot in the few days we were there and host was very accommodating! Nothing!!!
• Guest (1/5): NIE WIEDER !!! - Nichts! Die angegebene Adresse war FALSCH! Gastgeber war telefonisch unter 2 angegeben Nummern NICHT erreichbar! Mit Hilfe eines Fremden konnte Kontakt hergestellt werden. Diese Person erwähnte, dass bereits andere Urlauber sich betrogen fühlten, da es in dem Gebäude Hüsliweid 4 keinen Hinweis auf Zimmervermietung gab und auch faktisch dort kein Raum für Gäste zur Verfügung stand. Das Gast Haus war 9 km von Luzern entfernt. Es ist ein Wohnhaus ohne Rezeption. Bei unserer Buchung waren Bilder angezeigt, die nicht in diesem Gebäude aufgenommen wurden. Der Raum befand sich im Keller. An der Decke und an der Wand verlaufen die Abwasserrohre! Durch einen Defekt eines Spülkastens war ständig Wasserrauschen hörbar! Die Vermieterin versprach Abhilfe. Nichts wurde unternommen mit dem Hinweis, ihr Mann stünde im Stau. Um 21:00 wurde uns angeboten, die Buchung zu stornieren, was für uns in Luzern zu enormen Mehrkosten und Stress geführt hätte und deswegen keine Option war. Diese Situation war äußerst unangenehm!

• Lim (5/5): Could have been better - Kitchen was small and not well equipped. The hot water was turned off in the evening; had to bathe with cold water.
• Andrew (10/5): Loved my stay in Lucerne! - Had the entire apartment to myself, which for the cheapest option in town made me feel like I got the best deal ever! Super friendly and responsive owners, they were understanding when I lost track of time, staying past checkout, and even when I didn't have Swiss francs to pay the tourist tax. Kitchen was well enough stocked that I could make my own meals and save even more money, definitely nice when the restaurants in Switzerland are so expensive. It's a little ways outside of the main city, like a 30-45min walk, but also easily accessible by bus! It is also an apartment with no signs anywhere, so following google maps had me confused at first, but the owners were very responsive via WhatsApp. Just make sure you read the special instructions for checking in (which I didn't see until I got there admittedly) and you should be fine!

• Mahdi (3/5): TL;DR: Eine absolut unprofessionelle Unterkunft. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, hier zu buchen! - Wir konnten später den Check-out machen. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung insgesamt. - Schlechte Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson (sie hat mir gesagt, ich soll um 11:00 Uhr auschecken, obwohl wir vereinbart hatten, dass der Check-out erst um 15:00 Uhr sein kann. Sie hat mir sogar gedroht, dass ich für das Zimmer zahlen müsste, und mich den ganzen Tag unter Druck gesetzt). - Neben meinem Zimmer war ihr Sohn, der bis 2 Uhr morgens lautstark Fortnite spielte. Ich habe die Kontaktperson kontaktiert und ihr mitgeteilt, dass er zu laut sei, was für etwa 15 Minuten half, bis er wieder anfing. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht musste ich schließlich um 2 Uhr persönlich an seine Tür klopfen und ihn bitten, damit aufzuhören. - Schmutziges Kopfkissen, kaputter Fernseher, der nicht funktionierte. - Sehr amateurhaft, sie hat mich sogar auf WhatsApp um eine gute Bewertung gebeten. - Immerhin durfte ich die Küche und die Duschen nutzen.

• Borrego Arnau (1/5): L’hôte nous a demandé 350chf de plus pour avoir les 3 chambres, même si on les avait déjà payé. Ils n’ont pas voulu nous - Rien. C’est un arnaque. On avait réservé 3 chambres. On est arrivé au check-in et… surprise! Il y avait un couple avec leur enfant dedans (les locateurs qui subloue l’appartement). Ils ont fait sortir leur enfant de sa chambre et il a dû dormir par terre dans le salon. Les 3 chambres qu’on avait booké se sont transformés en 2, dont 1 avec un lit enfant et un matelas par terre. La photo rajouté devait avoir un lit double avec balcon, mais c’était la chambre de leur enfant. Les hôtes ont dormir sur place dans la chambre qu’on avait payé. INACCEPTABLE ET MALHONNÊTE!

• BGth (9/5): - Affittacamere in quartiere periferico e molto tranquillo di Lucerna, servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. Camera spaziosa con bagno in comune per 3 camere, quindi sempre libero. Host veloce e puntuale nel rispondere in Whatsapp. La struttura non dispone di parcheggio auto, ma è possibile parcheggiare su strada nella via limitrofa (in zona però non ufficiale).
