• Selena (1/5): Кидалово! Обманывают гостей, прикидываються отелем M&W Мошенники! - Приятный администратор и уборщица. Локация данного места указана не верно!! Я целый час искала это место. Спрашивала у местных. Кое-как нашла это место! Заселились показала букинг и оплатила. Через какое то время приходит управляющая данного хостела и говорит на вас нет брони и вообще мы другой хостел! Объясняет что купила этот хостел 2 месяца назад и это бронь у другого человека. Предлагает оплатить 4.000 драм за ночь за место 1730 как указано в букинге. в 10 местном номере. И говорит ни чего с этим не может сделать. Позже выясняется что я не одна такая и они обманывают так очень много народу!! Называя сначала одну цену а потом другую. Многие ругались при мне тоже при заселении. Я оплатила и решила остаться, зря! Хостел не стоит этих денег 1 убойная и ванная комната на 2 этажа. Вечером когда я пришла после траурный церемонии Памяти жертв геноцида время было 0.40 мин. Зайдя в комнату многие спали, армяни которые заселились днем ни как не хотела спать на нижней полки, и постоянно что то выясняли. Включали свет очень громко разговаривали! Я прошла к себе в комнату тихо и хотела просто спать так как устала. Спустя мин.20 звуки только усилиись и дверь в комнату не закрывали и горел свет. Я вышла попросить потише в ходе сидела управляющая и громко весело общалась а рядом с ней сидело 5 мужчин постояльцев которые передней играли на инструментах пели и очень громко с ней разговаривали. Что доставляло неудобство всем спящим! Попросила по тише так как многие спят! На что эта молодая особа в лице управляющей сказала ты ту на один день не лезь я здесь главная. Было понятно что с этой некультурной молодой дамой нет смысла вести диалог! Если вы управляющая вы наоборот должны поддерживать лицо вашего хостела и соблюдать режим тишины а не делать из него бардель или ночной клуб. Я остановилась и заплатила не маленькие деньги не за ночной клуб, а за спокойный сон! Многие китайцы были в шоке.После моей просьбы звуки чуть снизились. Но спустя 10 мин. стали ещё громче. Эти люди не давали не кому спать до 4.30 утра!

Вежливый и приятный персонал, и адекватные и интересные соседи иностранцы. Ps: Не верьте тому что пишут в других отзывах! Лида замечательная и очень гостеприимная администратор. Очень интересная и приятная в общении. Как и все армяне! ❤🇦🇲🤝 В соотношении цены и качества минусов не обнаружил. Бытовые мелочи во внимание не беру.

• Kourosh Asgari (10/5): Fully recommended - I had an amazing and peaceful one-week stay at this place, and everything was perfect. The hostel is run in an organized manner by a lovely family. I built a great connection with the mother of the family and their little son – they were truly wonderful people, and I really enjoyed my time there. I even called the mother “Mama.” Daily cleaning was done, and everything was kept tidy and well-organized. The location was excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the Fountain Park. There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well. There was also a cat in the hostel’s yard that I absolutely adored and always fed. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I truly hope to return one day and highly recommend this place to others. Nothing
• Bartłomiej (8/5): Bez wygód ale w świetnej cenie i dobrej lokalizacji - To typowy hostel, więc nie znajdziecie tu nic specjalnego, ale zakładam, że jak ktoś rezerwuje tego typu miejsca, to wie z czym to się wiąże. Lokalizacja jest naprawdę dobra, na wzgórzu, więc w nieco spokojniejszej okolicy, ale dość blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, więc wszędzie chodziłem pieszo. Kuchnia jest wyposażona, wifi dobrze działa, obsługa jest wyrozumiała nawet jeśli czasami występują problemy z komunikacją gdy znacie tylko angielski. Nie miałem jakiś większych problemów by skorzystać z łazienki czy prysznica. To był mój drugi pobyt w Erywaniu i drugi pobyt w tym samym hotelu. Już szykuję trzeci wyjazd i znowu planuję się tu zatrzymać. Jak wspominali inni, nie tak łatwo trafić, warto napatrzyć się na zdjęcie. Nie jest nieskazitelnie czysto, ale to też częściowo z winy niektórych gości, co do zasady widziałem, że było tam regularnie sprzątane.

