• Michael (9/5): - Fantastic apartment in a great location with everything you need. Beds were really comfy, Kitchen was brand new, and had all utilities you could ever need if you wanted to cook in the apartment. Great balcony with sea views and a table a chairs, that got the sun all day. Nothing.

• Gillian (10/5): Very enjoyable,however too expensive for me for 2027 unfortunately. - Loved the location and the views Am a regular visitor to the area and it is one of the nicer properties that I stayed in .Everything was clean . I would have liked a welcome pack with say some bottles of water ,tea bags and coffee etc .Also suggest it contains information about the local area .
• MikyJ (10/5): - Great location in a quiet area. There is easy access to the costal walkway and not too far from the main entertainment areas. There is a local supermarket and some good restaurants very nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the balcony has sunlight almost all day long.A clean, well-equipped apartment in a quiet, well-located area with easy access to the coastal walkway, nearby restaurants and shops, close to entertainment, and a sunny balcony that gets sunlight most of the day. It wasn't an issue for me but the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.
• Joanne (7/5): Very basic , location is the best thing about stay. - Location great. Communication and response with agent good. Bin in bathroom lid broken. Water coming in bedroom window when raining. Small fixes that could be easily done. Needs a little TLC. No free welcome water or treats.

• Miriam (9/5): Was a beautiful, relaxing holiday! - The location was excellent, right next to a bus stop, taxi rank and supermarket. It was also right by the beach with a sea view. The beds were really comfortable and the appliances worked well. The flat had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed staying there! Would recommend. Didn’t dislike anything was amazing! But perhaps another few fans in the summer months.

• Moira (8/5): We had a lovely relaxed stay . - Excellent location We paid 80euros for cleaning but nobody cleaned. Perhaps a change of bedding mid week. We could have done with some cleaning wipes etc. to clean surfaces ourselves.

• Peter (8/5): We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The balcony and its views were brilliant. - Well equipped & appointed apartment. The sea view from the balcony was wonderful. No welcome/information pack on arrival. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. We were staying for two weeks so I attended the reception to ask if the property would be cleaned towels replenished etc after a week. Was told that it would not be. However the towels & bedding were changed after nine days. We struggled with the induction hob could not turn it down.
• Alison (9/5): Superb - Location was fantastic, so clean, lots of fantastic facilities, comfy bed, Lovely kitchen and great views the deck outside was brilliant, really couldn't fault it. Good Value Pool was being drained when we were there. This was not mentioned at any point when booking and we were wanting to go for a swim. A bit dissapointed, if we were told in advance most probably wouldn't have booked it.
• Audrey (10/5): Beautiful apartment with fabulous sea view - Beautiful clean and well equipped apartment. Beds really comfortable with plenty of extra blankets for the chiller nights. Apartment is on the 3rd floor so 36 steps to conquer, but without that you wouldn’t get the fabulous sea views.

• Áine (10/5): winter Break - Apartment is modern light and airy On arrival was spotless It is near shops bars and restaurants From the balcony you have views of the sea and for most of the day you get the sun There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment but not suitable for visitors with mobility issues as it is situated on the top floor of three so there is a number of stairs to climb

No chest of drawers for clothes Don’t remember if there was a mention of the steps in the article but it was on the 3rd floor so 34 steps Up and down each time

• Glenn (8/5): Great apartment - useless managing agents - We booked apartment C10 for one month in May 2023. One the day of arrival 14 January 2024 we expected to receive a message given us the key safe code for entry. Nothing was forthcoming, so we telephoned Casahost . Initially, I was given a key code that did not work. My wife then telephoned Casahost, she was given another code that also did not work. My wife was then given a keycode to apartment C11 next door. This worked and so we made ourselves at home in C11. Casahost could sense we were less than impressed. 15 minutes after entry to apartment C11 (which we did not book) staff from Casahost arrived to make sure all was good. As C10 and C11 are almost identical it did not matter to us. The reason we were given face to face was that the cleaners had cleaned the wrong flat??? Given that C10 was occupied we find this strange. Following another 11 days where towels and bedding were not changed, we washed, ironed and changed the bedding ourselves, only for the cleaners to arrive at 6:30 that night, so we sent them away. The cleaners arrived as agreed the next time. In summary the apartment is great, recently modernised with IKEA furniture, a decent sized balcony with sea views and sun most of the day. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there’s plenty of storage for clothes in the bedroom. For those who have mobility issues the apartment is on the second floor with over 30 steps and no elevator. We wanted to book again for 6 weeks in 2025, but do not want to deal with an incompetent managing agent. We also showed the apartment to another English couple who also wanted to rent in 2025, but Casahost would not answer their telephone to the couple’s inquiries. We have booked on the Playa Bastian site but with another property as have the other English couple. That means Casahost’s incompetence has forfeited the owner of at least 3 months’ rental income. What the owner gets from using Casahost I don’t know. As much as we like the property, we do

• Elizabeth (7/5): Very enjoyable and a comfortable apartment to stay in. - Location is excellent a few yards from a selection of bars and restaurants. 5minutes from the seafront and beach. Short walk to main area of Costa Teguise. Take note the apartment is top floor so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no air conditioning but a fan is provided. The apartment was immaculate and very well furnished. I think the communication could have been slightly better we didnt know where we were staying until had landed and got to the resort when i texted Astrid who seemed to be the agent. As we know the resort well and been coming for quite a few years we knew where the complex was.

• Alastair (10/5): Great place to stay. - Location is great, the standard of fixtures and fittings are all good, beds are comfy, shower is great.Outside space just right for 2. I would highly recommend this apartment. Could do with a info sheet with the wi fi code on but it was on the back of the router but it was long so I didn't think it was the code but that was really down to me not been as bright as I should be.