Доброжелательный персонал и интернациональный состав жильцов, здесь можно завести полезные знакомства и пообщаться с интересными людьми из разных стран. В основном останавливаются путешественники)

Premièrement la localisation, sur Booking est erronée, quand j'ai appelé l'établissement le réceptionniste s'est énervé en disant que j'étais un imbécile si je n'arrivais pas à trouver l'hôtel. La chambre de 4 est très exiguë, les lits sont cassés (il manque 3 lattes) il y a donc des trous. Les draps sont sales et sentent l'odeur de la personne de la nuit précédente. Tout est mensonge dans la description de booking, c'est une honte qu'on puisse toujours réserver cet établissement. La salle de bain n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours, il faut nettoyer avant de s'en servir Et pour couronner le tout, une grosse engueulade a explosé à minuit entre un personnel de l'hôtel (visiblement sous alcool) et une dame quelconque dans la pièce commune. Surtout ne réservez pas dans cet établissement, il y a tellement d'autres possibilités dans la ville

Совершенно не понимая мое бронирование, она привела меня в какую-то комнату, где размещалось несколько человек. На мой недоуменный вопрос, что я забронировал индивидуальный номер, она ответила, что это капсульный отель...На мои возражения от этой дамы не было никакой реакции, до тех пор пока не вмешался кто-то из помощников. Дама ретировалась со словами: "Я предложила лучший вариант на случай землетрясения" Что это было... ???

Room with 4 beds had only 2 electricity sockets, one used for fan! Beds and mattress in poor condition! No AC!! Bathrooms with lots of humidity! Location is on a steep hill so you need to climb the hill each time. Manager talking loud in the building with cleaning lady and others! Disturbing! Had a room with NO windows! Only 2 toilets for the whole building, one per floor.

But when I went, a very rude employee kept making excuses and wouldn't take our money. We gave him drams, we gave him dollars, but each one made excuses and even insulted us. Given this behavior, I picked up my backpack and left. But after leaving the place, Sahel messaged to come back and apologized to me, but I didn't come back.

• Altermatt (2/5): Old Center is excellent, his second place was a disaster - The Old Center Yerevan is excellent, we stayed there for a few days. But when we came back from the countryside, they had a water problem and the owner diverted us to his other site at Tumanyan St. This was a complete disaster: his other place has no house rules. Noisy until 5am, uncomfortable room containing noisy wooden stairs to the upper floor, we could hear every step all night, chaos. I moved out to an other hotel near midnight. My daughter followed early morning. Because we booked three nights, we wanted to leave and get at least part of the money back. No way. The owner reacted stubbornly despite our initial kind offer to negotiate. And he made sexist comments to my daughter. His alternative was a disaster for us.

I didn't like the location that much, it's up a hill and not so close to most places I wanted to visit. Also, it would be nice to have locks in the rooms for valuable things, more electrical outlets and bed light.
• Roman (10/5): I recommend it! - I stayed in this hostel for two days. The owner and the hostel staff are very friendly. Very clean, quiet. If you want to relax, then this is the place for you! About the girl who slept on the bottom bunk You are showing disrespect to your elders. You can rent a separate room for yourself, and no one will disturb you while you sleep. And you don’t mind that you also opened the door at midnight and left it open. Because of this, I woke up and got up with a sore leg and closed the door behind me. You came to a cheap hostel and demand attention like in a five-star hotel. In other hostels for the same money you will have much worse conditions than here. When you check into a hostel, be prepared for someone to snore loudly (for example, your bedmate), someone to talk in their sleep, and someone to fart. You just never lived in a big company. I would like to see you when you are the same age as me, with cellulite on your stomach and a lot of extra weight, and your leg will hurt from injuries like mine, and you still climb the stairs to your bunk bed.

First of all i book 3 rooms for 6 days When we arrive they only give us 2 rooms, and me and my wife, my cousin and her husband and 10month old baby have to squeeze in 1 room with 3 SINGLE BEDS! And my other cousin and His wife on another room with their 5 year old kid. They give me a refund on only 10,000 amd wich should be more than that for the 1 day they of squeezing us in that 3 single bed room. Plus the toilets are dirty and stinky. Property is isolated, Beds are old you can feel the springs from the cushion it hurts to the back. The blankets smells weird, and toilets are dirty.

• Luaay55 (1/5): Stay away from here - Location There are huge issues with this hostel. I was scammed big time, I paid for two nights cash up front in advance. However,I left after first night due to horrible conditions. First of all,there was a curfew not announced and not described. Gate is locked from midnight onwards. Nasty surprise. The room is cold and it stinks. The bed is in horrible shape ,almost collapsing, I was afraid to climb it. One wood handle is actually broken. I wasn't provided a towel. There's no "sign"of this hostel on the street whatsoever. Moreover when I paid at the reception,the owner Ando purposely retained the change and was lying that he will give it back to me which he never did,nor was planning to until I called him out on it. He only returned back small portion. The whole atmosphere there is seedy. People who hang out there are drunk,murky and somewhat threatening. I demand back 1800 AMD ( circa 4,5 USD) from this hostel! Ando also lied to me about lower bed. Snake in the grass!

But when I got there I was told that room was not available and I've been led to a.... 14 persons dormitory !!! I actually doubt this 4 persons dormitory even exist. As expected, the night was awful with such a number of people, between hardcore snoring and people watching videos the whole night. But yeah, if you like rabbit boxes go for it ✌️

• Mark (10/5): Great stay.. like home... - Located in quiet neighborhood. Its really clean, no doubt. At first, i feel like people are intimidating. it has to do with the language barrier i think because later on, i realized people here, even the lady who's always there are very nice and friendly. The house has some elaborate fixture and decorations.. it looks really nice. Some bathroom fixtures and faucets need replacement/fixing but again, the cleanliness is making up for it.
• Clausamudia (5/5): Passable - Confortable bed, the little capsules are private enough with a courtain, a light and a shelf. I has a kitchen for the travels to use. The room had a old alcohol smell. I've stayed in the room just beside the reception and it's not a quiet room as you can here every on who arrives late, the staff arguing... There's an old lady living/working? there that made me feel really unconfortable, listening to loud videos at any time of day or night, she doesn't know english but if the guests are talking between them in english she interupts the conversation, speaking a mix of armenian and russian asking non sense questions about the hair style and clothes of the guests and making sure that everyone stops theire original conversation to listen to her. In the kitchen it was a nightmare to cook when she was present (mostly all day) she mess up with your cooking by puting the fire up or down as she pleases and add salt or other ingredients to your food. NOT COOL!

He manipulates the prices on Booking and wants to charge you more for next days. Not only me, but others too I witnessed! There was a control freak old woman. She wants to get control of everything, although she is only a guest. Be careful with her.

Also they don't give any receipts when you pay them and take a photo of your passport with mobile phone!

The place has a specific taste... I mean it doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a house for locals where tourists are just a small detail that you can't even feel. The dorm room is small and you don't have a locker... Bags are just lying on the floor. When there are many people it's too hot.. They gave us a dorm for 10 but we ordered a dorm for 4.. They don't care - we don't have other beds today... Bad policy. I had a bad mattress. Very strange bathrooms.. terrible I would say. Not friendly staff

• Vartan (1/5): Bad - This place advertising one price and when you get there they try to sell you or more like a scam you with a very bad room and different price more higher than the price advertise so basically the place is the total scam it's a good location but the people are working there are scammers do not go there do not be full by the location The way they operate is a total scam you get the room and when you get there you actually going to be sold totally different place without windows and totally different than the picture and advertisement not a good place to go just avoid it or you can stay if you want to if you like to be a victim!

• Linc (6/5): Pleasant - Decent for the low price, nice open yard and great kitchen with plenty of space and equipment. Bed capsules were spacious and private. Nice cat. It was absolutely imperative to them that I pay before even seeing the bed, but they don’t take card and don’t have any change! Make sure you have the exact money? They told me to go to a shop and buy something (I didn’t need anything) to get change. When I returned lo and behold change appeared out of nowhere but it was too late anyway. The towel I got was also more of a kitchen rag. Finally, please install an air conditioner in the dorm, or a fan or anything. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat combined with the noise from the lobby which the room directly opens onto.

• Saman (8/5): Very good, and comfortable... - It was secure, even though there was no locker, calm during the day and night, very comfortable, friendly atmosphere, away from hustle bustle but fairly near the center. It was clean, the host stayed 24/7 at the property. The access to the property is a little tricky. There is no sign "old Yerevan hostel". You should go to Buzand street from Saryan street and at the end turn left. Continue to reach two tall and modern building and in front of it you can find the hostel.

It's an expensive area and you can't find cheap food around. Upon arrival a lady was very interested in collecting the rent even before showing us the room. a triple one: it was equipped with a double bed and a sofa, like in the photo, but not a sofa bed and in any case both with broken springs. Only one bathroom for the entire floor with the queue outside …

I was particularly impressed by the flexibility and patience of the staff (expecially A.), as my check-in was very late. I was introduced to Armenian culture in a fantastic way, and this aspect of my experience at hostel was much appreciated. Thank you for making my visit so special! Climbing the stairs was a bit tiring since I was already quite tired, but it was still a lovely experience overall, and it will remain a wonderful memory.

• Mat (10/5): Exceptional - The hostel is very clean, close from the center. The staff is also super friendly. I recommand it.
• Jacob (5/5): Uncomfortable bed - Good price Very uncomfortable bed with so many springs and that’s loud. It also wasn’t too clean.
